I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 659: 12.61 Unknown Star - Modern ABO World: Second Case - New Ecstasy Flower

They were having a conversation about their plans of what to do tonight. Theyʼve all decided to come back home and prepare for the enemyʼs side retaliating against them and their family members.

Then suddenly someone knocked at the door of Yr Yuyanʼs condominium unit.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

System Yue said, [Itʼs Officer Ying Wu. He came bringing the files for the second case the group needs to solve. But that annoying Yi Rouya is here again.]

Lou Wei commented, ”Why is that lunatic here again? He had been rejected by the captain multiple times already.” He said as he stood up preparing to open the door.

”You should expect that of him. Isnʼt he a shameless person who even blocks people to get what he wants? Heʼs a slut even in the past.” said Yun Jie.

Hei Yuhua said, ”Okay. Donʼt forget to act as you usually do. We are currently hiding our identity.”

Ye Yuyan said to Lou Wei, ”Donʼt allow that surnamed Yi inside the house. I donʼt care if you point a gun on his head.”

Lou Wei grinned evilly and said, ”Yes Sir!”

He first peered at the peephole and saw Yi Rouya standing in front of the door like a proud peacock while Officer Ying Wu looked expressionless standing behind this little peacock. He obviously gave up fighting with this fake superior of his.

Lou Wei thought of something bad and grabbed the toy gun near the shoe cabinet. As soon as he opened the door he pointed the gun at Yi Rouyaʼs forehead with an evil grin on the corner of his lips he said,

”What is this?~ Arenʼt you that slut that persistently annoyed that old man Ye? I heard him saying to shoot you down if you were seen near this building. How did you get up in the building again? Using force authority, is it? But remember I am only following orders~”

BANG!

Ahhhh!

Yi Rouya and Officer Ying Wu could see that Lou Wei is planning to pull the trigger. Yi Rouya was terrified to death while Officer Ying Wu tried to move the direction of the gun to the sky but grabbed Lou Weiʼs wrist. He did it perfectly but the sound of the gun firing was still too loud which immediately frightened Yi Rouya to the core. He had fallen seated in the cold hallway and an unknown yellow substance came out in the middle of his pants while trembling so badly at that certain point of death.

Officer Ying Wu asked in anger, ”Wei Lou!!! What are you doing? Are you going to kill someone in broad daylight!?”

”Come on, Officer Ying Wu~ look at my gun again. Do you think this toy is real?~” asked Wei Lou teasingly. In front of Officer Ying Wu, the guys in the group use their second identity and hide their real one.

Officer Ying Wu was bewildered at first but pulled down the wrist of Wei Lou and saw a small confetti banner coming out of the gun hole. This is clearly just a toy gun for parties.

”Itʼs a toy gun?” said Officer Ying Wu as he snatched the toy from Wei Louʼs hand.

Wei Lou moved his gaze to Yi Rouya who wet himself in front of everyone and was now red-faced in anger and rage. He is glaring at Wei Lou as if he wanted to eat the man alive.

”Y-You... You bastard!!!” screamed Yi Rouya.

Wei Lou smirked at him and said, ”Donʼt tell me you are shameless enough to enter your crushʼs room after peeing on your pants~ how embarrassing. Tsk! tsk!” Then he ignored the glaring man on the floor and walked back into the room ignoring the curses behind him.

Officer Ying Wu doesnʼt know what to say in this situation but he knew that the Prosecutor must have done this on purpose. The reason Yi Rouya was able to climb up the building is that an old superintendent from the police Headquarters had personally dropped Yi Rouya at the condominium building.

The guards before they could even contact their lord were scolded silly by the old man and Yi Rouya took this as an opportunity to get inside the building. It was by coincidence that Officer Ying Wu was also on his way to meet Prosecutor Ye.

Officer Ying Wu suggested politely to Yi Rouya.

”I-Inspector Yi, I suggest you come back first. Your current situation doesnʼt look good at all.” said officer Ying Wu then he also went inside the condominium unit following Wei Lou inside.

From inside the room, Ye Yuyanʼs cold voice can be heard from the inside.

”What the fuck is that smell!? Close the door of my house for me!” said Ye Yuyan.

Officer Ying Wu could only follow the orders and gave Inspector Yi Rouya a pitiful gaze before closing the door to his face. Yi Rouya who was shut out was about to explode in rage but he couldnʼt do anything to the owner and the people inside the room.

After screaming a mountain of curses he left the condominium building under the scrutinizing and disdainful gazes of all the guards and staff in the area. He felt that he was slapped on the face multiple times and Inspector Yi Rouya could only run away from the scene.

On his way home, Inspector Yi Rouya is still making a scene as he continues cursing all the way. Everyone on the street was looking at him like a lunatic. He is an omega but his mouth is already too poisonous no one would marry someone this annoying!

”What the fuck!? Fucking hell!!! Why do I always end up like this!? I did everything! How come it ended up completely different from what I had remembered!! AHH!!”

He bumped into a man wearing a long white coat for doctors. This man looks a bit delicate with his white skin which is obviously not too exposed to sunlight, slender physique from lack of exercise, and a pair of glasses with both ends attached to a thin golden chain looped around his neck.

Bumped!

Inspector Yi Rouya hit his head at whoever blocked his way and glared at the man in the white coat before him.

”Are you blind? What is the use of your eyes if you canʼt even see whatʼs in front of you!?” screamed Inspector Yi Rouya in anger.

The man in the robe is blind in his right eye. Thereʼs a trace of a wound on the corner of their eyes creating a vertical line that gashes through his right cheek from his missing right eye. His only remaining light lavender left eye helped him see his surroundings. This manʼs delicate face was destroyed by that large wound on his face.

”Is it my problem? Hmm~” asked the man in the white coat but now a cold smile was hanging at the corner of his mouth.

Inspector Yi Rouya thought this man was creepy, especially with that fake smile and cold yet glowing eyes looking at him like a test subject.

While trembling Inspector Yi Rouya tried to run away but suddenly felt his body unable to move out of nowhere. The man in the doctorʼs coat leaned near his ears and whispered, ”I always used scentless drugs on me that put those who approached me in an unacceptable range to suddenly feel numb all over until he could no longer feel his limbs. How does it feel!? Of course! Even your tongue is numbed, preventing you from speaking. Hehehe~”

Feeling that he lost complete control over his body, Inspector Yi Rouya feels terrified of the man in front of him. He knew that this lunatic is the same kind as those insane doctors who even experimented on living humans even though it is forbidden. Like the famous figure of Doctor Frankenstein.

”Either way... I will enjoy playing with you~” said the doctor in a white robe who had kidnapped Inspector Yi Rouya on the road.

---

Back to the condominium building.

Ye Yuyanʼs place...

Officer Ying Wu introduced the next case the team would handle next and completely chose to forget Inspector Yi Rouyaʼs unwelcome visit to the Prosecutorʼs place.

System Yangʼs voice can be heard speaking in Hei Yuhuaʼs mind.

[That Inspector Yi Rouya had finally made contact with one of the Red Poppy Syndicateʼs executives. This executive wore a doctorʼs white coat and a pair of gold framed glasses himself. But unlike what your memories say that he came to them, someone kidnapped him instead.]

ʼI see. A lot of things had changed ever since we destroyed the world plot. This might be the butterfly effect,ʼ responded Hei Yuhua in his thoughts.

[I will send a drone to follow them closely and get a few video recordings of this man.] said System Yang.

Hei Yuhua, ʼThank you as always, System Yang.ʼ

[Just doing my duty.]

Only Hei Yuhua can hear System Yangʼs voice. He couldnʼt help but show a stunned expression which Officer Ying Wu noticed.

Officer Ying Wu asked, ”Are you alright, Heiyu?”

”Hm. My feet were throbbing. The effect of painkillers must have gone out.” said Hei Yuhua.

Ye Yuyan instinctively prepared to stand up and get his wife his medicines but a hand stopped him from doing so. It was Yun Jie who stopped him. This one touch was enough to bring Ye Yuyan to the reality that right now Hei Yuhua isnʼt his wife but his most hated person, Hua Heiyu.

Yun Jie said, ”Whereʼs your medicine? I will get it for you?”

”Kitchen. Upper cabinet on the right side. Thanks.” said Hua Heiyu.

”Um.”

Ye Yuyan said, ”Tsk! Itʼs just a few opened blisters. You are overreacting.”

”I hate pain. So I complain. What can you do about it!” retorted Hua Heiyu.

Ye Yuyan was pissed by his reply but was stopped by Lou Wei who was about to jump on Hua Heiyu thinking of spanking him.

Lou Wei said, ”Old man. You are fighting with a child again. Canʼt you get along?”

Ye Yuyan and Hua Heiyu both replied, ”No!”

Sigh~

After Yun Jie came back with Hua Hieyuʼs painkillers, Officer Ying Wu resumed the meeting.

”The second case is about drugs. I donʼt know if Wei Lou, Heiyu, and Jie Yun heard about it but the Prosecutor should know. Itʼs that extremely famous love drug in the market, Ecstasy Flower.”

As expected Ye Yuyanʼs face was covered in black lines when he heard about this.

Ye Yuyan said, ”Impossible! Weʼve caught every single one of those men on that last raid that year!”

”We also thought of such. But the proof of its once again spreading in this cityʼs bars and back alleys buy and sell rumors are once again circulating. This news is legit.” said Officer Ying Wu.

Ye Yuyan asked, ”Where is that rumored location? Which are their targets this time?”

”Young adults. They are targeting high school and college students,” replied Officer Ying Wu.

Hua Heiyu spoke with his usual nonchalant voice, ”I know about that drug. Itʼs an extreme stimulant for excluding pheromones. They are most likely targeting Alphas and Omegas. Since young ones had no absolute control over their pheromones, unlike adult ones. It must be a more diluted version than the original one. Either that or this Ecstasy Flower spreading now is a new version instead. Whatʼs the effect of the Ecstasy Flower, in this case, Wuwu?”

Officer Ying Wu said, ”You are right. There are some changes in this Ecstasy Flower for this case. It was not the usual extremely strong love drug. But it had a mild effect on both the Berserk Concoction and Ecstasy Flower. The last victim was found in the back alley of a bar. He had raped an omega who was passing by the road. Not only had he forced himself on the victim, but the traces left behind were also gruesome. Please look at the photos yourself.”

With an uncomfortable expression on his face, Officer Ying Wu showed the photos of the latest victim to the team. In the photos, the scene of limbs being ripped off with undeniable strength. It was like a beast biting off the flesh from the bone yet it did not eat the meat. The two arms and legs were ripped off and the nape had a huge gash or bitten part at the gland area of the Omega. This victim no longer looks like a human.

Wei Lou hurls upon seeing this scene. Jie Yun looked pale as saw the photos and immediately averted his eyes. The picture on the table was too inhumane. Ye Yuyanʼs face is completely serious but he remains calm. Hua Heiyu stares at the photos with apathetic eyes as if he doesnʼt care what photos are before his eyes. But he focuses on looking at some clues that can be found in this photo.

Ye Yuyan raised his head and look at Officer Ying Wu, ”What about the murderer? Was he caught?”

”Yes but... Ended up looking completely different from before,” said Officer Ying Wu as he placed another two photos on the table.

The photo on the right is a bright smiling face of a young and confident alpha while the photo on the left is an old man with wrinkled saggy skin as if it was about to fall off his body.

Wei Lou and Jie Yun noticed the huge difference in the two photos but recalled Officer Ying Wuʼs words just now.

Wei Lou said in shock, ”Donʼt tell me this man...!!!”

”Are they the same person?” asked Jie Yun.

Officer Ying Wu nods his head and said,

”They are the same person. The photo on the current him after he took the Ecstasy Flower.”
