Chapter 46, Are You Out of Your Mind?

Jin Zhu slightly raised her chin. The corner of her mouth curving into an arc, as though she was a kind girl about to give food to a beggar: “Such a powerful Pet Dragon, do you want it?”

After a pause, Jin Zhu continued, “Your Profession is Dragon Tamer. Without a Dragon, it’s just a useless waste of a Profession, isn’t that right? You’ve seen its Attributes and Skills, this Armoured Earth Dragon is a genuine Dragon! It can be tamed by your Dragon Taming Skill and become your Pet Dragon. Once you tame it as your Pet Dragon, your Dragon Taming Skills can also be activated, making you a true Dragon Tamer!”

“That’s one of the three strongest Hidden Professions! In history, there’s not a single record of how powerful a Dragon Tamer is with a Pet Dragon! You might have the fortune to become the first in the world. Doesn’t that sound exciting to you?”

“Uh…” Lu Fan thought for a moment. [Well, I am very strong. I could indeed be considered the first in history…]

“Yes, quite exciting.” Although he said this, Lu Fan’s expression remained calm.

If Qin Qiu was here at this moment, seeing the conversation between the two, she would probably be unable to hold back her laughter.

Earth Dragon? Lu Fan already has an incredibly powerful Black Dragon King!

Hearing this, Lu Fan could deduce the other party’s intention in finding him. He simply directly said, “So, you came to find me because you happen to have an Earth Dragon, and I’m a Dragon Tamer, right?”

“Exactly!” Seeing that Lu Fan was not too stupid, Jin Zhu nodded and smiled, “If you weren’t a Dragon Tamer, I would not have bothered to come to a small place like Jianghai City. In this year’s Profession Change, you’re the only person I know who became a Dragon Tamer. So, you have the fortune of me coming here to discuss this matter with you.”

As she spoke, Jin Zhu pointed at the image and said in a lofty tone, “I have the power to turn you from trash into a powerful expert. As long as you agree to my few requests, this Dragon Egg will be yours.”

Lu Fan had long been unable to tolerate Jin Zhu’s attitude. Still, his curiosity was piqued, so he asked, “What kind of requests?”

“Very simple!” Jin Zhu held up one finger, “First, I want you to become a servant of our Jin Family, serving our Jin Family with utmost loyalty. Whatever I, Jin Zhu, say, you must do, without disobedience!”

This first condition already made Lu Fan want to laugh. [For a Dragon Egg, you want me to be your slave? You, Little Princess from Extremistis Country, really think too highly of yourself!!!]

This was not all. Jin Zhu held up a second finger, her tone more solemn. “Second, I want you to give up your Dragon Country citizenship and become a member of our Extremistis Country. Dragon Tamer is a powerful Profession. Only our Extremistis Country is worthy of having one. The Dragon Country is not worthy of having a Dragon Tamer! If you want to become a true Dragon Tamer, you must join our Extremistis Country. I think this should be a good thing for you, right? Not only can you become a Dragon Tamer, but you can also become a Noble in our Extremistis Country. In the future, those of the Dragon Country will all look up to you.”

The second condition made Lu Fan’s blood boil. [So, does everyone good need to come from your Extremistis Country!?]

Jin Zhu was completely unaware that she had already ticked Lu Fan off. She still felt as though she was standing on a golden platform.

“How about it? These two conditions should not be too difficult, right? It’s just becoming a member of our Extremistis Country and working for my Jin Family. Our Jin Family can guarantee that you’ll become Extremistis Country’s top expert in the future, with power and status all within reach!”

“Ha ha ha!” Lu Fan gave a cold laugh. Keeping in mind the demeanour he should have in front of a foreign Princess, he believes he should not swear. Yes, he questioned in a deep voice, “Are you out of your mind?”

“Uh????” Jin Zhu was taken aback. She had not expected that after offering such generous conditions, the other party would speak so rudely to her, directly insulting her.

“Are you insulting me?” Jin Zhu’s eyes narrowed, angered.

Lu Fan waved his hand, saying with a cold smile, “I’m sorry, I really could not help it. For just a Dragon Egg, you want me to leave Dragon Country and your Jin Family’s and Extremistis Country’s Dog? It’s hard for me not to say what I’ve just said. If you came to Jianghai City just for this, you can leave now. I have no interest in that Dragon Egg of yours.”

“In fact, please leave, and don’t let me see you off!” As he spoke, Lu Fan pointed at the shop door, clearly showing his intention for them to leave.

This immediately made Jin Zhu’s face turn cold, her teeth gritting with a light *crunch*.

Seeing Jin Zhu so angry, how could Cui Hongtai remain still? He stepped forward, coldly reprimanding, “You brat, you are being too rude. Our Princess is giving you the opportunity to soar to great heights. Not only are you not grateful, but you even dare to speak disrespectfully to the Princess! You’re just a Commoner! Do you believe I’ll teach you a lesson right now!?”

Jin Zhu coldly snorted. “It seems like I’ve been too kind to a Dog, and the Dog has forgotten its manners. Cui Hongtai, teach him a lesson! I think this person might respond better to force than kindness. After being taught a lesson, he should consider the conditions I’d mentioned.”

Cui Hongtai nodded. “Yes!”

Cui Hongtai faced Lu Fan and slowly walked towards him.
