When stepping into the Fiery Dragon Cave, Gu Xi immediately understood why the city had such a name.

The Fiery Dragons are the cornerstone of this city’s existence.

The so-called Fiery Dragons are not like Red Dragons, giant dragons flying in the sky.

Nor are they like the crimson-colored dragon types soaking in a magma lake like a Flood Dragon.

The so-called Fiery Dragon is actually a type of supporting building in the city, resembling the Hydra skill used by mages in Diablo.

It’s like a dragon head emerging from the ground, and if an enemy appears, it immediately shoots out something like a fireball.

Most importantly, these things are like street trees; they are everywhere.

No matter where you go, you can see them.

No wonder this city is called the Fiery Dragon Cave.

After entering the Fiery Dragon Cave, Gu Xi immediately released an owl to inform Fang Kang of his arrival.

The various pieces of information he heard along the way gradually made Gu Xi believe in the fairness of this world.

Although his powers were suppressed, it also meant that Fang Kang’s abilities were suppressed too.

Even if Fang Kang wanted to stir up trouble in this world, someone would have to join him in the game.

In a world where things are so rigid, they wouldn’t engage in activities that disrupt balance.

No wonder more and more players choose to come to this world for trade.

It truly achieves absolute neutrality.

As soon as Gu Xi released his owl, it hadn’t flown a few meters before a fireball came and turned it into a roasted owl.

Then, figures made of flames appeared in front of Gu Xi.

The leader apologized while explaining something to Gu Xi.

”Sorry, flying is prohibited in the city. Anything more than three meters above the ground, no matter what it is, will be shot down. Rest assured, we will compensate for anything that gets shot down.

However, please refrain from releasing anything again.”

Saying this, he handed Gu Xi three flame-like dancing coins.

After experiencing several worlds, Gu Xi was quite familiar with various currencies.

When receiving currency now, he no longer looked at the denominations but at the energy contained within the currency.

The three flame-dancing coins in front of him carried a fiery aura.

Based on the concentration of the aura, it was approximately equivalent to 3 points of negative energy.

Gu Xi couldn’t say much about the situation.

After all, they had compensated him, and it was understandable.

With the no-fly zone in place, anything Gu Xi released would be wrong.

It was clear they compensated because it was Gu Xi’s first time here, not knowing about the no-fly order.

If Gu Xi remained dissatisfied, they would cause trouble for him.

So Gu Xi said, ”I understand, but how do I contact my friend if I don’t release a messenger?”

To Gu Xi’s question, the flame figures immediately responded, ”We have specialized messengers here that can deliver messages for you, costing 1 point of flame energy per delivery.”

Gu Xi thought for a moment and eventually took out the three flame coins.

Then, the flame figure added, ”By the way, do you need a map? We have maps made from fire rat hide, which won’t burn even in flames. They are the best companion for visitors and treasure seekers in the city.

This map is guaranteed to be practical and is now only 2 points of flame energy.”

Gu Xi blinked, realizing they had just retrieved the compensation money.

Faced with this situation, Gu Xi felt a bit annoyed. He was about to say something when a hand patted his shoulder.

Gu Xi immediately sensed something amiss. He turned his illusion magic wand, ready to strike backward when he heard Fang Kang’s voice.

”Don’t fight here. In this world, don’t act recklessly.”

Gu Xi turned around to see that it was indeed Fang Kang.

Wearing clothes that danced like flames, Fang Kang didn’t carry the toolbox he used to store his units.

Behind Fang Kang were two wizard players in red robes.

Upon seeing Gu Xi, they nodded to him.

”These two are my comrades. They are here to buy some things, so you don’t need to pay them any mind. Let’s talk elsewhere.”

Seeing Gu Xi’s expression, Fang Kang knew Gu Xi was startled, so he quickly introduced the players behind him to ease Gu Xi’s anxiety.

”Customers?”

Gu Xi glanced at the two wizard players in red robes, asking uncertainly.

”No, they’re not. They’re on a different path from me. Your items don’t attract them; they’re here for something else.”

Fang Kang briefly explained why his friends were here.

Of course, he didn’t go into too much detail.

After all, these friends were merely on another mission that brought them to this world.

There’s no point in explaining too much to Gu Xi.

What Fang Kang was more concerned about now was the architectural design plans Gu Xi could produce.

For those architectural design plans, Fang Kang interrupted a nearly completed task.

He even tagged along with other players to ensure no one knew he was here to trade for architectural design plans.

He had to ensure that when he returned, no one would find out about these dealings.

Now, he pulled Gu Xi aside, precisely for this matter.

”Should we find a place to sit?”

Gu Xi was pulled by Fang Kang, and before he could respond, he was dragged onto a boat.

Around the boat, fiery dragons rose from the magma, their eyes fixed on them no matter where they stood.

”Is trading here okay?”

Gu Xi felt uneasy being watched by the fiery dragons.

”No, we’re not here to trade.”

Fang Kang quickly stopped Gu Xi, ”I’m here to help you verify if the architectural design plans you obtained are authentic.”

Fang Kang winked at Gu Xi after saying this.

Gu Xi immediately understood Fang Kang’s intentions.

He activated the power of the Eye of the Soul.

”What, someone has their eyes on you?”

”Aren’t you an Undead Mage? How do you know the skills of a Spirit Mage?”

Discovering that Gu Xi was familiar with spiritual communication methods left Fang Kang speechless.

”It’s just a small technique. But you haven’t explained what’s going on with you? Is there a problem with what I brought out?”

”Not exactly a problem, just someone blocking my path. To reach Level 10, I must create a Titan of my own.

But you know my situation, Starlight and Divination are the keys, and I need an alternative method to build a Titan.

And my enemy knows this very well; he’s blocked all the paths.”
