The First Store System

Chapter 192: New Quest

”Eh!” The Woman exclaimed in confusion when she reached the pillar.

There was nothing else on the pillar except the symbol of the bow and arrow. The woman had no idea how to enter the training area since she forgot to ask it and the store owner didnʼt tell him.

”What happened, Marie?” A familiar voice rang in her ear as she was thinking of how to enter the space inside the pillar.

”I want to go inside, but-”

She recognized it to be the voice of her friend and began speaking about the issue, but her words came to a sudden halt.

Right after Marie had said, ”I want to go inside.” The pillar had sudden changes.

It suddenly began glowing, resulting in everybody looking at the pillar to know what had happened.

They didnʼt have to think for long, as the symbol of the bow and arrow started glowing.

No one knew why it suddenly happened except Marie. A sudden thought of dropping a single drop of blood on the glowing symbol of bow and arrow emerged inside her head.

She knew it was the storeʼs doing, and she would be able to enter for an hour after she dropped her blood.

When the thought of dropping blood appeared inside her head, a doubt emerged with it, but the doubt didnʼt stay long as the answer subconsciously appeared in her heart.

The store asked for a drop of her blood, as it would create her clone with exact powers using that drop of blood since there would be deaths inside it.

The system inside the training area was completely different. There were no unlimited revivals.

Every time her clone died, she would need to create a new clone from another drop of blood.

After getting the answer, she didnʼt wait and bit the tip of her index finger. She then dropped the drop of her blood on it. The next moment, a golden light suddenly engulfed her, and her eyes turned lifeless.

She physically didnʼt enter, but instead, her consciousness did. Entering through consciousness would result in a better result from the training since everything she did would get spiritually embedded in her consciousness, and it would become a natural thing for her.

Right after Marieʼs consciousness entered the space inside the pillar, Aakesh opened his eyes as he heard several mechanical alerts inside his head.

[Ding!]

[Host, congratulations on selling weapons and first training hours! Please see the quest window for your new quest.]

The next moment, a blue window containing the details of the new quest appeared in front of him.

[Mission Objective: Sell weapons and training hours,

Requirement: Since you have already sold seven weapons and one training hour, itʼs time for you to let other customers get the benefits of training hours and weapons sold by the store,

Number of weapons you need to sell: 10,000,

Number of customers/hours for Training arena: 10,000 customers or 100,000 training hours(think to expand),

Days required: 180 days,

Mission reward: One thousand, four hundred, and fifty more virtual portals! Addition of Emperor and Overlord grade into the weapons and Training arena! Addition of Superior pills on the pill shelf!

Failure Punishment: The disappearance of the training area!]

Aakesh couldnʼt help but feel astonishment, seeing the contents of the quest.

Unlike other quests, he needed to fulfill two conditions in the quest. He first needed to sell 10,000 weapons, and second, he needed to either have 10,000 customers for the training area, or he needed to sell 100,000 training hours.

He also noticed the compressed details about the training hours, so he thought of expanding, and the next moment, a new blue window containing the details of the training hours appeared on top of the previous screen.

[100,000(trivial, normal, moderate, difficult) training hours = 10,000 Immortal training hours = 1000 Gods & Demons training hours.]

It only explained the conversion rate between the training hours in the quest. If Aakesh could only have 1,000 Gods & Demons training hours, his requirement of completing 100,000 hours would get completed.

His eyes then fell upon the time limit to complete the quest. Unlike the last few quests where he got a week, and here he had gotten 180 days to complete the quest.

”10,000 weapons in 180 days,” Aakesh frowned, thinking of this.

Similar to the pills, there was a limit on the number of weapons that could be purchased. Any person could only buy a single weapon in a month.

In the best case, if the customers bought a new weapon every month, he would need more than 1500 customers to purchase weapons from his store. In the worst case, he needed 10,000 customers to complete this requirement.

But when his eyes fell upon the reward section, all the difficulties of the quest disappeared from his mind.

Alone, 1450 extra virtual portals made up for the difficulty of the quest.

The failure punishment didnʼt interest him much since he still didnʼt know the response of the customers for the training area.

Only when that woman comes back after an hour would he get his feedback on the training area for the first time.

”Hey, system, why such a grand quest?” He asked the system since he had nothing to do.

[Host, the quests get randomly generated depending upon various factors, as the store makes more name for itself, the quests would only get grander.]

The system mechanically responded.

Time flew by, and one hour passed.

The golden glow that had engulfed Marie suddenly disappeared, and life returned to her eyes.

If anyone looked at her eyes at this time, they would feel countless arrows piercing them all over their body.

The next moment, her eyes returned to normal, and she took a deep breath.

Suddenly the aura around her changed as the seed in her mind showed signs of germinating, but before it could turn into a sprout, it stopped.

Marie had a breakthrough as she had now reached the peak of Tao Seed, and the moment she germinated the seed in her mind, she would step in the level of Tao Manifestation.

”What… How...” The sudden breakthrough of Marie made everyone look in her direction.

Her friends couldnʼt even speak.. One hour earlier, she looked several years away from the breakthrough, but now she had suddenly reached the peak of Tao Seed.
