Daddy Always Gets Jealous

Huo Jinnan stood there, not moving, his voice low and bewitching, ”Your hand.”

When Che Huan snapped back to reality, she realized that her hand had been tightly clutching his belt. She quickly let go, her cheeks flushing red involuntarily, ”I... I didn’t mean to.”

Huo Jinnan turned his head to look at Che Huan, standing with a hand steadying his half-loosened belt in an elegantly arranged fashion.

It was clearly a rather indecent gesture, yet standing there, he somehow managed to give off an air of cold and noble beauty.

Che Huan averted her gaze, muttering a soft ”sorry”.

After Huo Jinnan fastened his belt, he seized her hand and suddenly pulled her into his embrace, ”Don’t just touch a man’s belt in the future.”

Che Huan pretended she heard nothing, stood up quickly, and kept a distance from him. Her eyes inadvertently glanced down, saw the curve on his trousers, and hurriedly looked away!

Huo Jinnan watched Che Huan for a while, then spoke with a deep voice, ”Do that again next time, and I’ll sleep with you directly.”

”You!”

Che Huan didn’t know what to curse, she raised her hand intending to slap him, her arm lifted, but thinking of last time, her movement slowed down.

Huo Jinnan glanced over, grabbed her wrist, and went straight downstairs.

On the basement level, standing in the dim light, he glanced sideways at Che Huan, ”Stay here, don’t move. When I call you, come out.”

Che Huan bit her lip without making a sound, glaring angrily at Huo Jinnan.

After Huo Jinnan exited the stairwell, he scanned around, located the surveillance camera, and deftly dealt with it before turning his head back towards where Che Huan was, ”Come out.”

Che Huan came out, walking towards Huo Jinnan in the dim light.

Huo Jinnan opened the car door, ”Shotgun.”

Che Huan got into the passenger seat, turned her head to look in Huo Jinnan’s direction, her hand subconsciously clenched into a fist.

This man was simply the most rampant offender, second to none!

Huo Jinnan got into the driver’s seat, glanced at Che Huan, and started the car very quickly, driving her straight home.

Che Huan got out of the car, not wanting to stay with him for another second. She walked briskly, almost jogging, and as soon as she entered the elevator, she quickly pressed the elevator door button.

On the ninth floor, she exited the elevator, entered her apartment, locked it behind her, and only then did she lean against the door, her chest heaving.

He wouldn’t follow her, right?

His dangerous gaze in the car flashed before her eyes, and she had intended to confront him about Gu Yunqing’s words, but that look immediately made her abandon the idea.

It was better to keep a respectful distance from someone like Huo Jinnan!

Otherwise, she would only be used and toyed with at his whim.

Thinking this, Che Huan leaned against the door forcefully.

Now, she just wanted to find her daughter as soon as possible, take her, and leave Hong Kong, this place full of strife, to live a quiet life.

After a long silence, she stood up straight, glanced back at the tightly closed door, and walked towards the bathroom, squeezing some liquid soap and gently lathering her hands, her mind filled with the words he said in the bathroom.

She was lost in thought when suddenly she heard the door lock rattling.

Che Huan stopped her motion, turned her head towards the door, and watched in horror as a gap formed between the door and the frame, growing wider, it was too late to stop it.

Huo Jinnan pushed open the door, stepped in with his long legs, his gaze sweeping around before landing on Che Huan, then he reached out to close the door behind him.

Che Huan stood there, her breathing erratic, ”Huo Jinnan, what... what exactly do you want?!”

”I want you.” Huo Jinnan looked in Che Huan’s direction, his eyes dark and enigmatic, his voice also sensually low.
