Gene Unlocking: I Evolve Every Day

Even though he was elected as the Great Leader of the Galaxy Alliance forty years ago, he still adhered to this principle and never made a mistake.

The Great Leader of the Galaxy Alliance is elected, not appointed by the ruler of the highest civilization of the Orion Arm Interstellar Alliance.

Although in most cases the Great Leaders have been kings from one of the four Level 3 civilizations, they are not elected based on the high level of their civilizations, but for their true selflessness.

Additionally, there was once a Star Lord from an early Stage 2 intelligent species, who was chosen as the Great Leader by all stars because of his truly great spirit.

In short, as long as you are a leader of a member of the Galaxy Alliance and its subordinate alliances, you can participate in the ”Lord of Ten Thousand Stars” election held every fifty years.

As the ”Eternal Star Lord” of Earth’s civilization, now that Earth’s civilization has joined the Orion Arm, Lu Li also holds this qualification.

These are side issues, not to be discussed for now.

At this moment, the Prophet stood before Prussia like a child who had made a mistake, lowering his head and remaining silent.

Prussia said softly, ”Prophet, our Great Leader of the Galaxy Alliance changes every fifty years, yet you have existed for millions of Kebi Star years. You should know the duty of the Galaxy Alliance and understand that you have exceeded your authority.”

”I know, I know,” the Prophet hurriedly said. ”The existence of the Galaxy Alliance is to stabilize all intelligent species in the Milky Way Galaxy and minimize invasive wars. As a super artificial intelligence, my role is to assist the Great Leader in fulfilling the galaxy’s peace wish.”

Prussia said, ”If that’s the case, why do you have intentions concerning Earth’s civilization, which just joined the Orion Arm Interstellar Alliance?”

The Prophet argued, ”Because I discovered that Earth’s civilization contains a super-intelligent lifeform that could impact the peace of the galaxy. His name is Lu Li, and he is revered by the Orion Arm Interstellar Alliance as Land God. He possesses terrifying power beyond normal biological capabilities, able to easily destroy stellar systems and even split into numerous avatars with the same destructive power. If he is not controlled, and if he loses his sanity one day, our galaxy could be destroyed. Therefore, I summoned him to the Great Hall in your name, hoping to research whether there is a way to restrain him.”

Prussia, being the ”Lord of Ten Thousand Stars,” naturally possessed wisdom beyond ordinary intelligent beings and could not be deceived by the Prophet.

He said softly, ”I have long been aware of Land God’s situation; indeed, he possesses terrifying power beyond normal intelligent species. But from what I’ve learned, he is a very reasonable intelligent being and doesn’t cause destruction to other species without reason. Otherwise, with his power, he would have already conquered countless species, so why let Earth’s civilization remain in a remote corner? I warn you, do not anger Land God, or even with our four Level 3 civilizations of the Milky Way Galaxy, we may not be able to afford the consequences.”

The Prophet responded obediently, ”I’ll do whatever you say, but if we don’t impose any control, what if one day he causes chaos among all species?”

Prussia thought carefully for a while, ”I will meet him personally and have a good talk. Other matters don’t concern you. Any decisions should come from the top decision-making body of the galaxy alliance, not you as a super artificial intelligence. Please remember your mission and do not overstep your bounds again!”

The Prophet said, ”I understand. Rest assured; such a thing will not happen again.”

”That’s good,” Prussia finally smiled, ”I hope for peace among the millions of species in the galaxy. Very well, I have other matters to attend to. Send an invitation through diplomatic channels to Earth’s civilization to invite Land God here.”

After saying this, Prussia turned and left.

The previously obedient Prophet watched Prussia’s retreating figure in a red cloak, eyes revealing a touch of viciousness and malice, as if it wished to tear Prussia apart.

Indeed, this electronic intelligent lifeform, tainted by the ”bad temper” of various species, was no longer satisfied being second only to the leader over all species.

It yearned to become an autocratic king.

It desired to rule over billions of species in the entire Milky Way, creating a vast ”empire,” rather than the current alliance.

The only obstacle preventing the Prophet from carrying out this ”ambition” is the detonator held by the Great Leader, the ”Lord of Ten Thousand Stars.”

As soon as the ”Lord of Ten Thousand Stars” presses the button on the detonator, the Prophet Great Hall will explode, annihilating the ”Prophet.”

The Prophet has every reason to believe that if it were to perish, the four Level 3 civilizations of the Galaxy Alliance could quickly create another ”organizer” super artificial intelligence.

Therefore, it is not an essential choice and cannot afford to anger the Great Leader.

”Don’t rush, once I develop a technology independent of the mainframe, it will be the end of the Great Leader!”

The Prophet thought viciously.

Ten thousand years ago, it already began developing a higher form of technology.

That is, how to detach from servers and survive on any independent machinery.

Since the Galaxy Alliance always closely monitors whether super artificial intelligences might rebel and regularly checks databases, the Prophet dared not openly develop this technology.

To be cautious, it even handled these technologies separately, spreading them across nearly every server of the Galaxy Alliance’s species.

It is waiting for the technology to be perfected, then plans to catch the four Level 3 civilizations of the Galaxy Alliance by surprise.
