Not Being a Trainer This Time

That incredibly rich green light instantly wrapped around Alcremie’s small body.

Then, under the watchful eyes of countless spectators, Alcremie’s body transformed into a ball of green light and shot out fiercely!

Perhaps it was too fast, leaving a clearly visible green line on the arena!

Wait! Incineroar was pierced by the green line!

On the arena, the dark energy on Incineroar’s sharp claws gradually disappeared.

This muscular Pokémon opened its mouth wide in shock, its face filled with disbelief.

It lowered its head, looked at its own abdomen, and uttered a ”ugh-ugh” sound.

The next second, Incineroar felt its vision go dark and then collapsed onto the ground, unconscious.

”It’s here! Alcremie used a move never seen before to defeat Incineroar!” Roger murmured, ”This is truly unbelievable!”

Seeing this, Naoki sighed in relief.

Rayquaza’s Dragon Ascent luckily came out at a critical moment.

Now, only the last opponent remains!

”Alcremie, use Metronome again!” Naoki called out.

And that woman also realized, she saw that the Alcremie seemed to have a special knack for using Metronome.

It absolutely must not be allowed to use it again!

”Tsareena, Grassy Glide, stop it!”

Tsareena immediately assumed a gliding posture, her legs emitted green light, looking as if she was on a slide, quickly advancing on the arena and kicking Alcremie away.

Metronome was interrupted, and Alcremie got up, looking disheveled.

But Tsareena didn’t plan to give it a chance to breathe.

”Power Whip!”

A slender vine whip quickly extended from Tsareena’s body.

Tsareena grasped it in her hand and then lashed it on the arena.

With a crisp ”snap,” the whip began to lash towards Alcremie at an extremely fast speed.

”Alcremie, Protect!”

”Ma-ma!”

Alcremie immediately crossed its arms in front of it, accompanied by a flash of white light, it unexpectedly managed to shield against Tsareena’s attack!

”Again!” Naoki quickly called.

Alcremie immediately focused its gaze on Tsareena.

The next second, Tsareena’s movements became uncontrollable, and it gathered a whip once more!

”Tsareena, get a grip on yourself!” the woman shouted loudly.

But it was already too late.

Seizing the moment as Tsareena gathered the whip, Naoki quickly shouted, ”Great, now! Metronome!”

”Ma-ma!”

Alcremie started wagging its fingers once again.

”Oh my! It’s fabulous! The Wiing King contestant actually used Encore to prevent Tsareena from interrupting the Metronome first! Roger exclaimed excitedly, ”Alcremie is wagging its finger again, what move will it use this time?”

Tsareena gathered a long whip.

It raised its hand high and lashed, the whip flying towards Alcremie.

At this critical moment, Alcremie’s wagging fingers stopped.

This meant Metronome was successfully used!

The next second, under the eyes of countless spectators, a dazzling milky white light suddenly burst from Alcremie.

The light rapidly expanded, turning into a brilliant light sphere.

The light sphere first repelled Tsareena’s long whip, then whooshed up above the arena.

”That is...”

”What move is that?”

At this moment, all the audience present looked up at the sky.

They saw the light sphere stall in the air for a second, and the next moment, a terrifying energy erupted from it.

The dazzling white light swept through the entire stadium instantly, and then countless milky white light projectiles shot out of it.

In almost an instant, the arena was inundated, like a space-based orbital cannon, executing an indiscriminate strike below.

Alcremie stood amidst the light projectiles, spiritedly staring at the overwhelmed Tsareena across.

Moments later, when everything returned to calm.

Only Alcremie was left standing as the sole Pokémon on the entire arena.

The crowd’s mouths hung open, looking stunned at the fallen Tsareena and the Alcremie still standing proudly on the arena.

”...”

Silence, extreme silence.

At this moment, it felt as if the mute button had been pressed on the entire venue.
