His Beloved Treasure

Chapter 1613: Chapter 451: Learning Guitar? (2)

Jing Feng spoke to her softly.

”Really? Why didn’t you tell me earlier?”

Helian Hao was so delighted, she was about to lose her wits.

”Of course, I wanted to tell you, but I just...”

He didn’t finish his sentence, just gave a bitter smile, which gradually turned sweet.

”Rest now!”

She said softly.

”Okay!”

The two looked into each other’s eyes. Jing Feng bent his tall figure, held her face, and gently kissed her forehead.

Lately, he felt there was a distance between Helian Hao and himself, so he was always looking for a chance. Finally, when the boss returned today, he went to the office. Anything that threatened his marriage, including people, he refused to allow.

——

Mu Family.

”Mom, can you play the guitar?”

When Huanhuan finished her bath and lay down, she asked Qin Mu.

”Hmm? Play the guitar? I can’t!”

Qin Mu thought for a moment. Since she was young, she wasn’t particularly artistic. She had touched the piano a few times, but never played anything else.

”Mom, Fanfan’s mom can play the guitar. Fanfan said his mom plays beautifully. Mom, could you learn too? I want you to play the guitar for me.”

Qin Mu frowned with some distress, thought for a moment, and then said to Huanhuan: ”Go to sleep first! Mom will seriously consider it!”

”Okay! Good night, Mom!”

Huanhuan looked at Qin Mu with particularly sincere eyes, so she obediently lay down to sleep.

After leaving Huanhuan’s room, Qin Mu felt a bit of complaint, thinking, I even have to learn the guitar, next thing I know I’ll be learning the bass!

But she couldn’t get it off her mind, so she walked to her room with large strides.

By then, Mu Yichen had already lulled the son to sleep and was lying down. Mu Yichen understood his daughter needed to dry her hair, so she would be a bit late. But seeing her come back so late still made him a bit unhappy.

”Why are you just coming back?”

Mu Yichen lifted one side of the blanket, letting her get in.

”Isn’t it because of your daughter? She suddenly asked if I could play the guitar and wants me to learn for her!”

Qin Mu mumbled, not very happily.

After hearing that, Mu Yichen’s eyebrows slightly moved, then he chuckled softly: ”Did another kid’s mom who plays the guitar catch her attention?”

”Yes! She said Fanfan’s mom plays beautifully.”

Qin Mu turned to look at Mu Yichen, a bit sourly.

Mu Yichen’s dark eyes gazed at her as he gently stroked a strand of long hair on her chest: ”So, are you going to learn it too?”

”I don’t want to learn, but somehow, I can’t let it go. Forget it, we’ll talk about it tomorrow!”

Learning these things is much harder than making money.

So she couldn’t fall asleep.

Mu Yichen lay sideways beside her, put down his phone, and with one arm above her head, gently hugged her shoulder: ”How about I teach you?”

Mu Yichen suggested.

”You can?”

Qin Mu looked up at him.

”It shouldn’t be hard, right?”

Mu Yichen thought for a bit, also a bit doubtful.

Neither of them grew up in the presence of elders and didn’t learn as much as other kids, doing everything by interest. Qin Mu loved studying and drawing, whereas he and perhaps boys worldwide preferred sports?

Qin Mu turned to his side.

”When I was pregnant with her, I thought she shouldn’t live in a tiny place feeling stifled like me. I wouldn’t let her enjoy less than other kids, so I worked hard to earn money. I thought that was enough. When our family reunited, I felt she was the happiest child in the world. But now, she even wants me to learn the guitar for her.”

Qin Mu grumbled a bit.

Mu Yichen listened to her, glancing down at her in his arms.

”Sigh!”

Qin Mu sighed, but there was a bit of excitement inside her.

Thinking quietly, this seemed like the first time her daughter made a request. If she didn’t try her best, she would feel bad.

——

On the next day, under the bright sun, Qin Mu went to the studio, had a small meeting, and returned to the office to look up quick ways to learn guitar.

Qin Mu guessed that quite a few of the kids downstairs could play guitar. The French tend to be romantic, and boys tend to play with the guitar when they’re young. But since everyone was working, she hesitated to disturb them, so she searched online and prepared to buy a guitar.

Qin Mu researched quick ways to learn guitar, but found herself unable to understand any of it, so she closed the webpage and contacted Helian Hao.

”Do you know where I can buy a guitar?”

Helian Hao had just finished checking a room. After receiving her message, she thought carefully. She wasn’t too familiar with this field, but she seemed to remember a classmate who later went to the countryside and bought a guitar from a factory.
