Chapter 132: Volume 3 Chapter 36 Open Class

Tian Xingjian laughed and said, ”Listening to you, I feel like a bandit robbing young women. What should I say next...” He thought for a moment, then lifted Milan’s chin with his hand and leered, ”Little lady, come with me and be my village chief’s wife, and I’ll make sure you eat well, drink well, and enjoy endless wealth and prosperity... plenty of buns to eat!” Milan chuckled, spat at him, and said, ”You dirty pervert, who wants to eat your buns.” Fatty drooled a little, plastered on a smile, and said, ”How about you be the bandit chief, and I’ll eat your buns?” Milan was initially stunned, but then saw this lecherous man staring at her chest with green light in his eyes. Blushing, she kicked him away, opened the door, and laughed coquettishly, ”Shameless Fatty... you can’t have them!” Turning to leave, she glanced back and said softly, ”Make some time... you should go find her...”

Fatty stared blankly as Milan entered her room and closed the door. His heart was filled with affection, gratitude, and guilt, feeling an overwhelming mix of emotions.

The next morning, Boswell called. This was Tian Xingjian’s first class as an assistant professor. The old man was a bit worried and specifically called to offer some encouragement, not realizing that Fatty wasn’t nervous at all. He didn’t feel guilty about misleading students. Moreover, he slept soundly, and as he walked along the academy’s tree-lined path, Fatty hummed a tune, feeling relaxed and at ease.

The academy’s military training had reached its midpoint. Apart from an hour of daily professional training in the afternoon, there was no longer a requirement for formations, queues, or cross-country running. The students all seemed to breathe a sigh of relief, and the entire academy became lively. Without the constraints of the reserve soldier uniforms, the once bland Military Academy turned colorful. Girls wore brightly colored and beautiful clothes, with low necklines and fluttering skirts, which captivated the eyes of many lecherous guys.

Tian Xingjian, wearing glasses, walked with his chest puffed out, looking serious and dignified. The books under his arm added a scholarly air to him. Seeing the little lechers in the academy bending to tie their shoes, tiptoeing, and jumping around, Fatty felt very disdainful. Without professional spirit, how could they become great perverts? He really wanted to catch these little lechers and show them how convenient high-level lechers’ infrared-modified peeping devices are, making them admire the style of senior experts.

”You bring the little white rabbit, I bring the little airplane, we all exchange toys to play. I play with your little white rabbit, you play with my little airplane, we are close and loving, it’s a good baby.” Fatty sang an old children’s song in an extremely lewd manner as he entered the comprehensive teaching building.

This class was held in the large research room, where the entire third floor was filled with students from the Mecha Design Department. These members from the Mechanical Repair Camp naturally recognized this seemingly scholarly Fatty. The boys waved at their idol with smiles, while some female students, like little lambs, automatically gathered around the big bad wolf to greet him. Fatty greeted them kindly while secretly suffering, damn it, his underwear was too tight!

A female student curiously asked, ”Instructor, what was that song you were singing?” Fatty smiled at the curvaceous girl and kindly said, ”That’s an old children’s song from Ancient Earth. I know quite a few more.” The girl giggled and clapped her hands, ”Sing us another one, we’ve never heard them before.”

Fatty, looking very kind and gentle, nodded and said, ”Alright, I’ll sing another one for everyone.” Staring at her chest, he sang, ”Little white rabbit, white and white, red eyes bulge out, loves to eat carrots and vegetables, bouncing around, really cute.” The girl said puzzledly, ”Instructor, I think you sang it wrong, it should be little white rabbit, white and white, two ears stand up, I heard it before.” Fatty chuckled and said, ”Where are the ears from? It’s clearly red... uh, the version is different, the version is different.” The girl laughed so hard she swayed, shaking her body and objecting, ”Instructor, you’re cheating, you sang it wrong and still say the version is different. You seem to really like little white rabbits.” Fatty was a bit dizzy, and he desperately used inner strength to hold back his nosebleed, shaking his head with a smile, ”Little white rabbits are cute, big white rabbits are delicious, I like them both, haha, I like them both!”

Mentioning big white rabbits, Fatty couldn’t help but feel a bit sad...

Damn it, why didn’t I think of making such glasses back then? If the ancestor Tian Boguang knew later generations were so unworthy, he might die of anger. Blaming his lack of experience after thinking for a while, he sighed deeply, feeling guilty for not living up to the expectations of the sect. Life is lonely, and such a fortuitous encounter was so easily missed by him. Youth fades quickly, when will he ever see such a heavenly, world-shattering treasure again? Fatty shook his head and sighed as he entered the classroom.

This was Boswell’s first class, and besides the repressed old man, there were several female professors from the academy, all over forty. Fatty was startled as soon as he entered the door, feeling secretly relieved that he took off the glasses before entering the classroom, otherwise, he might have lost his mind and become disillusioned, losing the joys of life.

Boswell’s lecture was very lively and interesting, making the dry design theory easy to understand. The group of students listened, entranced. He appeared scholarly and refined, occasionally smiling and looking affectionately at the female professors auditing the class, making them blush and their eyes sparkle. Fatty sat on the side, feeling amazed. At such an old age, the old man still attracted bees and butterflies, charging into battle unafraid of strokes or backaches. The power of technology was truly strong.

After Boswell finished his lecture, the next class was Tian Xingjian’s. Fatty had made some preparations, and the content was all in his familiar field. Moreover, these students already idolized him, worshiping him immensely. Even if he were to talk nonsense, no one would jump out to criticize him. The class ended quickly amidst laughter and cheer. Fatty was packing his things and about to leave when suddenly he heard someone calling him at the classroom door. Turning his head, he saw Boswell and Hamid standing next to him. Boswell smiled and said, ”Today is General Russell’s first public lecture. Not only will all the students and professors from the Command Department attend, but the Military Department will also broadcast it live. He wants you to go.”

Tian Xingjian was stunned and asked, ”Why me?” Hamid, who was standing nearby, interjected, ”The content of this lecture is about the landing campaign we recently implemented in the Galileo Star System. The general hopes you can analyze this landing operation from the perspective of a regular advisor.” Fatty was a bit confused. This was a live broadcast. If his beautiful face got exposed to the world, how could he carry out any behind-enemy-lines work? What was Russell thinking? Did he change his mind about not letting him go? He pointed at himself in astonishment and said, ”A live broadcast and you want me to speak? Aren’t you pushing Fatty onto the rack? Has he considered my exposure problem or does he simply not care if I come back alive?” Boswell laughed and said, ”General Russell and I have fully addressed your identity issue. This time, attending this live broadcast of the public lecture is for overall strategic needs. You only need to present your views, regardless of right or wrong. Don’t worry about anything else.”

Following Hamid to the fifth floor’s large teaching and research room, the students had already crammed it full. They formed several long lines, each going through security checks to ensure nobody brought weapons that could harm Russell inside. Since Russell’s assassination attempt, the Supreme Command Department had issued specific security guidelines to raise his safety level to the same as the President’s.

After passing through the no-inspection channel, Russell was already waiting in the professor’s lounge next to the teaching and research room. Seeing Tian Xingjian, Russell smiled and gestured for him to sit down, saying, ”This public lecture is for you to deliver as an advisor. Don’t ask why; just know that this lecture holds significant meaning for the overall strategy and your future. Do not mess it up. There are attendees not only students but also experts and professors from other academies. The Military Department has also sent many experienced military advisors. They may question you, but don’t be too nervous. Just answer truthfully.”

Russell saw Fatty’s calm expression and nodded satisfactorily, saying, ”Good, exactly like this. Now you have a bit of composure about you.”

Fatty chuckled to himself, thinking, ”Why should I be nervous? I am neither heading to the frontline nor being assassinated. It’s just simulating landing plans. What’s there to be nervous about? However, these military strategists are too calculating. They can run numbers horizontally and vertically. Such a public lecture can elevate to the level of strategic significance, making it hard to fathom what covert schemes they might have.”

The class time arrived. As Tian Xingjian followed Russell out of the lounge, he was immediately dumbfounded. Why were there so many people?

The large teaching and research room, capable of holding over a thousand, was packed fully. Not only were all seats taken, but students also filled the aisles and windows without any seating. In the front two rows, dozens of generals and a mix of aged military advisors were seated neatly, along with dozens of professors from the Military Academy wearing civilian military uniforms. As soon as Russell stepped out, the room erupted in extremely enthusiastic and prolonged applause. Russell walked to the podium with a calm smile, waved to everyone, while behind him, Fatty’s face turned pale, body trembling, showing an awkward and unpresentable demeanor. The so-called composure he had earlier was long gone.

Damn, leading students astray is fun, but leading many capable students astray might get you beaten up. This is a big problem.
