God-Level Special Forces Soldier

Chapter 30: Chapter 28: Shi Family

The yelling comes from the direction of the VIP ward.

Hearing the sound, Xiao Tian frowned and walked that way.

Judging from the content of the yelling, it looks like some nurse accidentally offended the patient, leading to a scolding...

Such things are quite common in the hospital.

What drew Xiao Tian over was that he recognized the cautious apologizing female voice sounded like the nurse who had previously bandaged him diligently, and the male voice was Ce Shi, whom he had beaten into the hospital.

This second-generation rich kid just can’t help but show off wherever he goes.

”Do you have any idea who I am, little nurse? Being so careless while serving, are you looking to lose your job here?!”

Inside the room, Ce Shi continued his arrogant scolding.

The loud rants drew several patients from nearby VIP wards.

VIP rooms are not short of business tycoons and family descendants, including even a young president with assets worth billions, these people usually appear in high-end venues or on TV and news.

Now gathered here, hearing the arrogant shouting, they all frowned.

”This person is really unsophisticated, treating the hospital like his home. Yelling like this seriously disrupts others’ rest!”

”Exactly, a grown man harassing a nurse, it’s really too much.”

A nurse standing outside also said angrily, ”This patient, with his family’s wealth and influence, naturally looks down on us medical staff, frequently loses his temper during hospitalization.”

”This guy sounds like a spoiled brat who needs some discipline; let me go in and talk to him.” said a young man among the patients, filled with righteous indignation.

The others looked and recognized him as the young president of a listed company, quite influential and wealthy in Shanghai.

”Yes, yes, with President Lin stepping in, it’s bound to work out, give this kid a good lesson.”

The VIP ward elites have great faith in this young president, evidently showing his high position in Shanghai.

The nurse also pleaded, ”Sir, please speak on behalf of us medical staff.”

”Everyone’s giving me too much credit, handling this kind of spoiled brat is no problem for me.” The young president smiled slightly, then pushed open the ward door and walked in.

”Well, sir, this is a hospital, yelling like this is really too excessive!” He started chastising the moment he entered with a commanding presence.

Everyone outside waited for the outcome, anticipating the results!

...

Shortly after, the ward door opened.

”Sir, how was it?” The nurse hurriedly asked the young president coming out.

The crowd also looked at Lin Qingnian.

”Uh...” The previously commanding Lin Qingnian now blushed awkwardly, avoiding eye contact.

He quickly walked back to his own ward, closed the door, and never came out again.

”Idiot, trying to meddle in Ce Shi’s affairs, without even knowing who I am!”

Inside the open room, Ce Shi sat on the ward’s sofa, crossing his legs, looking with great disdain at Lin Qingnian leaving.

Ce Shi then glanced at the people at the door, scanning them all before arrogantly saying,

”I am the Eldest Young Master Shi! A descendant of the Shanghai Shi Family! Who damn well dares to meddle in my affairs?”

Shanghai Shi Family!

Hearing Ce Shi announce his family background, the elites outside were all shocked!

One of the ancient, deeply-rooted families with extensive influence in Shanghai.

Although they are also figures in the Shanghai wealthy circles, compared to the Shi family’s wealth, they are nothing.

No wonder even President Lin didn’t dare to risk offending him.

This second-generation rich kid is indeed someone they can’t afford to offend!

Being swept by Ce Shi’s gaze, these once proud bosses and heirs of family clans all wilted.

”Ah, it’s Eldest Young Master Shi, really sorry for disturbing you, we were just passing by, not trying to meddle in your affairs.”

Some people didn’t lack flattery.

Even those few who disapprove of Ce Shi’s actions only dared curse him silently, not voicing out.

Ce Shi looked around with satisfaction, feeling a sense of superiority emerging.

After being beaten up by Xiao Tian, his accumulated resentment over the days has eased quite a bit.

”Sir, we medical staff have been serving you with utmost diligence, please stop troubling us.”

The scolded nurse felt wronged and stifled, deeply resentful of Ce Shi in her heart, but due to her duty, had to suppress it on the surface.

Ce Shi was feeling quite pleased at this moment, looked at the nurse with a sudden change in gaze, ”Hey, when you look at her like this, this chick is actually quite pretty, it’s been days since I had some fun; although she’s not as good as Yu Ningxue, it’s better than nothing.”

”Come over here, serve me well, and I won’t scold you.” Ce Shi grinned lecherously, reaching out to grab the nurse.

”Ah! What are you doing!” The nurse exclaimed in surprise, quickly dodging.

”Why scream, keep me company and I’ll make sure you live well, enjoying good food and drinks.”

It’s great to have money; during Ce Shi’s hospital stay, he used the best medication and equipment, despite being heavily beaten by Xiao Tian, he had basically recovered by now.

Seeing the nurse dodge, Ce Shi suddenly stood up from the sofa, grinning wickedly as he lunged at her.

”Hey, how can you act like this!” The nurse outside urgently rushed in, pulling the nurse to the side.

Ce Shi was already overwhelmed with desire, seeing another nurse coming in, his lewd smile grew even worse, ”Yo, another chick came in, why don’t you two keep me company together!”

The nurse turned her head towards the door, anxiously seeking help, ”Gentlemen, is this how you’re going to just watch?!”

”Hahaha, chick, they know I am Young Master Shi, can’t wait to butter me up, who dares offend me?” Ce Shi said smugly.

As expected, no one at the door dared to step forward.

”Ce Shi, are you itching for trouble again?”

At this moment, a faint voice, coming from afar, disrupted Ce Shi’s seemingly perfect show-off.

Who had the guts to talk to the Eldest Young Master Shi like that?

The young business leaders who hadn’t returned to their wards were all startled.

Could it be another big shot from Shanghai showing up? They looked toward the voice, but it was just an ordinary young man.

These wealthy folks were well acquainted with all kinds of people in their circle and could see at a glance that Xiao Tian was not one of them.

They thought, this must be some reckless kid sticking his nose into things, even they didn’t dare to offend the Shi Family, this regular guy was practically asking for it.

While they worried for him, they couldn’t help but be curious to see what would happen next.

”Damn it, who’s calling me by name?! Who doesn’t fear death, saying I’m itching for a beating?!”

Hearing someone speak, Ce Shi didn’t immediately recognize Xiao Tian’s voice.

Being interrupted while riding high, Ce Shi was displeased and cursed as he rolled up his sleeves and charged towards the noise.

But when Ce Shi saw Xiao Tian at the entrance, his momentum came to an abrupt halt.

”Xiao... Xiao Tian...”

From a distance, the young business leaders who hadn’t entered their rooms yet saw the once arrogant Ce Shi look as if he had seen a ghost.

Hey, why does the Eldest Young Master Shi look a bit scared?

”Officer Xiao, you’re here, thank goodness!” Two young nurses, upon seeing Xiao Tian, ran up to him cheering as if seeing their savior.

The stark contrast in attitude from the two nurses deeply stung Ce Shi.

Damn it, I’m the Eldest Young Master of the Shi Family, Xiao Tian you’re just a lowly cop, a poor nobody, why are you so popular.

With new grudges and old resentments, Ce Shi wished he could finish Xiao Tian off immediately, but seeing him in person reminded him of Xiao Tian’s formidable methods, and instinctual fear crept in.

However, Ce Shi quickly thought of his own family.

At the police station before, he never revealed his true identity to others.

Now, in his feud with Xiao Tian, it was time to bring out his family.

Once the family steps in, dealing with Xiao Tian would be like crushing an ant.

Ce Shi suddenly felt emboldened.

”Xiao Tian, what, you dare to meddle in my business?! Do you even know who I am? Let me tell you, I am from the Shi Family...”

”Annoying!”

Not waiting for Ce Shi to finish, Xiao Tian snorted coldly and stepped forward.

Xiao Tian’s single step almost made Ce Shi pee his pants.

”Xiao... Tian, what... what do you want, you want to hit me? This is a hospital! I’m the Eldest Young Master Shi!”

Xiao Tian didn’t even look at him and walked towards the two frightened nurses, saying, ”You two, come with me.”

Ce Shi watched the two nurses happily leave with Xiao Tian the entire time.

”Xiao Tian, you wait...” Ce Shi, unwilling to let go, was about to utter a harsh threat.

Xiao Tian suddenly turned his head slightly, and Ce Shi immediately swallowed his words.

Oh my god!

Who is this guy? Even the Eldest Young Master of the Shi Family is afraid of him!

He doesn’t even dare utter a complete sentence in front of him!

Could he be a hidden big shot in Shanghai?

This kind of person is worth looking up to; I must remember him well and try to build a connection in the future.

The young business leaders watched Xiao Tian’s distant departing figure fixedly, until he disappeared down the corridor.

Seeing Xiao Tian finally walk away, Ce Shi’s sly face twisted into a grim look, gritting his teeth, he shouted.

”Damn it, Xiao Tian you wait, I’ll finish you off sooner or later!!!”

Then, Ce Shi shut the door, took out his phone, and dialed a number.

”Hello!”

”Is this Young Master Shi?”

”I want someone dead!”

...

On the other side.

”Officer Xiao, thank you so much for today.”

”Yeah, if it weren’t for you, we would’ve been in trouble today.”

The two young nurses sincerely expressed their gratitude, and at the same time, they had a bit of admiration for Xiao Tian.

Although they didn’t quite understand why Ce Shi was so afraid of Xiao Tian, they knew those in the VIP wards were all big shots.

Even they feared Ce Shi, and Ce Shi feared Xiao Tian.

So, comparatively, Officer Xiao, despite his youth, was more formidable than those big shots.

How could they not admire him!
