Beneath the Red Dragon

Of course, enjoying food is also a hobby of the Giant Dragon, and even if Karon completely transforms his physical structure in the future, he may never give up this interest in food.

As the two Giant Dragons silently watched the sea, a line of massive convoy moved from the Empire’s heartland, through Winter Hideaway City.

This convoy is the Empire’s material reserves for subsequent involvement in the Elf Kingdom’s affairs, conscripted under the name of the Imperial Government, with a massive civilian force and Reserve Corps, storing large quantities of supplies in the port’s warehouses for contingency.

White Dragon Gomot watched this stretches of convoy entering the port, seemingly lost in thought, suddenly snapping back to reality, and said, ”Karon, I received my mother’s favor and gaze a few days ago.”

Karon also became active from his steel sculpture state, he turned his head, looked into White Dragon Gomot’s ice-snow like pupils, and asked, ”Mother? She cast her gaze upon you, it seems your potential has attracted her attention, piquing her interest.”

The word ’mother’ among the Five-Color Dragons is rarely used to describe their biological mother.

Even Blue Dragon Carlette, who hatched and nurtured the Gogomola Dragon Group, does not have any venerated title among these dragons, aside from Blue Dragon Carlette’s former betrayal, which relates to the dragons’ legacy perspective.

However, Karon naturally knows who White Dragon Gomot’s ’mother’ refers to; Platinum Dragon King Bahamut can be called the father of all Metal Dragons, while Immortal Dragon Queen Tiamat is the mother of all Colorful Dragons.

Unlike other wild Giant Dragons, even if the Gogomola Dragon Group does not deeply acknowledge Tiamat, the Colorful Dragon God, they still maintain respect for the Dragon God verbally.

White Dragon Gomot slightly reveals his fangs, a sense of pride and acknowledgment appears on his icy face; whether it is Colorful Dragons or Metal Dragons, receiving a Dragon God’s gaze and recognition is something worth boasting about.

”Mother said, you are her beloved child, but you are too proud, as the Emperor of the Empire, unwilling to bow is quite normal, but if I am willing to fulfill mother’s will, she will favor me,”

White Dragon Gomot spoke word by word, appearing to have decided after some deep thought to completely confide in Karon.

This is also very normal, Karon wouldn’t have a feeling of betrayal, as everyone is allowed extremely private secrets in their hearts.

White Dragon Gomot’s willingness to tell Karon about this also means that the White Dragon has achieved great success in resisting his nature.

”What do you think,” Karon asked softly, without stating his own view.

White Dragon Gomot gazed at his brother in front of him, smiled slightly, and said, ”Although I am not as good as you, I am also unwilling to become a vassal to the Dragon God’s will. After all, I’ve never heard of any earth-shattering strong person who gained world-sovereign power relying on Divine Spirit’s favor.”

”So although receiving mother’s favor makes me feel proud, I still want to refuse,” White Dragon Gomot frowned his scales between eyebrows and said, ”But what worries me more is whether my refusal will anger her and cause unnecessary trouble for the Gogomola Dragon Group.”

Karon revealed a gentle smile, his giant Dragon Claw gently stroked White Dragon Gomot’s slender head.

The massive difference in size made the action of the Ancestral Red Dragon seem as if he could lift the White Dragon King heading towards ancestry with just one claw.

”Gomot, why did we establish such a vast nation of Giant Dragons? It is for the purpose to stand openly, dignifiedly in this world,”

”It is to embark on our own independent path,” Karon smiled gently: ”If you have made up your mind, then don’t worry. Everything is with me, the Gogomola Dragon Group stands with you!”
