Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 3151 Utter Confidence

After petting the Apocalyptic Flame Essence, Davis thought a lot.

At the moment, he felt that it wouldnʼt be wise to have Lea form a spirit pact with the Apocalyptic Flame Essence due to the dangers, but he also felt it would be better to have Lea nurture it so that she could have an amicable relationship with this dangerous spirit.

Even Evelynnʼs Wisteria wouldnʼt be this dangerous as the Apocalyptic Flame Essence was mostly destructive at this point. If it were at the same level as Lea, then it wouldʼve been fine, but it was too much for her.

He walked forward but was then blocked by Sophie.

”Dear, let me see the Apocalyptic Flame Essence. I donʼt need to comprehend it but need to notice its nature and movements in order to be able to control apocalyptic flames in the realm concoction. I figure that they would most likely have constructs in place to control the apocalyptic flames.”

”I was thinking the same thing. Go on…”

Davis caressed Sophieʼs face and allowed her to research the nature of the Apocalyptic Flame Essence as he gestured.

Each flame had a certain pattern to how it swayed, as though flapping its wings to stay afloat, and these movements displayed their true shape, which was their wavy runes embodying their energy body.

Obviously, Sophie didnʼt want these flames as her azure yang flame was entirely different, but the realm concoction required that she understand how these flames danced for better control when she would support Tina and Dalila.

The two of them also came forward and looked curiously at the Apocalyptic Flame Essence. Bylai also joined shortly.

”…”

But Davis widened his eyes, sensing that they had more presence than before, which meant that their prowess had improved from the time he had last seen them, and it was like two days ago, if he wasnʼt wrong.

Indeed, Sophie had consumed Blazing Embercap Mushroom that redefined her azure yang flame, allowing her to comprehend Fire Laws and Yang Laws more, which improved her prowess. He knew that Myria had a pill recipe that used the Blazing Embercap Mushroom as the main ingredient, allowing its efficacy to increase by ten times, so he was sure that Sophieʼs prowess had reached eight levels higher.

He couldnʼt believe his Sophie was at this level without even becoming King-Tier, emulating the Kingly Monarchs without any sort of regality whatsoever.

Moreover, the same thing could be said about Bylai, who found the Molten Goldcrust Core on her own and refined it, allowing her Gold Laws to progress by leaps and bounds as well as make her body extremely stronger that she even shimmered like gold in his eyes when he shot a closer look at her, deeply admiring her figure.

As for Tina and Dalila, he could sense the pressure these two exuded had considerably increased. They had the weakest prowess when he compared them with his other women, but now, they felt almost as strong as Sophie and Bylai to him, making him imagine that this was due to them absorbing Epsilaʼs pill essence.

He was highly curious as to how far they had grown during the time he created the Apocalyptic Flame Essence, wanting to spar with them in the air but also above the bed.

However, while he was curious about their newfound prowess, they were also the same, feeling his heavy presence overwhelm their senses. They couldnʼt even concentrate on the Apocalyptic Flame Essence as the air felt prickly around him, making them feel somewhat limp.

Nonetheless, he remained with them for a while before finally verifying that the Apocalyptic Flame Essence wouldnʼt harm them. In fact, the Apocalyptic Flame Essence was also imitating their actions, silently studying them. Perhaps it was curious as to what these fleshly lifeforms were, causing Davis to find it funny.

However, he could tell that it liked these fleshly lifeforms as they sometimes transformed into their shape and imitated their movements.

He was also trying to understand its runes as hard as he could with concentration.

However, he felt a hand wrap around his neck from the back.

It was prickly to the touch, but Davis knew it was Eldiaʼs, causing him to caress her hands.

”Master… whoʼs this girl…?”

”A girl? We donʼt know its gender yet.”

Davis laughed as he communicated with Eldia with soul transmission, but Eldia retorted.

”Itʼs spirit has yin undulations. Itʼs most definitely going to become a female… and… and Iʼm not sharing places with her…!”

”…”

Davis was low-key dumbfounded over how Eldia could see that the Apocalyptic Flame Essenceʼs spirit has yin undulations. Was that even perceivable?

Was it like how magical beasts could smell the scent of a male or female from their flesh, and spirits could sense that based on their soul undulations?

ʼWoah… in that case… thatʼs great…ʼ

Davis felt like he didnʼt need to worry about a male spirit occupying Leaʼs soul sea. However, he couldnʼt help but find Eldia extremely cute with her demanding the right to be the only spirit in his soul sea, not giving it up no matter what.

”Iʼll consider it.”

”No, only me…!”

He said it, causing her to grind her bosoms against him, causing a sense of euphoria to shoot up his spine.

He quickly clenched Eldiaʼs wrist and forcefully absorbed her into his soul sea, causing himself to manifest in front of her dumbfounded figure.

”Youʼre the only spirit I love to have in my soul, Eldia.”

”Mhm!~”

He caressed her cheek within the space of their pact, causing her to be full of smiles, but outside, he barely managed to quell his hard-on.

ʼPhew… this lightning spirit is like a spirit made for dual cultivation as the vibration that her lightning body induces is like massage, arousing every cell it touches, perhaps even turning them into erogenous zone…ʼ

Davis couldnʼt imagine how good she would feel in bed, inducing all kinds of fantasies in him.

However, when he came out of his reverie, he saw Myria staring at him with an unamused look.

”Haha.” He awkwardly laughed before he pointed toward the north, ”Head north a bit and make a camp… Lea, come with me. As for the others, protect each other. Weʼll come back within a day.”

”Oh, okay~”

Lea nodded, wondering where he was taking her, while Myria narrowed her brows.

”Is it fine if we let the Celestial Luminescence Pill pill go?”

Time was ticking, and Myria knew that it was only a matter of time before one of the factions found the other key to the temple where the pill was rumored to be hidden. In fact, she felt that it was entirely possible the reason they werenʼt bombarded despite letting the Thundering Serenity Upper Realm leave was because some factions had found the other key, and they were all exploring the temple right about now or perhaps, they were close to finding it already.

She knew Davis could also arrive at this conclusion, so she wondered if he didnʼt care about it.

”I want it too, but I have too much on my hands right now. With Epsila here for us, I donʼt feel much regret losing it.”

”You shouldnʼt say that. That pill is invaluable as itʼs a Spirit-Tier Pill that increases your Law comprehension ability, clearing away your attainment, which should help you comprehend apocalyptic flames better.”

”…”

Davis considered Myriaʼs words, but right now, he knew for a fact that including apocalyptic flames in his Essence Physique would make his perfect physique imperfect.

*Bzzz!~*

Crimson-gold flames burst forth from Davisʼs body, dancing with an ethereal intensity that mirrored the heart of a celestial furnace. Simultaneously, black-silver lightning crackled and arced around his flaming figure, appearing like a volatile tempest that seemed to bridge the realms of shadow and light, but amidst this elemental chaos, verdant wind blades whirled and sliced through the air, their edges extremely sharp.

It was as though the tyrannical aura of the heavens descended, causing them all to freeze, even Myria and Fairy Thunderblaze.

”Donʼt worry. The Celestial Luminescence Pill is said to be a High-Level Immortal Emperor Grade Pill. Even if they obtained it, they wouldnʼt dare consume it without making some preparations for loss of efficiency unless they are desperate. Therefore, weʼll just plunder it from whoever obtains it…”

”…”

Myria felt an extreme chill inside her soul as she suddenly felt as though Heavenʼs Will was here, but it turns out that his annihilative intent was so strong that she temporarily sensed an illusion of it but feeling his base prowess hit her face, she knew he had achieved what she was trying to do with her Eternal Body Physique with just one physique alone.

ʼTen levels higher for just his base cultivation!?ʼ

She came out of her reverie and almost screamed out in disbelief, unable to believe that this was the result of fusing three annihilative attributes of heavenly lightning, heavenly flames, and heavenly wind.

It was no wonder he didnʼt bother to look at apocalyptic flames anymore for fear of losing this unbelievable Essence Gathering Physique!
