Chapter 959: Chapter 3: Monster

Including the young man who hasn’t entered yet, there are actually three men in the box —— additionally, there are actually two women here.

One of them was dragged back after failing to escape, and as for the other, she is now lying on the sofa, her clothes in disarray, but she is motionless, as if she has fainted.

At this moment, a man with green-dyed hair is pressing the woman he caught back onto the sofa and is directly tearing open her blouse with his hand.

Buttons flew off one by one, excitement written all over the green-haired man’s face, while the woman struggled and cried desperately.

But suddenly, the door of the box slammed open, followed by a young man falling to the ground.

“Kenji!” The green-haired young man was taken aback and instinctively called out the name of the young man who had fallen unconscious.

“Kill you…”

At the same time, Suzuki’s words at the door were heard loud and clear by everyone in the box. The green-haired young man and another young man frowned simultaneously.

“Takashi, go take a look.” The green-haired young man gestured with his head while mercilessly punching the woman pinned beneath him in the face.

With that punch, the struggling woman immediately fainted.

The young man named Takashi quickly walked over to Kenji’s side, pushed him a few times, and then looked up and said, “Young Master Feng, Kenji has passed out.”

Upon hearing this, the green-haired… Young Master Feng frowned and stood up, glaring at Suzuki at the doorway, speaking coldly, “Friend, which path are you from?”

“Are those who mix in the scene nowadays such characters?” Suzuki made a karate punching gesture with both hands, “If so, then I’ll have to discipline you well.”

“Hmph.” Young Master Feng sneered.

Takashi stood up and clenched his fist before him, while his legs began a small, rhythmic bouncing. It seemed he was skilled in Western boxing.

“Being able to knock Kenji out proves you’re somewhat capable, but Takashi is different.” Young Master Feng leisurely sat down, poured himself a glass of wine, and crossed his legs, “Well, enjoy it, you foolish trash.”

Bam—!

As Young Master Feng was lowering his head to drink, he suddenly looked up— because a figure had just smashed into the coffee table in front of him… it turned out to be Takashi!

The young man named Takashi had rolled his eyes up and was foaming at the mouth, completely unconscious!

Young Master Feng squinted his eyes, examining the man who had consecutively knocked down two of his subordinates… the man’s imposing figure brought a tremendous sense of pressure.

Taking a deep breath, Young Master Feng placed his glass down, “…I told you, you should have just let Takashi beat you to death, shouldn’t you?”

In a flash, with terrifying speed, Young Master Feng placed one hand on the coffee table to propel himself, while his leg swept towards Suzuki.

The speed was so fast that Suzuki seemed unable to react in time, only instinctively raising his left arm to block — however, the force of the sweeping leg was tremendous, like being hit by a speeding train.

His entire body was flung horizontally, crashing into the television mounted on the wall.

Bam bam bam—!

Because of Suzuki’s impact, the television immediately fell apart, and at the same time, his body collided hard enough against the TV’s wall to cause cracking.

Suzuki lay entirely on the ground.

“… Forcing me to act.” Young Master Feng exhaled, tidying his clothes and coldly glancing at the fallen Suzuki, “Mere mortals should not exceed mortal limits, meddling in matters… hmm?”

Young Master Feng’s words suddenly halted.

Suzuki shook his head and climbed to his feet. He frowned, looking at his left arm — he shook it as if it had gone numb.

Suzuki looked at the wall he had crashed into, then turned his gaze to Young Master Feng, “Returning the favor!”

A fist, unnoticed by Young Master Feng, slammed heavily into his face — this time, Young Master Feng flew backward, also crashing into the wall.

Almost the same as Suzuki’s scenario, Young Master Feng’s body collided with the wall, forming cracks. But unlike Suzuki, he managed to stay on his feet, albeit shakily — however, he held his mouth, his nose visibly crooked.

Blood trickled between Young Master Feng’s fingers; clearly, holding his mouth was out of necessity.

Suzuki frowned, glancing at his fist, and looked at Young Master Feng again, “You sure can take a beating.”

Young Master Feng’s eyes widened, seemingly burning with fury, as he removed his hand from his mouth, revealing a maw of blood alongside three teeth in his palm.

“To actually beat someone as noble as me to such a state, just a mere morsel, and yet…” Young Master Feng’s gaze turned sinister, and in the dim box, his fingernails suddenly sharpened.

However, Suzuki was the type of fighter who, once the fight started, gave no opportunity for his opponent to breathe — just as Young Master Feng began to speak menacingly, Suzuki was already on the move again!

He suddenly ducked and punched, a standard karate punch — his fist connected with Young Master Feng’s abdomen, doubling him over!

Suzuki followed with an uppercut to Young Master Feng’s chin, sending him flying!

The principle was to render the opponent unresisting… something instilled in Suzuki since he learned to fight — Suzuki offered Young Master Feng no breathing room, delivering punch after punch to his body!

Unaware of how much time had passed, even with Suzuki’s formidable stamina, sweat trickled down his forehead.

Grabbing Young Master Feng by his collar, he lifted him fully off the floor, looking at his bloodied face, blood relentlessly seeping from the corners of his mouth, he couldn’t help but say: “Are you still human, or maybe… a monster?”

Such a resilient brawler, Suzuki had never encountered before!

Young Master Feng, eyelids low, twitched slightly and managed to open them a crack, eyeing the service worker who had beaten him beyond recognition, lips moving as if to speak.

“Suzuki! What are you doing!!!”

Just then, from outside the box, an angry voice burst forth, none other than the manager of the nightclub — pointing a trembling finger at Suzuki, the manager, shocked and furious at the scene inside the box, stammered, “You… you… Suzuki!!!”

Suzuki suddenly put Young Master Feng down and raised his hands, “Manager! Listen to my explanation, things aren’t the way you think they are!”

“Get lost!!! You’re fired!!” The manager shouted angrily, “Just wait for the lawyers’ letters!! You have no relation to our club!! I’m going to call the police!”

Upon hearing this, Suzuki rushed towards the manager, startling him.

Suzuki suddenly spread his hands wide, scaring the manager into backing up against the corridor wall, trembling, “What… what do you want to do! Suzuki, I’m telling you, don’t do anything reckless!!”

Unexpectedly, Suzuki suddenly clasped his hands together, making a pleading gesture, and with a bitter face, he said, “Manager, please, give me another chance!”

The club manager was taken aback, then suddenly grabbed Suzuki’s hand and brought it to his own neck, yelling like a slaughtered pig, “Suzuki! Don’t be impulsive! Let go of me! Let go of me!!”

What’s happening?

Suzuki blinked and saw the manager continuously winking at him. Still puzzled, Suzuki scratched his head.

The manager immediately frowned, lowered his voice, and shouted, “Get out! Idiot! Are you waiting for the police to come and catch you?! Go now!”

“Oh, oh!”

Suzuki finally understood; the manager was helping him… He nodded quickly, realizing that in his current situation, it would indeed be troublesome if the police caught him.

“Thank you!” Suzuki quickly nodded, then ran off.

After seeing Suzuki escape, the club manager sighed in relief, glanced into the private room, and frowned, “Young people, why are they always so impulsive…”

He sighed, then hurried into the private room, lifting the collapsed Young Master Feng from the floor, “Sir! How are you, sir!! I’m sorry! I’m so sorry, really! That waiter was just hired yesterday! We didn’t know he was a violent person! Rest assured, we will definitely get justice for you… Shall I call an ambulance for you?”

“You let him go, didn’t you? I heard it…” Young Master Feng suddenly said in a low voice.

“Sir, what are you saying… ah!!!”

A scream suddenly emanated from the private room, and shortly after, Young Master Feng emerged, touching his lips with his hand, still covered in blood. However, his twisted nose had healed, with no visible wounds on his face… except his clothing was torn, he otherwise appeared quite spirited.

Young Master Feng’s gaze suddenly darkened, “Suzuki…”

…

…

The car headed towards the outskirts.

According to Haruxin Suzuki’s memories, the surrounding lands seemed to belong to a landlord family; despite social reforms, this family still stood firm—actually, there were many such landed gentry in this country, not surprising at all.

“Takizawa Clan.”

The car suddenly entered a quiet path, and Suzuki Yuuichi’s voice broke the silence.

Haruxin Suzuki curiously asked, “The Takizawa Clan… is that the owner of this land, Father?”

Suzuki Yuuichi nodded slightly, “The current Chief Cabinet Secretary, Asano, is from the Takizawa Clan. Asano’s wife is a daughter of the Takizawa family. Additionally, many descendants of the Takizawa family hold important positions.”

Hearing this, Haruxin Suzuki comprehended the Takizawa Clan’s significant influence in the nation’s political arena… This ancient family indeed held considerable power in politics.

“Father, is the Takizawa Clan our Suzuki family’s cooperation partner?”

Haruxin Suzuki frowned—Haruxin Suzuki… Although Yamata no Orochi intended to control the entire Suzuki family power, it hadn’t planned any contact with the political system of this country.

For Transcendent beings like Yamata no Orochi, interacting with the human rights system could be quite troublesome—after all, in modern times, it was an era of thriving humanitarianism.

“Have you ever heard of Xu Fu?” Suzuki Yuuichi asked abruptly.

Haruxin Suzuki was startled—whether Suzuki Haruxin knew or not, Yamata no Orochi surely did: the legend of Xu Fu searching for the elixir of immortality.

“I’ve heard of his story.” After thinking for a moment, Haruxin Suzuki replied.

Suzuki Yuuichi nodded, “Then I’ll be brief. The Takizawa Clan has a journal said to be left by Xu Fu, which contains a map of a certain Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor. The Takizawa family plans to develop this mausoleum. It is said that the mausoleum contains treasures the Emperor Shihuang used to suppress the nation… That is the Takizawa Clan’s goal.”

Haruxin Suzuki’s gaze suddenly tightened… Treasures used by the legendary emperor to suppress the nation?

If true, wouldn’t that be something on the level of a National Guardian Divine Artifact?

“Father, I don’t understand,” Haruxin Suzuki shook his head, “Why would the Takizawa family want to cooperate with us on such an important matter?”

Suzuki Yuuichi shook his head, “You’re wrong; the Takizawa family isn’t cooperating with us for development; they’re merely hiring us… Don’t forget, this mausoleum is in Hua Country. With the Takizawa family’s hidden influence in our country’s politics, wouldn’t Hua Country have already filed a report? If the Takizawa family acts directly and fails, it might not be something that can be resolved through mere diplomatic means alone.”

“I see.” Haruxin Suzuki nodded.

Suzuki Yuuichi spoke in a serious tone, “Remember not to be offensive when we arrive at the Takizawa family’s main house. Compared to such an ancient and grand family, our Suzuki family is still too young. This time, they requested that I bring an heir along, luckily it’s you. If it was your elder brother, it might have resulted in trouble.”

“Father, give my brother some time.” Haruxin Suzuki smiled slightly.

Yet within Haruxin Suzuki’s heart, a hatred was growing—Yamata no Orochi could clearly feel this was the leftover obsession of Haruxin Suzuki.

Haruxin Suzuki looked out the car window towards the deep mountains, where an ancient and grand architecture loomed, likely the Takizawa family’s main house.

As for the Takizawa family requesting Suzuki Yuuichi to bring an heir, the implication behind it deserved contemplation… If it were merely to discuss the mausoleum’s development, there wouldn’t be a need to bring the heir along.

Considering the Takizawa family hired the Suzuki family in this matter, it was easy to deduce… That the Takizawa family’s true intention was probably to use the heir of the Suzuki family as a hostage?

It now made sense why it was beneficial that Haruxin Suzuki was coming. If it were Suzuki Natsuya, things would just be messed up… Perhaps Suzuki Yuuichi had felt fortunate due to Suzuki Natsuya’s runaway, which is why he suddenly revoked the search command.

No wonder, with his current state, he could so easily influence Suzuki Yuuichi’s thoughts… It was probably because Suzuki Yuuichi had originally been inclined to ‘prefer’ Haruxin Suzuki anyway…
