Chapter 31, Give Me a Mouthful of Lava Blaze and Burn It to Death!

“It’s over…” Cai’er plopped down on the ground. As a woman, her psychological resilience was considerably lower compared to Sun Ge and the others.

Everyone else also had expressions of despair on their faces, all feeling that such a powerful Boss was simply beyond their ability to deal with.

Sun Ge shook his head and sighed, turning back to Qin Qiu with a bitter smile. “I’m truly sorry, Young Mistress, we are incompetent. In this situation, we may really be at a loss…”

Qin Qiu shook her head, speaking with a trembling voice. “The one who should be blamed is me. This Secret Realm, it was me who insisted on coming here. The Hidden Stage was also triggered because of me. Uncle Ge, I’m so sorry, you’ve been working tirelessly for our Qin Family for so many years, and now because of me…”

“Are you all planning to give up just like that?” Lu Fan interrupted Qin Qiu, his expression showing no signs of panic.

“It’s just a Hidden Stage, right? We’ll just clear it.”

Lu Fan’s words made everyone do a double take.

[Clear it!!? Brother, this is a Level 25 Nightmare Boss! It’s immune to Physical Attacks! How are we supposed to clear it!? You are indeed very strong, no doubt, but you can only dish out Physical Attacks! The Boss is immune to your attacks!]

If anyone else had said these words, Sun Ge and the others would have thought Lu Fan had gone mad. However, Lu Fan’s performance from the beginning until the end had always been jaw-dropping.

Seeing Lu Fan’s confident demeanour, Qin Qiu furrowed her brows slightly, as if seeing a glimmer of hope. He asked: “Do you have a way to kill this Boss? Don’t tell me you have a Magic Attack Skill?”

“I don’t have any at the moment,” Lu Fan said honestly.

Everyone was instantly disappointed.  [Brother, if you don’t have a Magic Attack Skill, how can you kill the Light Abhorrer?]

However, Lu Fan’s next sentence left everyone completely stunned again.

“I don’t have any, but my Pet does.”

[Pet?!] Sun Ge’s face was full of disbelief as he stammered: “You… don’t you have a Warrior Type Hidden Profession? Where did you get a Pet?”

Pets were something only Summoners and Beast Tamers could possess; other Combat Specialised Professions had no way of taming Pets.

The Combat Power Lu Fan had displayed from the beginning until now had already shocked everyone multiple times. Everyone had also concluded in their hearts that Lu Fan must be a Warrior Type Hidden Profession.

But now Lu Fan was saying he had a Pet, how could this not shock the others?

Lu Fan smiled slightly, reaching out to press on the empty space beside him. A Summoning Array with a diameter of ten metres suddenly took shape.

“I never said I was a Warrior Type Hidden Profession. I just said to treat me as such. If I really had to say, what I have should be considered closer to a Tamer Type Hidden Profession. The strongest is not me, but my Pet.” As Lu Fan’s words fell, the Summoning Array took shape, and the other end of the Array connected to chaos, which no one could see through.

But as the Array connected with another world, a Giant Dragon Roar came through. It was so deafening, it caused Qin Qiu and the others to involuntarily cover their ears.

A pair of Dragon Claws grasped the edge of the Array, pitch-black like rock. At the same time, a huge black body with red marks flashing on and off squeezed out from the Array. With each step, the ground trembled.

Xiao Ye slowly walked out from the Array. After arriving, she stretched her huge dark red wings, as if lazily stretching.

Just this small action, due to her enormous Strength Attribute, stirred up a huge gale. It almost made Qin Qiu and the other Mages unable to stand steady.

“H… H… Holy shit!” Sun Ge stared at this enormous creature, his eyeballs almost popping out. His body unconsciously stiffened. [This… isn’t this a Dragon?! Weren’t these creatures said to only appear in Forbidden Areas inaccessible to Humans. They are beings with strength that crushes all races in the world! How could it appear here, and moreover… as Lu Fan’s Pet?!]

Not only Sun Ge, but all the others also felt as if their heads had been hit hard with a hammer. Their worldviews had completely shattered.

What made them even more flabbergasted was that this ferocious-looking Giant Dragon, after being summoned, upon seeing Lu Fan, immediately changed its majestic and intimidating posture from earlier. It lowered its head and moved closer to him, clearly asking to be petted.

It was just like an obedient dog. It truly begged the question where did the demeanour of a Giant Dragon go?

This huge discrepancy left everyone on the scene both shocked and speechless.

Seeing Xiao Ye come out and immediately bring her huge head close, Lu Fan could not resist. After patting her head, he said: “Alright, Xiao Ye, stop being so coy, I called you out because I have a job for you. There. Do you see that pitch-black mess? Give me a mouthful of Lava Blaze and burn it to death!”
