Destined Entwining: Capturing My Devoted Beau

Chapter 391: Chapter 211: Now This Is Unexpected, Truly Unexpected

The doctors present hurried over to move Cameron Spencer into the ward for emergency treatment.

When Cameron Spencer woke up, he saw the third wife, Hazel Winchester, sitting at the bedside with red eyes, taking care of him.

”Mr. Spencer, you’re awake.” Hazel Winchester was on edge, feeling anxious until she saw Cameron awake, and finally breathed a sigh of relief.

Cameron Spencer was in a foul mood, thinking about Brooke Osborne’s pregnancy; he didn’t want to return to the mansion and worry her.

Just as Hazel Winchester was here and, knowing she also had a background in private healthcare, he gestured to her, ”Help me sit up.”

Hazel Winchester promptly and eagerly helped Cameron Spencer sit up.

Cameron Spencer closed his eyes briefly and first asked, ”Who informed you to come?”

Hazel Winchester’s tears started streaming down as she said, ”The girl who had the accident with Justus was my niece, Molly.”

Cameron Spencer was taken aback, ”It was her?! And the child in her belly...”

Hazel Winchester quickly distanced herself, ”I never expected her to have a child with Justus. By the time I knew, the child was already a few months old, and I couldn’t persuade her to terminate it. After all, it was a little life...”

”Moreover, she never intended to destroy Justus’s marriage, merely planning to give birth and let Justus take the child back for Eva to raise. But unexpectedly, she really was unfortunate...”

Hazel Winchester began to sob softly.

Cameron Spencer gradually began to understand.

Eva Harris and Justus Spencer had been married for several years without a child, which was also a source of heartache for Cameron Spencer.

But this didn’t mean that Justus Spencer should have a child with another woman.

The Harris Family was not to be trifled with, and neither Eva Harris nor Justus Spencer had any health issues, so even if they wanted IVF, it could be done. Why would Molly Zimmerman bear a child for Eva Harris?

Did they think it was ancient times...

Cameron Spencer had numerous women and had fathered two daughters outside of marriage, so he knew exactly what women like that were thinking.

However, by this time, Molly Zimmerman had already died, and the child in her belly was gone too, some unpleasant words were unnecessary to say.

Cameron Spencer did not continue the topic, only weakly saying, ”... then notify her family to claim the body. Justus’s side also needs to hold a funeral, and with you by my side to take care of me, help me call Ava and have her come back to oversee it.”

Hazel Winchester felt a bit pleased but didn’t show it on her face. She wiped her tears and said, ”What about Big Sister? After all, Justus was her biological son.”

Cameron’s former wife, Ruby Rayner; they had divorced not long ago.

After the divorce, Ruby Rayner, old as she was, became a nun.

Cameron Spencer said lightly, ”Find someone to inform her. If she wants to come, let her come; if not, don’t force her.”

Hazel Winchester nodded, ”I’ll make the calls and then ask the doctor when you can be discharged.”

Cameron Spencer closed his eyes and waved his hand, ”Go ahead.”

...

Hazel Winchester left Cameron Spencer’s ward, returned to her car, and first called Ava Harlow.

With a trace of tears in her voice, she said, ”Second Sister, Justus is gone!”

Ava Harlow had just finished her lunch and was about to head to the salon for hair and skin care when she heard Hazel’s words and was momentarily dumbfounded before asking in confusion, ”... What do you mean gone? Who’s gone? What are you talking about?”

”Justus, Big Sister’s son, our Spencer Family’s only male heir, just like that, gone! I’m at the hospital now, he was in a car accident...” Hazel Winchester wasn’t brave enough to mention that her niece Molly Zimmerman was also involved.

Ava Harlow finally understood, her heart tightened, ”Really? And Mr. Spencer?”

”Mr. Spencer is also at the hospital, he brought me here.” Hazel Winchester half-truthfully and hesitantly said, ”He couldn’t take it earlier and fainted, the doctors resuscitated him. Mr. Spencer asked me to call you to oversee Justus’s funeral.”

”No problem, it’s my duty, I should.” Ava Harlow didn’t decline it.

Even if Cameron Spencer hadn’t divorced Ruby Rayner, in such matters of weddings and funerals, it was still Ava Harlow who had to take charge.

She was from a prominent family, had been learning to manage a household since a child, much stronger than Ruby Rayner, and certainly stronger than Hazel Winchester.

As for the woman currently beside Cameron Spencer, Brooke Osborne, Ava Harlow didn’t regard her at all.

”That’s good, I’m honest, and a bit dumb, don’t understand these things, only know how to take care of Mr. Spencer. Justus’s important matters will be left to you, don’t worry about Mr. Spencer, I’ll take good care of him.” Hazel Winchester said with a smile, then hung up the phone.

Ava Harlow sneered on the other end, thoroughly disdainful of Hazel Winchester’s demeanor.
