The Demon Master—beneath one and above all others

And Golden Monkey indeed deserve this kind of status and respect.

Without Golden Monkey, there would be no Misty Mountains as it stands today, nor would the ancient Imperial Artifact have awakened, let alone personally promised to protect Yu Zi Yu on his path.

So, rather than Yu Zi Yu bestowing the title, it was more accurate to say that Golden Monkey earned it through his own efforts.

At this moment, not only he but others as well should be receiving their due recognition.

With this thought, Yu Zi Yu turned his focus on Ling Er, who stood not far away, “Ling Er has always been working tirelessly outside on behalf of Misty Mountains and has even established several Forces with Misty Mountains as their center. Therefore, I confer upon you the title of ‘Princess of the Demon Court,’ giving you control over the Secret Forces of the Demon Court.”

“Yes, Master.” Ling Er bowed respectfully, a gentle smile blooming on his lips.

“Very well…” Nodding, Yu Zi Yu’s gaze turned towards Qing Gang, Aurora, and Leng Feng. [These three had all made outstanding contributions to Misty Mountains and deserved to be conferred as well.]

With this in mind, Yu Zi Yu stated directly to each one.

“Leng Feng, you have a passion for nurturing young beasts and have even raised extraordinary individuals like Slytherin and Lupin. Your achievements are immense.”

“Qing Gang, you have taught many Clans and are especially skilled at training elite armies. The King Kong Clan, the foremost clan of Misty Mountains, is renowned across Earth…”

“Aurora, you excel in honing the willpower of others, tempering countless strong individuals…”

“You three have all achieved great feats, and thus, I bestow upon you the title of the ‘Three Heavenly Kings.’ Each of you may establish your own power, akin to vassal lords.”

“Yes, Lord of the Demon Court.” In unison, Qing Gang, Leng Feng, and the others responded, their faces filled with rare excitement.

This was no small position.

They were being conferred as Kings!!

The prestige and authority that came with such titles were unimaginable.

At this moment, however, Yu Zi Yu paid no attention to their excitement. His gaze shifted towards the Ice Elemental Flood Dragon, Little White, not far away.

“Little White, you were originally the Right Guardian of Misty Mountains. Today, I officially confer upon you the title of ‘Right Guardian of the Demon Court.ʼ”

As Yu Zi Yu finished speaking, his gaze shifted once again, this time to a Silver Tree rooted in a corner of the starry sky, adorned in white.

The Immortal Sweet Osmanthus!–the inheritor of the legacy of the Divine Tree, whose consciousness could keep watch on everything under the moonlight.

“Osmanthus, I bestow upon you the title of ‘Left Guardian of the Demon Court.’ You may report directly to me without the need for anyone else’s consent.”

“Yes, Lord of the Demon Court.” With one response after another, Yu Zi Yu’s conferrals proceeded smoothly and methodically.

As for the various Major Clans, Yu Zi Yu did not grant them any titles.

These Clans, along with other powerful individuals, would be left to the Ten Great Divine Beasts to manage.

His only task was to appoint the core positions within the Demon Court.

For instance, the God of War of the Demon Court’s Ministry of War was none other than the Leader of the King Kong Clan, the strongest Clan of Misty Mountains, Dark King.

He had long evolved into a new type of Human. Though he had the appearance of a Human, he was a hundred times more savage than any ordinary Human. He thrived in combat, and thus, truly deserving of the title ‘God of War.’

Furthermore, hidden within the mist were Six Knights of Mist, who hail from the Human Race. They exist solely to protect Yu Zi Yu, acting as his personal guards.

At this moment, just with one glance, one could catch sight of six nightly figures, faintly discernible, standing around where Yu Zi Yu was rooted.

They were clad in blood-red armor, wearing black knight’s boots, with scarlet capes fluttering in the wind behind them. Each of them bore a solemn expression, and happened to be shrouded within thick white mist.

Behind them, a vortex of swirling mist could be seen.

This vortex was the gateway to Yu Zi Yu’s Realm of Mist, where an endless Army of Mist was stationed.

The Six Knights of Mist were merely the visible part of his personal guards.

What was truly terrifying was the boundless Army of Mist behind them, as well as the Light and Dark Twin Kings hidden in the mist.

The Light and Dark Twin Kings were manifestations of Yu Zi Yu’s abilities.

After expending tens of millions of Evolution Points, Yu Zi Yu had successfully nurtured the Light and Dark Twin Kings to Tier-5, the True God Realm.

In addition, they were indestructible, which made them even more fearsome.

…

Of course, these appointments were just the ones on the surface.

In secret, Yu Zi Yu had other appointments to make, such as the ‘Seven Assassins of the Demon Court,’ known as the ‘Shadow Assassins,’ lurking in the darkest shadows of the Demon Court.

These seven individuals stood at the pinnacle of the assassin world.

One of them would the Tier-5 True God, King Zerg, while the second would Zi Lian, brimming with limitless potential.

As for the remaining five, Yu Zi Yu already had candidates in mind.

Back when Ling Er created SEE, there were numerous renowned assassins involved. Among them, a few would be perfect for filling the remaining spots of the Shadow Seven Assassins.

For instance, the first-generation Apostle under Yu Zi Yu, Owl, who possesses Spatial Abilities and has made notable achievements in assassination. Additionally, there was Zang Feng, who served under Ling Er and had integrated the Bloodline of the Heavenly Wolf, also a prime candidate for the Seven Assassins.

Aside from this, there were some other Forces that remained unknown to outsiders.

For example, the Sentinels.

Currently, the Sentinels was filled with powerful individuals.

Although Yu Zi Yu had no plans for conferring them any titles, their treatment certainly would not fall short.

In fact, if any individual achieved particularly great feats, Yu Zi Yu would not hesitate to bestow upon them the title of ‘God of War.’

…

As Yu Zi Yu pondered all this, the Demon Court had already begun to operate.

At this moment, one Divine Beast after another, mobilized their Spiritual Energy, heading towards various Small Worlds. Some were even on their way to Earth and Elysia.

Now that the Demon Court was newly established, the Ten Great Divine Beasts needed personnel. Moreover, according to Nine Tails, the structure of the Demon Court could be divided into thirty-three Heavens.

Each Heaven would represent a Small World, requiring someone to guard it.

Earth could serve as the First Heaven.

Elysia could be the Second Heaven.

As for the Moon, with its abundant Spiritual Energy, it could serve as the Third Heaven.

These would form the Lower Three Heavens.

Beyond these three, Yu Zi Yu’s Nine Realms could serve as the Nine Heavens.

These nine would be the highest Heavens, forming the core of the Demon Court.

As for the remaining twenty-four Heavens, they would be filled with future conquest.

In other words, the task of completing the Thirty-Three Heavens and opening thirty-three worlds was now the primary mission of the Demon Court.

Invasion and plunder, they were necessities. And they were the only way for the Demon Court to build its foundation.
