Chapter 193: Gods & Demons Level Training

”How…” Marieʼs friend asked in shock, seeing the sudden breakthrough of her friend.

She herself was a peak Tao Seed level cultivator, and she could feel that Marie had surpassed her energy level despite having a sudden breakthrough.

Marie was in no mood to respond to her friend. She closed her eyes and entered her consciousness.

She could see the colorless seed in her consciousness that was on the verge of germinating.

She reached out to touch it, but her fingers passed right through it. She could not touch the seed because it was ethereal and not physical.

She could only sense it, and she could feel that she was not far from another breakthrough, and this time it would be a level breakthrough, not a grade breakthrough.

The next moment, she returned back to the real world as an excited expression appeared on her face, and the next moment, it turned into a longing for the Gods & Demons level training.

Just an hour of training in that difficulty made her Tao attainments in archery so strong that she had directly leveled up and reached the limit of Tao Seed.

”Are you listening?”

Marie suddenly felt a shake. She turned to her left and noticed her friend staring at her suspiciously.

”Are you alright?” The friend asked after Marie finally responded to her callings.

”Never better,” Marie responded with a longing expression evident on her face.

”How did this happen in only an hour?” The friend finally asked the question that had been on her mind since the breakthrough.

Those who were eavesdropping on the friends also focused as not to miss even a single word that escaped Marieʼs mouth.

”Itʼs because…,”

”... thatʼs how I had a breakthrough in only an hour.”

Marie explained about the training area and her experience inside the Gods & Demons level difficulty.

Aakesh had already told her that it doesnʼt matter what sense of mind she had before entering the Gods & Demons level training area; it would return to calm. So when she entered, her expression subconsciously turned cold and calm as if there was only a single purpose to her life, and that was training.

The next moment, several new pieces of information appeared inside her head.

There was a time dilation inside the training area, and in the Gods & Demons level area, the time rate differed by 1000 times when compared to the outside. So for the people in the store, Marie only stayed in the training area for one hour, but in reality, she stayed there for 1000 hours.

Next, different kinds of archery training appeared in her mind. She decided to go through the training when the archer and the target had covers while the battle continued.

As the training levelʼs name suggested, the trainers could select creatures who were termed the Gods in that respective weapon field, like the race Kopere who only lived in the Sacred dimension.

Since she paid for the Gods & Demons, she selected Kopere as her training partner.

The next moment, the training area began changing, and out of nowhere fortresses and giant trees began appearing. It was Marie who chose this environment since this environment would prove quite a challenge for her to complete.

Within a moment, the Kopere appeared atop one of the fortresses.

Marie couldnʼt help but shudder when the Kopere stared at her using his dark eye.

While the Kopere had the same cultivation level and the weapon level as Marie, his achievements in archery were the pinnacle of the Tao Seed.

Time flew by, and hours passed. Marie had even lost count of how many times she got killed.

For every revival, she needed to lose a drop of her blood, so her face had turned white in reality, but since the golden light acted as the barrier, no one knew her condition.

Throughout these hours, she experimented with different environments and types of archery simulation, but the Kopere proved to be more powerful each time.

But with every death she faced, her archery got better and better as the scene got engraved into her spirit.

The deaths began decreasing as she got better, but she wasnʼt able to defeat the Kopere even once in more than two thousand battles she had with him during the duration of a thousand hours.

When her stay of a thousand hours was complete, the system pushed her out, and the golden buried surrounding her disappeared.

Her face was white from the blood loss, but with the sudden breakthrough she had, it replenished all her lost vitality and blood.

After Marie stopped sharing her experience, a shocked look appeared on the friendʼs face. After hearing, she could also do the same; she didnʼt wait for a second and rushed out of the weapons room to talk to the store owner.

While Marie had something else on her mind, so she ignored the hurried look on her friendʼs face. She then proceeded in the direction of the slab in the center of all the circles of the pillar.

Everybody who was already testing their power moved away since Marie was higher in cultivation level. She took out her bow, stretched the bowstring, and casually released it.

”Boom!”

The next moment, the sound of an explosion occurred. Everyone who was standing there looked at the slab, and the next moment an astonished expression appeared on their faces.

After the wave from the release of the bowstring touched the slab, it lightened up, and the next moment, intermediate Tao Seed appeared on it.

Even Maria herself got surprised, seeing such a high level of damage only from a casual release of her bowstring. An excited expression appeared on her face, as this time, she loaded an arrow on the bow and shot at the center of the slab.

As usual, the slab lightened up, and the vertical bar appeared. The bottom end denoted peak Tao Seed, while the top end denoted early Tao Manifestation.

The blue liquid from the bottom started moving, but it stopped at 5%. The smile on Mariaʼs face got wider as even her normal strike could exceed the peak Tao Seed level. It was only 5%, but it was still more than her cultivation level.

She didnʼt stop and continued testing the powers of the different skills she had.. The strongest skill she had exceeded 89% and almost reached the level of early Tao Manifestation.
