Gene Unlocking: I Evolve Every Day

During the video conference.

George, the Great Emperor, Uncle Long, and others kept glancing at Lu Li with expectant eyes.

Ever since so much had happened on Earth, Lu Li had become almost an ”all-knowing” presence in people’s minds.

So even though he hadn’t yet answered, everyone subconsciously believed he could easily eliminate the Prophet.

Lu Li looked at everyone and calmly gave his answer, ”As long as we can find its source code, of course, we can destroy it.”

”Of course, we can!”

”Haha, I told you, nothing in the Cosmos can stump Mr. Lu.”

”Yes, a mere Prophet, how can it be compared to the ’Eternal Star Lord’?”

”As long as Mr. Lu takes action, the Prophet will be destroyed immediately.”

A group of people was joyful, and the fear of the Prophet vanished from their hearts.

After all, in the minds of these people, Lu Li was invincible.

Now hearing him admit he could destroy the Prophet, they felt reassured and were no longer worried in the slightest.

Uncle Long, being quite perceptive, after a slight moment of joy, questioned, ”Source code?”

Lu Li nodded slightly, ”Yes, we need to find the source code, only then can I destroy it in one move.”

The Great Emperor, somewhat nervous, asked: ”Have we found the source code yet?”

Lu Li shook his head, ”I tried searching, but unfortunately, it’s hidden very deeply, and we still don’t know where it is.”

”It’s okay if we can’t find it for now.” George was confident in Lu Li, ”I believe we’ll find it soon.”

Lady Sanna, with eyes blazing with admiration, said, ”Yes, there’s nothing Mr. Lu can’t do.”

The remaining leaders from various countries all nodded in agreement with Lady Sanna.

Lu Li smiled, ”Hmm, I also hope to find it soon, otherwise, a catastrophe will befall us. Alright, that’s the end of today’s meeting. Go back and prepare, there’s a real possibility that an interstellar war might break out.”

”Alright.”

”I’ll go prepare right away.”

George, the Great Emperor, Uncle Long, and others didn’t say more, each bid farewell to Lu Li, and then turned off the video.

When the virtual screen in front of him shut off, Lu Li sat in his office chair and couldn’t help but shake his head.

To be honest, he wasn’t confident in finding the Prophet’s source code, after all, the Cosmos is just too vast.

Just the observable universe alone spans 93 billion light-years.

Finding the Prophet’s source code in such a vast range is harder than finding a needle in a haystack.

However, Lu Li wasn’t too worried, with himself stationed on Earth, it’s unlikely for humanity to have any problems.

”If I become a bit stronger, maybe then I’ll be able to find where the Prophet’s source code is hidden.”

Lu Li leaned back in his chair, pondering.

It was somewhat disappointing and confusing to him that he had previously thought once he reached a power level of a thousand stellar forces, he might experience a slight surge, like the daily energy cap increasing from one hundred stellar forces to a thousand.

But that wasn’t the case.

He had stayed on Kebi Star for two days, and at that time, his energy cap had already grown beyond a thousand stellar forces.

Later, returning to Earth from Kebi Star using a Spaceship, despite having traveled 18,000 light-years through the Space Jump Station, it still took five full days.

During these days, Lu Li’s energy increased quite a bit, reaching over 1,600 stellar forces.

The only puzzling thing for him was that there wasn’t a small ”qualitative change” at a thousand stellar forces.

”Could it be that I must reach ten thousand or even a hundred thousand stellar forces before I experience new energy cap growth?”

Lu Li furrowed his brow.

If it’s ten thousand stellar forces, that’s still manageable.

He estimated it would take another seventy to eighty days.

If it’s a hundred thousand stellar forces, that could take several years.

Currently, the Prophet has evolved into a ”Self-Preserving” super AI, updating its weaponry at a rapid pace, and could launch an interstellar war at any moment.

Even though Lu Li didn’t fear the opponent, nor any of the conventional weapons in the universe, he still hoped to become stronger before the war broke out.

”No way, I need to enhance Earth’s self-preserving ability first.”

With that thought, Lu Li closed his eyes, and a golden light began to shimmer around him.

These golden lights spread from his body in all directions, quickly merging into the ground, sky, and air.

A moment later, he opened his eyes.

If someone were to take a look at the super base at this moment, they would find an apparatus suddenly appearing in the central location, somewhat similar to a reactor.

This device was like a kiln reaching for the sky.

It was a product Lu Li simulated and upgraded based on the Kebi Star’s ionic protective shield, a more advanced energy shield device.

Once Earth or the solar system is subjected to a fierce attack, the device will instantly unleash an enormous protective shield to safeguard Earth and the solar system.

Of course, Earth’s energy won’t be sufficient to support such an enormous energy shield device.

So Lu Li filled the device with his own energy, roughly equivalent to a hundred stellar forces.

Meaning, as long as the solar system doesn’t face an attack exceeding a hundred stellar forces, it should be unharmed.

”Time to replenish some energy.”

Lu Li closed his eyes again, sensing his nearest ”Sun God” avatar.
