Warhammer Divine Throne

”Ahhhh!” After a brief silence, a Great Horned Beast raised its War Axe, roaring as it charged towards Laine.

Laine lifted his Warhammer, sweeping it across with force, and everyone on the battlefield could feel the fierce wind generated by the Warhammer.

”Boom!” The head of the Great Horned Beast was struck, its head spinning around its neck a few times before falling off.

Noon in the forest, the bloody battlefield, amidst the gigantic oak forest and thick undergrowth, the Alliance Army erupted with a thunderous roar: ”Champion! Champion!”

It was the call of war, the call of victory!

”The forest is calling us to the hunt, citizens of the forest! Advance!” Forest Lord Delina held a Starfire Compound Bow: ”The wild hunt! It has begun! For Aisloron!”

With those words, Delina immediately noticed several Chaos Eggs attempting to rush into the formation of the Allied forces to self-destruct. The Forest Lord quickly drew a feathered arrow, and the Starfire Compound Bow lit up with the Radiance of the Hunting God under the Magic Engraving. The arrow, burning with blue starfire, carved a straight line through the dense forest, directly detonating a Chaos Egg, reducing everything within three meters around it to ashes: ”Rangers! Shoot the Chaos Eggs, defend our allies!”

The elite Rangers began their operation. Each of them was a master archer with a hundred years of training. Each was a silent and deadly sentinel, a master of concealment. They had been trained to lie still for days without moving until the trap was sprung, killing those startled and pitiful prey. With their weapons attuned through long years of practice, each Ranger could shoot at terrifying speeds, achieving pinpoint strikes with their black-feathered arrows, never pausing, never relocating.

The Chaos Eggs trying to approach the human lines were collectively detonated by the Rangers, one after another exploding in the distance.

On both wings of the battle line, large numbers of Ranger Knights and the Woodland Cavalry of the Wood Elves completed a skillful coordination. The Centaur Beast Group attempting a sneak attack could not break through the steel defense formed by the Ranger Knights. The Woodland Cavalry dashed at full speed through the dense woods, displaying their mounted archery skills, shooting back while galloping, causing massive losses to the Centaur Beast Group.

To counter these damned Sharp Ears, many Centaurs chose to throw Flying Axes, leading to casualties among the Woodland Cavalry, and both sides were locked in a stalemate.

”Hah!” Julius’ golden hair flew as his Longsword slashed open the chest of a Great Horned Beast. The Kingdom Knight was a formidable Legendary Tier warrior. Charging through, he had already taken down more than ten Great Horned Beasts and a few Horned Beasts.

”Uwah!” Another Great Horned Beast rushed over, and Julius deflected its attack with his shield before driving his sword through its chest: ”Die, beast!”

Horned Beasts and Great Horned Beasts fell one after another before the Knights and the Eternal Guards. Facing the Allied forces led by the Holy Grail Knight, they finally exposed their weaknesses in direct combat and mass warfare. Under the concerted push of the Knights, they could no longer resist and began to fall.

Such were the Beastmen; when confronted openly in lined formations for hard battles, their advantages disappeared, no longer a match for humans. Furthermore, the Beastmen’s army numbers were scarce, lacking elite units.

The same scene unfolded in various sections of the line. With the powerful assault of the Knights, the Beastmen began to falter.

The soldiers and Eternal Guards advanced in groups.

The elite Heavy Armor Knights crushed the last resistance.

Woodland Guards and Rangers sniped any fleeing targets one by one.

Finally, there was Laine at the forefront, raising his Warhammer. With one swing, he sent two Great Horned Beasts flying, taking down a swath of the enemy. The Genetic Primarch charged alone at the front, unmatched by anyone.

”Uwaaah!” Three Great Horned Beasts charged together, raising their War Axes.

Laine blocked directly with the Warhammer. The poorly made War Axes couldn’t advance an inch, and then he extended his right hand, a long Spiritual Blade emerging from his wrist, emitting a cold, eerie glow. The long Spiritual Blade sliced through the bodies of the three Great Horned Beasts, neatly severing them, with wounds thoroughly burned.

”For the Lady!” Nothing on the battlefield could halt Laine’s advance. Some Centaurs hurled Flying Axes at him, while the Genetic Primarch effortlessly caught and hurled them back with superhuman reflexes, decapitating half the head of a Centaur in the process.

Driven by circumstances, humans and Wood Elves executed their most exquisite coordinated combat, completely routing the Beastman Battle Group that ventured out of camp.

The Alliance Army pressed to the camp gate, a heavy door barring the Knights’ path forward.

But this was no obstacle for Laine; he lifted his Warhammer.

”Boom!”

”Boom!”

”Boom!”

The gate of the Beastman camp collapsed, opening up the path to the Ten Thousand Demon Rock to the Alliance Army.

In the dust and smoke, humans and elves, their eyes filled with hatred, stormed into the flimsy camp of the Beastmen.

”Advance! Leave no survivors! Against these Beastmen, we need no mercy!” Laine shouted: ”My soldiers, destroy everything you see!”

”Yes!”

”And then...” Laine turned his gaze toward the direction of the Ten Thousand Demon Rock.

It was a massive blood-red rock, from which Laine could feel the fearsome Chaos Energy flowing across its surface. The rock was covered in Chaos symbols, simple ropes binding skeletons one after another to it, secured with wooden stakes.

These were the skulls of the Knights because the helmets they wore allowed identification of which Duchy they belonged to based on design and decoration.

The weapons, armor, banners seized from defeated knights, and their dismembered bodies encircled these stones, with heaps of bones piled ankle-deep around, formed through blood-drenched dark rituals by the Beastman Shamans.

The amassed bodies and flesh of the Knights forged the Ten Thousand Demon Rock.

”Ah! What’s that?” Marquis Gabriel fixed his gaze, and this Kingdom Knight of over twenty years immediately exclaimed, his eyes red: ”Those are...my brother’s skulls, for sure, I can’t be wrong about this.”

Miss Surya also rushed inside the camp. The daughter of the Duke had never seen such a horrifying sight. Terrified, the female knight gagged repeatedly, covering her mouth, prompting Laine to come to her side, offering his waterskin: ”Take a sip, withdraw, Miss Surya, you’re unable to fight now.”

”Thank you, Lord Laine.” The female knight took large gulps of water and gradually withdrew under the Knights’ protection.

Ranger Knight Hex saw it too; his father’s skull was also displayed atop the Ten Thousand Demon Rock. The young Ranger Knight gritted his teeth with rage.

”For this Ten Thousand Demon Rock, we’ve bled too much. For this Ten Thousand Demon Rock, we’ve paid too great a price. It’s time to end this cycle of hatred. Endless, generations of hate. It’s time we put an end to it all.” Laine gritted his teeth as well, with Chaos time and again encroaching on the Prime Material World. Humans could do nothing but drive the evil forces back to their world, only to wait for their inevitable return.

The only thing humans could do was to keep banishing evil back to their world again and again, waiting for their next return.

”Ahhhh!” The advancing Alliance Army faced fierce resistance inside the camp. A massive shield held by a Wood Elf Eternal Guard was cleaved in two, and he fell to the ground, unable to stand before a large machete chopped down.

It was the Doomsday Bull and the Four-armed Bull Demon; they had finally mobilized.

”Now, only these creatures stand in our way, Lord Laine? Yuri? Those two Doomsday Bulls are all yours.” Laine’s lips curled into a wide grin, his face emitting an intense fighting spirit: ”As for that Four-armed Bull Demon, I’ll handle it.”

”For the Lady, my blade has long yearned for the blood of a Doomsday Bull,” Gabriel stepped forward confidently, the third son of the Red Dragon Duke laughed, ”Father will love this gift.”

”The Antre Family fears no formidable foes. I, Julius Antre de Winford, swear to the Lady, that I will win victory for her!” Julius nodded, ”My Lady, grant me victory!”

Laine raised his Warhammer at the front lines, spotting his target.

Fifty meters away, the figure of the Four-armed Bull Demon appeared in the dust.
