Chapter 528, Without Any Courtesy

On the day when the auction commenced, the North Dipper Auction House auction venue was packed with people. Although it accommodated so many people, the venue did not appear crowded in the slightest.

Evidently, aside from conducting publicity, North Dipper Auction House had also made thorough preparations for this auction.

After paying the entrance fee, Qin Yichen, Lu Xiaoguan, and Gongshu Zhiyi entered the auction venue together.

Upon stepping into the auction venue, the dense crowd of people immediately came into view. Looking around, there were at least several thousand to nearly ten thousand people.

Witnessing this scene, the corner of Qin Yichen’s mouth could not help but twitch fiercely. Regardless of the auction results, North Dipper Auction House would definitely make a substantial profit this time.

The entrance fee alone, one gold coin per person, was already a considerable sum of wealth.

Moreover, one gold coin for entrance was merely for ordinary seating. Above the auction venue, there were also over a hundred VIP rooms, and the fees required for those VIP rooms would likely be even higher.

While Qin Yichen was observing, Gongshu Zhiyi’s voice once again caused his heart to ache.

“Brother Yichen, it’s so noisy here. Let’s go over there!”

Looking at Gongshu Zhiyi’s innocent face, Qin Yichen’s gaze followed her arm, and sure enough, the direction she was pointing to was precisely where the VIP rooms were located!

“*Ahem*, okay, let’s go!”

Qin Yichen coughed dryly twice. Originally, he had planned to casually find a place to sit down, but now that Gongshu Zhiyi had spoken, he could hardly ignore her, could he?

If she were to mention casually to Gongshu Yushan, after they have returned, that he was too stingy to even get a VIP room at an auction, the latter might think that he had made her suffer countless hardships and inhumane treatment while they were outside!

After paying one hundred gold coins, the three of them were led by a beautiful attendant towards a VIP room.

“Oh my, what a lovely little beauty!”

Just as they reached the VIP room and were preparing to enter, suddenly a voice rang out from one side.

Hearing this voice, Qin Yichen frowned, and his gaze followed the source of the sound. He discovered a young man with greasy hair and powdered face, dressed like a Young Master, accompanied by three or four guards, walking over with a lecherous expression.

“Little Sister, which Family are you from? Why do you only bring two guards when going out? Heavenly Dragon Imperial City is not safe, you know?” This Young Master directly ignored Qin Yichen and Lu Xiaoguan, walking straight up to Gongshu Zhiyi and asking what he thought was a charming question. At the same time, his hand was already reaching towards her arm.

“Guards?” Regarding his actions, Gongshu Zhiyi looked completely innocent, seemingly curious as to why this fellow, who did not appear to be a fool, would regard Qin Yichen and Lu Xiaoguan as her guards. As for that approaching hand, she appeared completely oblivious to it.

*Slap!*

Just as that nasty claw was about to touch Gongshu Zhiyi, suddenly a hand reached out and firmly grasped it.

The Young Master’s arm first trembled, but that hand was like an iron lock, and he could not shake it off in the slightest.

“Let go!”

Subsequently, this Young Master frowned and finally turned his head, angrily shouting at Qin Yichen who was gripping his arm. Behind him, the four guards also surrounded Qin Yichen with murderous expressions.

“Get lost!” Regarding his scolding, Qin Yichen did not comply, but instead coldly uttered two words.

“You’re telling me to get lost? You bastard, do you know who I am?”

Hearing Qin Yichen’s words, the Young Master’s eyes widened as if he could not believe that someone dared to speak to him in such a manner.

However, at this moment, Qin Yichen’s eyes slightly narrowed, and the muscles in his arm trembled slightly as a powerful force transferred over.

“Ah!” The Young Master, who had been shouting arrogantly just moments before, felt as if his arm was being clamped by a red-hot iron vice. Immediately, he screamed miserably while his other hand tightly gripped Qin Yichen’s arm.

“It hurts… it hurts… let go! Let go!”

Amidst his wailing, streams of almost commanding rebukes continued to pour from his mouth.

However, his scolding only resulted in an even greater increase in force!

“Ah!” Under this agony of having his arm nearly crushed alive, the Young Master’s scolding abruptly ceased and transformed into piercing screams.

“Young Master!” Seeing the Young Master’s condition, the four guards he had brought immediately cried out in alarm. With a movement of their hands, they attacked Qin Yichen.

Judging from their aura, they were all Martial Kings!

Facing the threat of four Martial Kings, Qin Yichen showed no fear, and neither did Gongshu Zhiyi nor Lu Xiaoguan. Early Stage Martial King truly posed no threat to them. Even if their opponents’ attacks reached them, they only needed to deploy a Puppet to easily eliminate them!

However, while the three of them were unconcerned, this did not mean that others possessed such strength and courage.

After all, many of those who had entered this auction venue were businessmen representing their Families. Four Martial Kings, even the slightest aftershock, would be sufficient to bring them complete disaster!

Immediately, the crowd became chaotic as many people, fearing being caught in the crossfire, hurriedly scattered in all directions.

“Stop!” Just then, a thunderous shout resonated like lightning.

Under this shout, the four Martial King guards’ movements froze mid-air, whilst a flash of astonishment crossed Qin Yichen’s eyes.

The Yuan Energy contained in that shout made it clear that the speaker was definitely a Peak Martial King!

“Seems like this North Dipper Auction House is not as simple as it seems.” Qin Yichen’s eyes slightly narrowed. Merely having a Peak Martial King stationed in an auction venue, showcases its strength. [So, any Force capable of establishing itself in Heavenly Dragon Imperial City is indeed far from ordinary.]

Subsequently, from one side, several North Dipper Auction House staff members followed behind a white-haired Elder as they approached Qin Yichen’s group.

“Manager Bai!” Seeing this Elder, the attendant who had been leading Qin Yichen’s trio immediately bowed respectfully.

“Gentlemen, please give our North Dipper Auction House some face and refrain from causing trouble here.” The elder nodded, walked up to Qin Yichen, glanced at the Young Master who was collapsed on the ground like a limp shrimp, and said.

Seeing that North Dipper Auction House’s Manager had appeared, Qin Yichen was unwilling to cause further trouble. After glaring at that greasy-haired, powdered-face Young Master, he finally released his grip.

“Ah…” After being released, the Young Master screamed again. At this point, his arm was severely swollen, and five clear handprints were distinctly visible upon it.

“Young Master!”

“Young Master, are you alright!?”

The four Martial King guards hurriedly approached the Young Master and inquired.
