“Master, what if some Tier-4s refuse to come to the Celestial Realm?” Kerry, the Vampire asked again, his eyes flickering.

Tier-4 Transcendents, known as Natural Disasters on Earth and Elysia, were considered powerful figures—some even call themselves Kings.

However, in the Celestial Realm, they were just ordinary members. Naturally, some may cling to their wealth and power, preferring to stay on Earth or Elysia.

“Refuse to come to the Celestial Realm?” A cold voice, chilling to the bone, echoed throughout the grand hall.

“Any Tier-4 who refuses to come to the Celestial Realm will either be cast into the Blood Sea at the least or banished to the Void Realm at the worst. If they dare to resist, they will be executed on the spot. This is my Master’s decree, and the Will that Demon Court shall uphold.”

Hearing these words, Kerry’s expression became solemn as he immediately responded, “Yes, Mistress.”

With that, Kerry turned slowly and walked out of the hall.

Not long after, streaks of light, visible to the naked eye, shot across the sky, heading toward the far south.

At the southern pole of the Moon, which corresponds to the southern edge of the Celestial Realm, lay the Stargate. Princess Ling Er had named this gate the Southern Celestial Gate, connecting directly to Earth, where it could receive those ascending to the Celestial Realm from Earth.

Similarly, on the north pole of the Moon, another Stargate was installed, called the Northern Celestial Gate, leading to Elysia.

At this point, the Third Heaven—the Celestial Realm—had begun to take on the appearance of the Ancient Heavenly Court.

The Southern and Northern Celestial Gates connected the Star Domains, while the Imperial Heavenly Palace stood tall in the clouds. And from this Imperial Heavenly Palace, Princess Ling Er oversaw all living beings.

…

A few hours later, on Earth…

*Booooooom… Suddenly, a thunderous noise shook the entire world.

Under the astonished gazes of countless onlookers, dark clouds began rolling in, swirling into a massive vortex. Blinding flashes of lightning and deafening rumbles of thunder filled the sky. And amidst the deafening claps, a faint Dragon Roar could also be heard.

Right at that moment…

*Boooooom…* With a deafening explosion, a towering gate, 1,000 meters tall, resembling a portal to the starry skies, slowly appeared above the most prosperous city in America.

At the same time, a voice thundered across the sky, belonging to none other than Little Tenth, the Lightning Dragon, who was temporarily stationed on Elysia. His majestic and terrifying voice echoed in the air, “By decree of the Demon Court, from this day forward, all Tier-4s and above on Earth must ascend to the Celestial Realm. Any who refuse will be declared an enemy of the Demon Court…”

His voice, like thunder, rippled out in waves, spreading to all corners.

In an instant, powerhouses across America and other continents, watching the live broadcast, fell into silence.

Some were overjoyed, pleased that the high and mighty Natural Disaster-Class Transcendents would finally be leaving.

Others were filled with dread, worried that their Families would no longer have towering giants to rely on.

Right at this moment, from America, a streak of lightning suddenly shot into the sky.

Upon closer inspection, the figure had dark skin and short hair, with hard, bulging muscles that spoke of his relentless effort and dedication.

This was an American superhuman who had recently ascended to Tier-4 within the last two years, known as the Underworld King. He had emerged from the brutal world of underground fighting, earning a reputation for his ruthlessness and merciless actions.

Now, this figure hovered in the air, arms crossed, sneering as he declared, “We are not members of the Demon Court. Why should we follow its orders?”

Saying so, the figure slowly turned around, gazing at the live cameras that had shifted toward him, and sneered, “Hmph, they issued a single command, and expect us to come and go as they please? What do they take us for?”

His voice was cold, full of dissatisfaction, and even a hint of defiance. He had just broken through to Tier-4 and had not even had the chance to enjoy his newfound status. Now, with a mere decree, the Demon Court was ordering him to slink away to the mysterious Celestial Realm?

He found the notion utterly ridiculous.

He believed that only a fool would follow such orders so obediently, and he was not a fool. He was convinced that he was not the only one unhappy with the Demon Court. After all, having recently joined the circle of big players following his breakthrough, he had overheard plenty of grumbling about the Demon Court among them.

By stepping forward first, he believed that those big players would definitely look at him with newfound respect.

However, what the self-proclaimed Underworld King did not know was that those very big players he was thinking of were all deathly pale, some of whom had even stepped into the Demigod Realm.

The head of the Hill Family was the first to roar, “Cut off all ties with him immediately! Declare him an enemy of the Family!”

“Huh!?” There was a moment of stunned silence. Many of the Hill Family members showed expressions of confusion.

Some of the younger Family members even murmured in disbelief, “Is that really necessary?”

But when they saw the Family’s Shadow Guards swiftly shoot out like black shadows in the distance, all the Family members fell silent.

The Shadow Guards were the most terrifying Force of the Hill Family, even direct descendants had no authority to command them.

And now, the Family had sent out its Shadow Guards.

*Gulp…* The younger members of the Hill Family gulped hard, realizing something serious was happening.

…

Meanwhile, the Underworld King, hovering calmly in the sky, continued to speak boldly.

People were forgetful, especially those who had just stepped into Tier-4. Without having truly entered the top circles, it was hard for them to understand the significance of Misty Mountains or grasp the enormity of the current Demon Court.

But one thing was certain: those who had witnessed the rise of Misty Mountains and had been fortunate enough to participate in the conquest of Elysia—now retired powerhouses—knew exactly what the Demon Court represented.

*Crackle, crackle…* The swirling vortex in the dark clouds above grew even more immense, the lightning flashing within it even more violent.

In the distance, countless figures could see white lightning bolts sketching the outline of a Dragon-shaped creature. The legendary Giant Dragon that stood at the pinnacle of the food chain.

This was one of the Ten Divine Beasts of the Demon Court—the Lightning Dragon, also known as Heaven’s Judgment.

A glimmer of anger flashed deep within his Dragon Eyes, and his terrifying aura spread outward.

*Boooooooom!* The very air trembled, as if it had frozen in place.

In that instant, the Underworld King fell silent.

A crushing sense of imminent danger enveloped him, so overwhelming that he felt as though he had returned to the days when he was just an insignificant Ant.
