Not Being a Trainer This Time

Looking at the photo automatically popped out from the camera, Teddiursa was very satisfied: ”Yini!”

With this, I can share this beautiful town with Naoki!

Hearing Teddiursa’s words, Meowth immediately thought of that terrifying rancher who used a large group of Dragonite for deliveries.

To be able to have so many Dragonite for deliveries, that guy must be a big deal. Fortunately, they didn’t provoke them at the time...

Meowth still remembers the way they reported the intel to Boss Giovanni with Jessie and James—

At that time, the screen only showed the back of Boss Giovanni, who said indifferently:

”Understood, don’t provoke that person for now.”

The trio was very puzzled, did the boss know that person?

They couldn’t help but ask, but unfortunately, Boss Giovanni didn’t answer, just told them to do their own business.

Meowth slowly sighed, looking at the scenery appreciating Teddiursa and Mew beside him, it inexplicably felt a bit sad.

But now it couldn’t do anything, so it decided to enjoy the town’s scenery with Teddiursa and Mew.

Time ticked away second by second, during which Meowth noticed some sort of disturbance happening in the town.

Many Pokémon suddenly fell and couldn’t get up, with their souls leaving their bodies, wandering around the town as spiritual forms.

And their bodies were being sent to the Pokemon Center by people.

Meowth stared blankly at that scene: ”What happened, Meow?”

Mew and Teddiursa also noticed the situation below, it seemed some bad things were happening in this town.

Just then, Teddiursa suddenly noticed the surroundings began to change dramatically!

Large mists had unknowingly surged around the town, enveloping the whole place.

”Yini yini!”

Teddiursa looked up and saw the once-clear sky was now also shrouded in heavy mist!

No... it wasn’t mist.

Mew and Meowth gazed towards the distance.

There lay a pitch-black mysterious dimension.

Amidst the space-energy composed thick mist in the distance flashed haphazard spherical lightning.

The entire town had now been drawn into the crevice of this space!

Seeing this scene, Meowth was completely stunned: ”Just what... happened, Meow?”

Mew suddenly sensed something.

Confused, it lifted its head to look upward, a powerful psychic wave starting to spread from its body to the surroundings, probing that place.

But in the next second, Mew saw a mysterious figure hiding in the slumber at the top of the Tower of Space-Time!

It was a mysterious Pokémon, light purple all over, with two beastly legs, covered with dark purple stripes.

”Miu...”

Noticing something’s off with Mew, Meowth and Teddiursa quickly raised their heads, following its gaze.

Then, they too saw the mysterious Pokémon.

”What kind of Pokémon is that, Meow?” Meowth muttered to ask.

Teddiursa shook its head: ”Yini...”

It thought maybe Naoki would know this Pokémon’s name, so it took out the Rotom Phone, aimed at the Pokémon radiating purple light, and pressed the shutter.

However, once the photo was taken, they received a notification from the Phone Rotom:

”Signal interrupted, network disconnected, message failed to send, Rotom!”

”Yini?!” Teddiursa was slightly stunned.

Suddenly, a loud shout emanated from below the Tower of Space-Time.

”Get out!”

Mew, Teddiursa, and Meowth lowered their heads and saw a Darkrai angrily fly up from the base of the tower, launching a fierce assault on the purple Pokémon.

In the next second, those scarlet eyes abruptly opened, seemingly very unhappy about Darkrai’s disruptive behavior, the Pokémon angrily raised its hand, gathering a huge Dragon Claw, rushing towards Darkrai.

Darkrai did not retreat, it frowned, angrily warning: ”Get out!”

”Boom!”

The massive Dragon Claw grazed past Darkrai, as Darkrai raised its hand to condense a deep purple Shadow Ball, tossing it towards the Pokémon.

However, a purple light appeared around the opponent, completely blocking the Shadow Ball from the outside.

”That is... the Legendary Pokemon that governs space, Palkia?!”

In front of the Tower of Space-Time, Ash and his friends frowned and looked up at the fierce battle in mid-air.

Amidst the crowd, a man wearing glasses was quickly typing on a keyboard.

The computer screen displayed the current state of the entire town.

”Palkia has trapped this town in an Alternate Space, fixing the nightmare effect caused by Darkrai, turning nightmares into reality in this unstable space.” The man quickly explained the current situation.

However, before he finished speaking, a sudden mutation occurred in the sky.

Countless giant meteors suddenly fell from the sky, engulfing the battling Palkia and Darkrai.

Ash recognized the move immediately, as his Gible had used it before!

That’s... Draco Meteor!

At the end of Draco Meteor, a massive blue figure suddenly flew out from the edge of this spatial rift, inserting itself into the battle between Darkrai and Palkia.

”That’s the Legendary Pokemon that governs time, Dialga.” The man with glasses frowned: ”Just as Giratina said... I understand what’s happening!”

”Dialga and Palkia were fighting in the dimensional rift, the injured Palkia fled to this town, trapping it in an Alternate Space to avoid being discovered by Dialga.”

”Two entities that shouldn’t meet have met in the rift of space and time... The distortion of space-time, anger enveloped the town, and then... everything began to collapse.”

The man’s heavy voice slowly echoed.

Ash and the others were all stunned.

Wherever they looked, buildings were lighting up with purple lights.

The battle between Palkia and Dialga was destroying the entire town!

Meanwhile, in the Reversed World.

Giratina was lying on the Flower Sky Island as usual, basking in the sun, eating juicy apples, and surfing the web with the Rotom Phone.

Suddenly, a massive tremor sounded from afar.

Immediately, thick fog began to rise in the void.

Hearing the commotion, Giratina lifted its head, and saw the Flower Sky Island that Naoki had once created for it was starting to crumble!

What’s going on?! Giratina was shocked.

It frowned, carefully sensing, and quickly found the culprits causing this.

The reflection of the Reversed World showed Dialga and Palkia engaged in an incredibly fierce battle.

Those damned guys!

In an instant, rage consumed Giratina’s rationality.

In the Paldea Region, it’s another new day.

Today is the second day of Professor Oak’s summer camp.

Naoki, along with Professor Oak and Gary, took the children to the back mountain to visit the Abundant Shrine built by locals for Calyrex.

”Hey, this is the shrine where people worship Calyrex!” Professor Oak smiled and introduced: ”So, who here has heard of the legend of Calyrex?”

”I know, I know!” A girl in the crowd raised her right hand high and replied: ”Calyrex is the Pokemon that can bring abundance to farmers, and it even goes online!”

”Absolutely correct!” Professor Oak nodded with a smile: ”Calyrex is a great Pokemon, and there are many amazing Pokemon in this world with all sorts of powers, waiting for us to discover.”

Gary wore a smile, calmly watching his grandfather introduce Pokemon to the children.

Just then, the sound of a Rotom Phone ringing suddenly broke the scene.

Gary turned his head and saw Mr. Naoki taking out his Rotom Phone.

The two exchanged glances, and Naoki gestured for them to continue while he went aside to take a call.

Gary nodded.

Naoki walked away alone, and after making sure no one else was around, he answered the video call.

The next second, Giratina’s face appeared on the screen.

It seemed to be moving at high speed towards a certain direction.

Naoki: ”?”

Giratina’s voice filled with anger came through the Rotom Phone.

”Those damned guys started fighting and destroyed my territory! Naoki, keep an eye on things for me, I’m going to settle the score with them!”
