Chapter 1608: Chapter 556: Fiery Flame Storm

The vigilance airship mentioned the two Crowns, Otto Zock and Ogre Zock, who are collectively known as the ’Twin Flame Spirits’.

Both are well-versed in Fire Witchcraft, and within just a year, they almost simultaneously reached the level of Dawn Wizard.

This time, because Sword Saint Terrio suggested in his report on the ruins that it would be best to have Dawn Wizards skilled in Fire Witchcraft to deal significant damage to the Fiend Demon, the federation congress summoned them to Ressero Canyon.

As the airship transmitted its communication.

Suddenly, two fire eagles with a body length of over five meters flew out from beneath the city.

The fire eagles were entirely crimson, and as their wings flapped, they seemed to burn fiercely with flames, their might astonishing.

These were the fire eagle mounts of Otto Zock and Ogre Zock. Although they couldn’t be compared to the Dragan Empire’s Five-Colored Giant Dragons, they were fierce species with the battle power of a Crystallization Wizard.

At this moment, several armed airships were suspended between Zetaya City and Ressero Canyon, directly on Dorick’s flight path.

Upon seeing the menacing, massive body of the Steel Dragon, with no intent to bypass them, the heavy artillery at the broadside of these armed airships fired under unified command.

”Boom boom boom!”

In an instant, the broadsides of multiple armed airships were densely packed with tongues of fire spewing forth.

The next second, small mushroom clouds blossomed on Dorick’s enormous body, and with the concentrated fire, the Steel Dragon’s vast body was immediately covered by a large amount of smoke and dust.

”Aoo!!!”

Dorick slightly shook its body and let out a roar.

Oddly enough, the roar did not sound fierce or pathetic, instead, it had...a trace of laziness.

”Not bad, the tiny particles that just struck my body felt quite nice.” Dorick thought to himself.

Taking the shelling as a massage, Dorick was in a good mood, so it did not intend to attack the few armed airships that had offended it and were blocking its flight path.

But the Federation airships did not share this view.

Seeing the menacing giant beast unscathed and flying straight towards them, they were terrified, and each captain shouted frantically:

”Hard to starboard!”

”Quick, get out of the way!”

...

Upon witnessing this scene, the rapidly approaching ’Twin Flame Spirits’ Zock brothers exchanged a shocked glance:

”Hiss~ What strong defensive power this giant beast has!”

It’s important to note that the armed airships were equipped with the Federation’s latest ultra-heavy bronze artillery.

In earlier giant beast defense battles, although they couldn’t severely injure the beasts, they at least inflicted minor wounds.

But this time, the opponent’s skin emitted a faint metallic glow, seemingly unscathed, as if the attack was merely tickling.

”Otto, unleash the trump card!”

With red hair styled in a Mediterranean fashion, the older brother Ogre immediately judged that ordinary attacks would likely be ineffective against the giant beast ahead.

”Alright!”

”First Level Witchcraft Ignition Technique!”

”....”

”Dawn Killing Move: Fiery Flame Storm!”

The two acted almost in sync, each launching their Dawn Killing Move from the Fire Element.

In an instant, two gigantic flame tornadoes appeared out of thin air in front of them and surged forward rapidly.

After several dozen meters, the two flame tornadoes merged together, forming a colossal flame tornado that reached up to a hundred meters, almost connecting heaven and earth!

”Wonderful!”

”Truly worthy of the ’Twin Flame Spirits’ Crown.”

Seeing this flame tornado across the sky advancing towards the giant beast, the Federation soldiers aboard the armed airships cheered.

”Boom!!!”

The flame tornado instantly engulfed Dorick’s enormous physique, and for a moment, everyone thought the opponent would be burned to death!

No!

Ogre’s heart rang with alarm bells, and he immediately turned his head and shouted:

”Otto, quickly, dodge!”

In an instant!

A menacing, massive figure broke through the gigantic flame tornado, as if a Fire Dragon leaping from the magma, or a Phoenix reborn from the flames!

The surging flames and airwaves splashed everywhere, causing their fire eagle mounts to totter, and in the chaos, they couldn’t immediately dodge.

However, unexpectedly to them, the terrifying beast resembling a dragon did not let its dagger-like flesh wings brush past them, and instead lifted its wings a little as if deliberately avoiding them.

”Swoosh!”

The dagger-like flesh wings skimmed past above their heads, once again shaving off much of the brothers’ remaining hair.

Trembling with fear, the brothers naturally paid no attention to this detail but were left speechless in astonishment.

”Otto, how are you?” Ogre quickly maneuvered the fire eagle to Otto’s side and asked.

”I’m fine...”

Gazing at the departing giant beast, Otto was just about to say more when the Communication Mark on his chest began to flash.

”It’s Haleem! Luckily, I was about to contact him to immediately prepare for battle.”

”The flying direction of this giant beast seems to be heading straight to Ressero Canyon, perhaps going to the Floating City Ruins?!”

Ogre reached out to activate the Communication Mark, but the next second, he frowned slightly.

”What’s wrong?”

”Federation’s unit arrived, but only one person came, that young man highly recommended by Terrio and Haleem—Rein.”

”One person? That’s... a bit...” Younger brother Otto was at a loss for words.

”Exactly. Let this tricky giant beast be dealt with by Rein! If he can fend off the beast, we recognize his strength, and naturally, acknowledge that he can represent the Dragan Empire alone.”
