The First Store System

Chapter 989: Gregory(2)

”Store owner, what products does the store sell now?” Gregory asked. Since he had come back to the store, there was no way he was going to leave it without buying any product. The last thing he needed to worry about was money.

”The store currently sells five products: Pills, Panagea, Weapons, Cultivation Arts, and Beasts.”

”For the pills, the store is only selling two grades of them for now; Lesser and Higher.

In the Lesser grade, there are ten types of pills available…”

”Panagea is a virtual world that allows the customers to start fresh with boundless opportunities…”

”Similar to the pills, the store only sells Lesser and Higher grade weapons for now. There are currently…”

”In addition to weapons, there are also training areas associated with it, allowing the customers to increase their weapon skills…”

”The store only sells Lesser Cultivation arts for now…”

”The fifth and last product, for now, are the beasts. The beasts…”

Aakesh introduced all five products to Gregory in a single breath.

As expected, Gregory didnʼt have the same response as other new customers. In fact, he looked disappointed.

”Did you stop selling items like Faith Embryo or The Strongest Pill?” Gregory asked in a dejected manner.

”Yes, the store will now operate like this.”

Gregory looked disappointed, but he didnʼt leave the store since it would never sell something useless.

He turned around and saw his children looking at him. His children had promising talents, but they were nowhere close to his, so he wanted them to benefit from the store.

”Store owner, please tell me more about the beasts?” Gregory asked since the beasts interested him more than other products available in the store.

The beasts would be an additional helper with complete loyalty. There was already a profession like the beast tamer in the Multiverse, but how could that profession match the value of the beasts sold by the store?

Gregory bought an item for seventy-five Universal cores. But now that he had reached this level, he believed that even seventy-five million Universal cores would be cheap in comparison to the benefits provided by the item to him.

Aakesh nodded and then told them all about the Beast Summoner Device, including how it could hatch eggs.

Gregory was disappointed to learn that the highest level of the hatching could only be Divine Lord because he possessed a creatureʼs egg that was at least a Higher God.

”Store owner, I will go to check the beasts,” Gregory respectfully said.

He then didnʼt move until Aakesh nodded. Gregory didnʼt immediately leave for the room pointed out by Aakesh, but he first went to his children.

”Father, whatʼs going on?” Sarah asked. She was the third child and the eldest daughter, so she was the one most adored by Gregory.

A smile spread across Gregoryʼs face as he introduced the storeʼs products to his children. Unlike him, they looked shocked after hearing about Panagea and its abilities.

Gregory looked amused when he saw the expressions his children were making. ʼOnly if you had seen the products I saw when I came here,ʼ he thought in his heart. Every product at that time was capable enough to change the power landscape of the Primal Dimension, and that it did with several customers.

After the groupʼs conversation was complete, Gregory proceeded toward the rooms with the children following him.

As the group entered the room one by one, a wondrous expression spread across their faces. The countless murals depicting countless beasts of different races stood out. It was as if they were really looking at them.

Gregory read the details of the beast on the card in his hands. It wasnʼt the first time he came across the beast, so he knew about its strength.

Having a ramʼs body, a horseʼs head, vulture-like wings, and a snakeʼs tail, the Purple Chimera was a huge, fearsome creature. Its fur was a brilliant shade of purple, reflecting the lightning that it wielded. Its wings were powerful, allowing it to fly with ease, and they sparked with lightning whenever it became angry or excited. Its eyes were a bright blue, shining with the same power that it channeled through its body.

It was a divine quality beast, only one short of the top-ranked ultimate quality, but Gregory immediately fell in love with the beast, so he decided to go ahead with it.

It was only his third summon, so even if he were to go ahead with another round, it would only cost him ten ordinary Sacred stones, which was no amount even to consider for him.

Gregory called his eldest son, who was also the oldest of the seven, forward and gave the order, ”Grant, come ahead and begin your summoning.”

Grant accepted his fatherʼs orders and approached the column. Excitement like never before filled his face since he was eager to know about the beast he would summon.

He wanted the ultimate quality beast, but even if he didnʼt get one, he would be okay with a divine quality beast like his father.
