Chapter 180: Meeting the ancestor

Trina already sent a message to her husband about today.

Ethan went home and saw his father was eating at the dining table and his mother was serving food personally. Cadis was grinning ear to ear. He hardly could contain his excitement.

But he didn’t go to disturb his son at the lake.

Soon Cadis also noticed Ethan.

”Son, come here. How was your training? Your mother told me everything.”

Ethan smiled, ”It went well father. Father I want you to tell something else too.”

Seeing Ethan’s all serious face, Cadis was a little surprised.

”Yeah, son tell me.”

”Before that, please create a barrier, so that no one other than the three of us could hear us.”

Cadis also became serious this time. Ethan wasn’t someone who would fuss over for nothing.

So he created a barrier surrounding them.

”Okay, you can say it now.”

Ethan nodded.

”Father, today when I completed my spell of the space magic, I found a seed is formed inside my sea of consciousness.”

Ethan said slowly. He decided to tell his father. He was sure he would be able to help him getting a beast.

Cadis still didn’t comprehend what he just heard.

But the moment that information settled inside his brain, he stood up instantly.

Trina put her hands on her mouth.

Their eyes were wide opened. Cadis looked at Ethan to see if he were joking or not.

”Son, please tell me you are not joking,” he asked with anticipation.

Ethan nodded his head with a serious expression.

”Hahahahahahahahaha.

Our empire has finally hope. We can reach the pinnacle.”

He started laughing out loudly.

Then he stopped instantly as if he thought of something and hurriedly came to Ethan,

”Did you tell this to anyone else?”

Ethan shook his head.

”Good, very good.”

Cadis nodded his head with extreme happiness. Then he sent a mental message to ancestral castle.

Instantly the old man in the castle opened his eyes and vanished from his castle.

He reappeared inside Trina’s castle.

As soon as he appeared, Cadis and Trina bowed instantly.

”It an honor to meet the ancestor.”

Ethan was surprised. This old man was the ancestor? Then he looked at his father with a look of confusion.

Cadis said in an embarrassed manner,

”Son, ancestor is the only beast master in our royal bloodline. I had to tell him. Only he could guide you well.”

The ancestor, Edian Di Raizel, looked old but very dignified.

He had the silent aura like a supreme existence.

Ethan could instantly tell that this man was the real deal.

He greeted the old man as well,

”It’s an honor to meet you ancestor.”

Edian looked at Ethan and smiled,

”No need for such formality Ethan. Come here.”

Ethan went to him slowly.

Edian put his hand on Ethan’s shoulder and channeled his mana inside his body.

Soon he saw a seed in his sea of consciousness.

He could only see it because Ethan allowed it. Ethan had always this feeling that no one would be able to see inside him if he didn’t allow, so this time he allowed to see only 1 seed.

Edian was standing there silently. Tears started pouring out from his eyes.

He was afraid that his bloodline would extinct some day, but a beast master finally appeared in his bloodline.

He looked at Cadis and said,

”Arrange a room for me here. I want to talk to Ethan at night.”

Cadis bowed at him and left the place.

Trina also left.

Then Edian looked at Ethan, ”Sit down. We have a lot to talk Ethan.”

Ethan sat down. Edian also sat down and started talking.

”Our human race lives in one continent in the magus world. There 10 continents presents in the magus world.

The dragon and demon race occupied 2 continents each.

And the spirit race also occupying 2.

The elf race one.

The demi human race one.

The dwarf race one.

There are 10342 empire in the human continent.

The empires are also divided into 1 star to 5 star rank.

Our Lukedonia empire is just a 1 star empire.

The star decided on how many beast masters are present in an empire and their level and combat prowess including the beast they are contracted. So you can under understand how precious the beast masters are. Only we can fight the demon and dragons head to head.”

Edian stopped. He let Ethan consumed all the info he had just dumped in his brain.

Ethan also listened carefully.

”Ancestor, where can I get an appropriate beast to contract?”

Edian looked at Ethan for some time.

”There is secret in our human race, only the upper echelon know about this. I am going to tell you about this now.

We have the access to a mysterious world. We call it the origin world. There so many resources that we can’t finish them even in millions of years.

Also there are mythical and higher level beast too. In 10 days, the gate of the world would be opened. Everyone above ancestor level can enter there and take one person with them.

I will take you with me.”

Too much information was dumped again.

Ethan slowly absorb the information.

”Can you tell me the details of this origin world and what did you mean by ancestor level?”

Edian said calmly, ”Ancestor level is above Arch level, there are legendary level, epic level, mythical level too.

So only legendary level could enter the origin world. The others couldn’t handle the pressure of the space rift.

You will be able to understand more once you have seen them. As for the origin world, I’ll give you some books first.

Now that’s enough information for today. Here are some books written by me and many other senior beast masters. Read them well and gain as much knowledge as you can before we enter the origin world.”

Ethan happily took the books from his hand and instantly went toward the library.

He planned to practise with his sword tonight, but that plan needed to be changed. He would read the books first. Beast master aptitude was more important.
