The First Store System

Chapter 321: The Drop of Blood

A shameless yet respectful expression appeared on Chrisʼs face as he grabbed Aaronʼs hands and requested, ”Please lend me three hundred billion supreme Primal stones. I will pay you double fold back.”

”What if you die in the upcoming battle? How will you pay me back then?” Aaron asked after staying silent for some time.

If Chris survived the battle, then he had the chance to regain his debt back, but if he somehow died, he would never be able to get it back.

As for asking for the money back from his father or other members of the family, it was no less than suicide. Being an Elf, he knew how prideful they were.

The Mackey family, being one of the top powers of the Primal dimension, will never accept members of its leader family to have a debt. In the best case, the family would kill Aaron for owning a debt over them. There is no need to even think of the worst case.

He knows he wouldnʼt be in the wrong, but thatʼs how the strong worked. It was also the reason he didnʼt directly refuse to lend money to Chris.

Chris also understood the concern Aaron had. He first hand knew how prideful his family members were.

He was expecting this question from the moment he decided to ask Aaron for helo, so he already had an answer in his mind.

Chris snapped his fingers. The next moment, a drop of golden blood appeared in the store, floating in front of him.

Right after its appearance, pressure erupted out of nowhere, but before it could harm other customers, the system acted and removed the pressure.

Aaronʼs jaw dropped in shock, seeing the golden blood. For someone of his caliber, he had heard about the blood.

Since Aaron was also a Sunlight Elf, he knew the details of the drop of blood.

It wasnʼt any ordinary drop of blood, but it was the diluted blood of the first Sunlight Elf, who was a God at that time, making it divine blood.

In a true sense, it was the diluted blood, but it still was the blood of a God.

The founder of the Mackey family was the first son of the first Sunlight Elf. When he was born, his father had given him eleven drops of blood.

The son, in response, left a single drop of the lot for his future descendants.

Every time a child takes birth in the leader of the Mackey family, they get a diluted form taken from that drop of blood.

Since the drop of golden blood contained a few secrets of divinity, its actual cost was incalculable. So when Chris brought the blood to make the deal, Aaron couldnʼt help but get shocked.

After a moment of shock, Aaron refused to take that drop of blood.

Only the leader family in the Mackey family had the privilege to get the blood at their birth. If others find out about this, Aaron wouldnʼt even know how he died since it would be nothing less than a blasphemous deed for them.

”Iʼm not selling it to you. Iʼm only handing it to you until I pay the amount back to you,” Chris responded right away as he could understand what was going through Aaronʼs mind.

Chris was also taking a risk here. If his father were to find out about it, Chris wouldnʼt even need to wait for the upcoming battle. His father would kill him before that even arrived.

”But-”

”I know what youʼre thinking. I promise you no one will ever find out about this trade,” Chris said, cutting struggling Aaronʼs speech in between.

Chris then looked at his followers and friends who had come here with him.

The group understood what Chris wanted from them. They also chimed in and promised that no one would find out about it other than them.

Aaron still didnʼt answer. How could he trust some strangers when his life was on the line.

The next moment, his struggles came falling down as Chris successfully incited the greed in his heart.

”Fine, but all of you need to sign a contract,” Aaron sighed and told the group.

Chris agreed right away. The next moment, Aaron took out a strange animal skin from his pocket space.

Aaron only had to think of the deal, and the content automatically appeared on the skin.

Aaron then told Chris and his group to leave their energy imprint on the skin.

Chris, after finding nothing wrong with the contract, left his energy imprint. His followers and friends did the same. Aaron also left his energy imprint, and soon the contract for the deal was established.

The contract Aaron had established with Chris, punished those who dared to break the terms by lightning tribulation.

Chris couldnʼt help but smile since the contract got established.

He then handed over the drop of blood to Aaron. He, with a solemn and respectful face, gently took it.

Aaron then gently put the drop of blood in the case he got from Chris, and then he put it in his pocket space. He would check it after leaving the store.

He then took out three hundred billion supreme Primal stones from his pocket space, creating a mountain in the store.

The majority of the customers seemed unaffected as they had even seen larger mountains of Primal stones than the current one, while those who had come here for the first time had shocking reactions.

”Thank you! If I survive, I will pay you double the amount, and if I die, you can become the owner of the drop of my ancestorʼs blood,” Chris commented.

Instead of waiting for a response from Aaron, he went to Aakesh.

”Store owner...” Chris directly came to his purpose and asked for the Gods & Demons level training area.

Aakesh nodded and asked for the required amount.

Chris, in response, poured out his entire life savings into the already built mountain, turning it into a large mountain of Primal stones.

After Chris stopped, Aakesh waved his hands. The next moment, the mountain disappeared from the store.

”You need to pay three supreme Primal stones more,” Aakesh expressionlessly told Chris as the amount was short.

Chris couldnʼt help but get dumbfounded as he looked at Aakesh.

Aakesh ignored Chris.. He waved his hands, and the mountain of Primal stones reappeared.
