I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 664: 12.66 Unknown Star - Modern ABO World: Second Case - Capturing the White Snake.

The meeting of the Red Poppy Syndicateʼs upper echelon had resumed when Datura rejoined the group. The executives knew that Poppy would be making huge changes in their plan since theyʼve all summoned them tonight.

Nightshade said, ”Jokes aside. Why did you gather all of us here, Poppy?”

”I want a few of you to move at the same time. The police might already know of my existence though they did not know my identity. They also know that all of the executives of the Red Poppy Syndicate are in this country.” said Poppy.

Nightshade said, ”Impossible! How can they know? Did someone tell them? Is it Hydrangea?”

”Not Hydrangea. Ye Yuyan is watching over him 24 hours a day. He couldnʼt even keep up with him without fighting. Much less help him in catching us. Thereʼs another interference but Iʼm already handling it” said Poppy as he remembered his system leaving to capture the two, God and system pair a few days ago.

Poppyʼs thoughts, ʼHei Yuhua was still the same as before. He still has a love and hate relationship with Ye Yuyan.ʼ

”Datura... You will personally handle the things in Crossfield Private School. Y9u would bump into Prosecutor Ye Yuyan as he would be undercover at that time. There is also a contract killer from his team named Jie Yun. Jie Yun can be handled much easier than Ye Yuyan, just send a few of your subordinates to handle him. He is just an omega.” said Poppy.

Datura smiled when he heard the Prosecutor their Syndicate hate would be his target for the next mission.

Poppy said, ”Inject Ye Yuyan that new drug of yours but with a much stronger dosage. Make him suffer like he is in hell. Though make sure he is kept alive.”

”Sure~ I can do it. As long as he doesnʼt die, right? Would someone from the police department go crazy if they ended up killing a few innocent students~” said Datura with an excited grin on his face.

Azalea commented, ”Whoa~ your personality sucks a lot.”

Oleander spoke, ”By the way, leader! Lou Wei and Yun Jie from Aster are scheduled to return home this weekend, Sunday.”

”Today is Wednesday. There are still three days before they come back to the country. Did Hydrangea accept his second mission?” asked Iris.

Hyacinth spoke, ”Hydrangea is a man of few words. But he is more decisive than anyone...”

Iris said, ”Of course, he is! He had nothing to lose anyway if he got caught. He considered himself an orphan and had been living his life undercover.”

”Do you pity him, Iris? That is not like you~” asked Hyacinth.

Iris responded, ”No really. I only listen to money.”

Oleander clicked his tongue and said, ”It is always money which is your first priority.”

”Of course! Money might not be able to buy you life but it is extremely useful for other things~” said Iris.

Nightshade asked, ”Should I approach Hydrangea this time again, Poppy?”

”No need. Just send him a message about his second mission. This time includes a change in his mission. His target this time is two people. Lou Wei and Yun Jie.” said Poppy.

Azalea asked, ”I heard Yun Jie used to be his subordinate. Would he be willing to kill him as well?”

”He should be as long as I am willing to see him afterward,” said Poppy.

Nightshade asked, ”You are finally going to meet him?”

”Yes, Iʼm going to reunite him with his parents for the last time,” said Poppy as his red eyes glinted with some unknown emotion.

”Iris, I want information about everyone with a good and close relationship with Ye Yuyan and all members of his team. Once you get it, give the list to Oleander.”

Iris paused for a bit and asked, ”Then my money?”

”I will send it to you tomorrow,” said Poppy.

Iris smiled and said, ”Thatʼs okay then~” as he started typing on his computer once again. No one knows if he had begun hacking or not.

Oleander asked, ”Are those people going to be my next assassination targets?”

”Yes. Bring Hyacinth with you and do a live broadcast. Get Iris to give you an untraceable IP Address. Just make sure Ye Yuyan and his team watch the broadcast. They need to feel what despair is.” said Poppy.

Azalea asked, ”How about me? What should I do?”

”Create a diversion when necessary and prepare our escape route. Once Ye Yuyan lost everything... That would be the time to take our leave.” said Poppy.

Iris asked, ”We are leaving the country after killing everyone from his side? Isnʼt it better to kill him as well?”

”No... Killing Ye Yuyan is just a consolation for him. Making him suffer while still alive is the real hell,” said Poppy.

Nightshade asked, ”Poppy how about that... the one in your house. Are you living with him too?”

Poppy was silent for a moment. Everyone in the Syndicate knows that all this time Poppy stayed in this country not only for revenge but also for another reason. He had been living a peaceful life under the protection of that man. Even if that man didnʼt know about Poppyʼs real identity, among everyone in this country Poppy treated that man more carefully.

Nightshade said, ”If your identity is revealed, that person would be placed under investigation for a long time and Ye Yuyan might end up torturing him in the end.”

”I know. But he will definitely not agree to go with me. I need to think more about what to do with him for a bit,” said Poppy. ”That would be all for today. Meeting adjourned.”

After the meeting was ended by Poppy, he immediately left to resume his current identity as Officer Ying Wu. His executives were left behind looking at the clear look on his back. He might look thinner than most men but this is due to his young age and gender. He is a recessive omega while hiding his real face in the face of his elder twin brother.

---

On the other hand, the side of Bai Jin and his system. His mini apartment was almost torn apart when he and his system opened a domain theyʼve worked together as one. Bai Jin still looks the same as his current vessel. He looks weak while sitting on the broken wooden floor of his house. All his things were broken except for the laptop he saved in the midst of the fight. Standing in front of him is his system which was allowed to materialize only in this world.

Wearing an armored robe of black and red, System Wuya stood before the God of Wealth protecting him from behind. His long charcoal gray hair was tied up behind his back flowing like a river of mercury. His features were stern and serious as his sharp gaze which seemed like a blade landed on the other man on the opposite side who was full of stab wounds from the spear he was holding.

The white snake system had an androgynous appearance that is close to demonic snake beasts in their human form. Pale white skin and slit scarlet irises.

The God of Wealth, Bai Jin complained while looking at his former abode.

”Ah!! Our house... Wuya you destroyed our house!!” said Bai Jin.

System Wuya spoke, ”Stop complaining. That was beyond me just now. Who would expect he would suddenly attack out of nowhere!? It was him who destroyed the house, not me!”

”I donʼt care. I donʼt want to live in the streets!” complained Bai Jin.

System Wuya said, ”You have lots of money! Use a few to buy us a new house.”

”No way! Iʼm saving those just in case,” said Bai Jin.

”So you want to live in the streets?”

”I donʼt want to!”

”Then spend some money, you stingy God of Wealth!”

”Can we just ask that protagonist to go to a room in his condominium unit? He had lots of free rooms anyway~”

”That is not impossible...”

System Wuya thought seriously of this suggestion and thought of something. He looked at the pale white-skinned man in front of them struggling while chained with divine ropes that restrain divinity. Even though this system wasnʼt a full-fledged God, he could already be considered as a demigod at least.

”Good idea. But we need a gift in exchange...” said System Wuya.

The God of Wealth, Bai Jin looked at the direction his system is walking and said, ”For real? Isnʼt it illegal to take over a system?”

”We arenʼt going to take over it. Letʼs surrender it instead. This is an unregistered system whose danger level is at least S rank. If we surrendered it to that lord I think we should be able to secure a house at least until they finished what they promised their vessels for.” said System Wuya.

System Wuya helped Bai Jin to stand up from the floor and Bai Jin cling to his systemʼs side.

”How are we going to bring him there? Once we leave this room our domain would be deactivated,” said Bai Jin.

System Wuya said, ”No worries. I found a talisman in the System Mall which is useful in hiding oneʼs aura from the eyes of the Heavenly Laws.”

A glowing golden talisman appeared in thin air. This is the Heaven Concealment Talisman theyʼve redeemed from the System Mall.

”How many points is that thing?” asked Bai Jin randomly.

System Wuya hesitated to say the price as he knew how stingy his host was.

”Donʼt worry... Itʼs not much...” said System Wuya while avoiding Bai Jinʼs gaze.

Bai Jin narrowly looked at his system avoiding his gaze and pinched his muscled arm.

”Donʼt tell me youʼve used up our points?!!”

”Of course not! But this thing... Un, it is under the special category so you know. It was a bit expensive. 100,000 GP (God Points) per talisman.” said System Wuya. ”I bought a few just in case and prevent him to escape. I also bought a teleportation talisman. We can arrive at the location at the fastest time possible.”

Hearing his systemʼs explanation, Bai Jin almost exploded on the spot as he saw that a quarter of his total points had been used up, the points his system had used were a few million from their total God points.

Bai Jin scolded, ”Buying the Heaven Conceal Talisman was expensive enough and you still bought a teleportation talisman!? Return the goods. Letʼs at least return the Teleportation Talisman and use a cab to go to the Protagonist Gongʼs place!!!”

”Return is not possible for special category items,” said System Wuya as he pointed at the extra rule written in the system mall.

In anger, Bai Jin bit System Wuyaʼs arm like a cat whose tail was stepped on. The target of the bite could only hiss in pain as he could flail his arm in fear he might hurt Bai Jin.

Hissed~

”Careful there. Donʼt bite too hard youʼll hurt your teeth...” said System Wuya as he tried to coax his host to calm his anger.

Only when he finished coaxing Bai Jin did he pass the golden talisman on the white snake systemʼs forehead. Only then did Bai Jin and System Wuya deactivate their domain and suddenly hit by overwhelming fatigue. This is the first time theyʼve used Godʼs Domain in a mortal world.

Bai Jin picked up his bed and removed the dirt in it with his qi. He laid on it like a sleepy cat in the afternoon. System Wuya laid down next to him also looking so tired despite the serious expression on his face.

”So tired~ letʼs take a nap first before coming to see the protagonist gong and them. Since itʼs already evening they might be asleep already. Letʼs go tomorrow instead.” said Bai Jin.

System Wuya allowed the man to pull on his arm intentionally using it as a pillow. Once Bai Jin laid his head on his arm he pulled him closer to him and helped him pull up a blanket over him. Bai Jin had a weaker physique than the two of them plus he is using a mortalʼs body. It is inevitable that Bai Jin would be spent after activating the domain which they still havenʼt achieved themselves as Gods. After all, only GodKings and above possessed a Domain. The two of them worked together to create a pseudo domain just so they can catch this white snake System and use up all their qi.

”Sleep well. I will wake you up later, Xiao Jin,” whispered System Wuya to the God of Wealth within his embrace.
