Beneath the Red Dragon

Before the cosmos was born, there was void and chaos, an eternal silence and a place of utter noiselessness.

Until the moment when heaven and earth were created, the world began to have sound.

That was the first explosion that shattered void and chaos, resonating through all realms, bringing destruction and creation.

The Ancestral Red Dragon carried that domineering and peerless wild flame, traversing millions of miles in one strike, bringing to all demons and beloved ones such a sensation.

At this moment, it seemed as if heaven and earth, the four cardinal directions, encompassing space and time, all froze simultaneously.

The forms of the dragon and demon clashing seemed instantly frozen as well, peeling everything around them out of space, silencing the countless gasps of demons and the Dragon’s Beloved.

Time did not slow down, but the figures of the Ancestral Red Dragon and the Legendary Demon were transmitted over an infinite distance into this world by light, then covering the hearts and visions of all living beings.

Boom,

The next second,

When the first explosion echoed from a distant time, the beings on earth came to life instantaneously. But what followed was complete destruction.

The ground trembled like a heartbeat, thunderous echoes as captivating as the scythe of Death God, invincible flames and smoke soared into the sky, visible even from hundreds of miles away as they surged through the clouds.

The aftermath of its destruction and its terrifyingly relentless force were indescribable, understood only by the fortunate demons and Beloved of Dragons who encountered this earth-shattering strike, realizing what complete despair truly was.

The unstoppable waves of destructive aftermath spread in ripples, smoothing all creases from the epicenter of the Ancestral Red Dragon and Legendary Demon Saceres to every direction, shattering hills and flattening land in its path.

The tidal wave of demons covered the earth, destroying the whole world with their claws and the power granted by the Abyss. But these demons could no longer fulfill this mission.

Their bodies were so fragile before this wave of destruction, and the demons within a few miles around the Ancestral Giant Dragon and Legendary Demon had already turned into a skyful of dust at the first cry of the world.

Their once-proud bodies shattered, their souls completely torn apart in the destructive waves, unable to ever return to the embrace of the chaotic will of the Abyss.

This rolling shockwave swept across the battlefield, dulled and weakened by layers of demon bodies, yet when it reached the city of Valerian on the far side of the strait, it still stirred a storm.

Countless demons jumped into The Sea, while the Warriors of the Dragon’s Beloved had their blood-red cloaks fiercely fluttering in the gusts.

Legion lifted the Heavy Hammer, the Dragon-Wolf Species raised the Crossing Heaven Heavy Sword, and over a hundred Legion Warriors bathed in blood and fire roared in unison, ”The Emperor has arrived, our lord has finally come, repent, for today is the day of your atonement!”

Two Titan Demon Pythons hissed, the Golem Legion beat their chests and roared, the warriors as tall as mountains had tears in their eyes, shouting in unison, the Dragon Emperor has finally descended!

The city began to boil, everyone rejoiced, Demon Dragons and Flying Dragons roamed the sky, roaring with heads held high.

But the voices of all were drowned out by the earth-shaking roars and the crashing of star projections falling to the ground.

The soaring dust scattered in all directions, the Ancestral Red Dragon was flung high into the sky by the unparalleled impact, while the roar of the Legendary Demon Lord Saceres came from underground.

The Ancestral Red Dragon’s space-transcending strike sent this Legendary Demon, who had never imagined a dragon to be such a powerful caster, directly into the ground, piercing through dozens of kilometers of underground layers in the first blow.

The hill where the Legendary Demon Saceres once stood had become a massive crater several miles in circumference. Thick cracks like spider webs crisscrossed the earth, each as deep as hundreds of meters.

The demons who escaped the fate of destruction in the first wave were running and leaping across the land, howling to escape this battlefield that devoured all living things.

But Karon had already spread his wings, standing suspended in the air. Above his head, the Crown of Stars formed by the projection of stars began to collapse and fall down.

The star projection condensed from the Tier Seven High-tier Spell, though not possessing the mighty boundless power of real stars, under the Ancestral Red Dragon’s magnificent magic power output, still wielded the power akin to meteors.

Meteors peeled off like stars from the projections, crashing down from high above, roaring as they smashed into the earth’s crater, causing the roaring anger of the Legendary Demon Saceres to be interrupted, each muffled roar smaller and farther apart than the last.

Thus the waves of destruction swept across the land once more.

Until the fourteenth star meteor, formed from the star projection of the fallen Crown of Stars, disappeared, the voice of the Legendary Demon Saceres had become nearly inaudible.

In this land barren of magic power, where elements were gradually silencing, the spell might displayed by the Ancestral Red Dragon was still extremely terrifying.

But Karon stood on four paws in the air, immense wings spread across the sky, his savage yet beautiful body seemingly treading on flat ground, looking down into the dark pit that pierced the fragile world’s crust, without any joy of victory.

Legendary creatures can no longer be regarded as ordinary beings. A creature ascending to legend, whether through innate bloodline or acquired effort, possesses a life of transcendental essence.

Moreover, what he faced was still a High Demon above the level of legend.

Even if the heart is torn out, the skull crushed, and the body destroyed, it might not be sufficient to kill such a demon lord.
