Triple X System

[Kyle, Kyle! Are you alright!?] Snow inwardly yelled, earning a groan in response.

Kyle wait up! Kimi called out stopping besides him huffing in air. Unlike Kyle she wasn’t that agile having a more busty frame.

I remember them h-how is this even possible. He pointed towards the 4 milfs in front having a tea party.

W-who are you talking about Kyle? Her face contorted into a frown. There’s no one there. She said seeing no one in front.

What do you mean? There’s 4 women standing right there. Kyle pointed but his aunt only shook her head. Still not seeing anyone in front.

She can’t see them. He could clearly see 4 hot beauty’s in front, and he was well conscious.

Wait.. the labyrinth let’s us relieve visions from our past, present and future. Could it be this is a moment from my past? That was the only viable reason, kimi couldn’t see them. They were his visions from his past.

Stepping forward he attempted to touch the closest, which was the black haired. Exerting his left hand his hand simply passed through.

Of course, I can’t make contact with them. He’d thought he would somehow, be able to speak with these women. But unfortunately, he wasn’t permitted to.

Rumble...

The ground beneath their feet’s rumbled. Several spider lick crack lines appearing on the ground, spreading everywhere.

It won’t hold. He thought seeing the crack lines getting more bigger, unable to withstand the pressure.

Watch out! He yelled pushing kimi back, just in time before the ground caved. With him falling downwards, closing back in a flash. Like nothing of such ever occured.

Argh! A sharp groan escaped his lips. His right hand placed to his left rib, favouring a broken bone. Struggling to his feet, his legs violently shook. Threatening to dissemble, from a tremendous strain he couldn’t imagine.

Gritting his teeth he pushed forward, dragging his leg forward. Which ached with every step he took. Reaching what looked like an erected stand, made from earth. There was a tablet made from stone, stationed on the stand.

Those who fail to accept their past will remain stuck in it. He inwardly read.

It’s a warning, just like at the entrance. It was clear as day this was a beware sign, to warn passerbys. But it was encrypted in a foreign language, which he somehow understood.

Clang! An object crashed to the ground, pulling his gaze. Looking, he saw yet another figure.

A young boy of no less than six years, with short dark hair. Wearing a school uniform he was so accustomed to.

Impossible~ He was lost for words staring at the young boy.

That’s me, but how? It was no doubt him when he was little. Not a striking resemblance, generated from his memories. But the exact thing.

Taking a step forward, the young boy also took one back. His eyes locked on Kyle, with an intriguing look.

If you can hear me, tell me this isn’t real. Tell me am just imagining things! He’d hoped for a word, a sign. Hell! Anything whatsoever would do, but nothing came.

You’re not crazy. Just when it seemed he’d hit another dead end, young Kyle spoke.

He just talked. A glimmer of hope shone in his eyes, making his first communication.

Follow me. Young Kyle said, turning and running away. Not going to miss this opportunity, he trailed behind.

Hey! Wait up.. He panted, clutching his guts. Extreme fatigue wearing him down, along with the lingering pain.

Tailing his younger version, they arrived at an entirely different scenery.

It’s a hospital. He muttered, immediately recognizing this place. From the several chairs, stationed in an organized manner. Along with the well prepared beds by the wall. Besides each one a fully functional monitor, displaying each patient vitals.

It’s mom. His eyes widened, seeing the alluring figure of a beautiful woman with brown hair. Seated on the bed, at the far side of the room.

In her hands was what appeared to be a newly born child, wrapped in warm blankets.

Is that-

Yes, that is us. Younger Kyle uttered, a light smile plastered on his face.

Am here! Another brunette haired woman burst in. Unlike the first, she was more youthful and beautiful. Dressed in corporate office clothing, which failed to cover her seductive body.

Kimi! Don’t make much noise. Xia whispered, her face contorting into a frown.

Oh.. sorry, hehe~ Kimi awkwardly chuckled, getting the message. Proceeding to gently sit down besides xia.

He’s so cute, can I hold him? The busty brunette begged with puppy eyes. Hesitating a bit, xia finally gave in. Knowing her sister, she wasn’t the one to take no for an answer.

Awwn.. I just wanna eat him. Kimi purred, gently rocking young Kyle in her arms.

Eat him? I didn’t know you were a pervert. Xia teased, prompting Kimi’s eye wide open.

Eat? Coughs* I mean eat in a good way, not that. Ehhm! Kimi stuttered, but xia wasn’t buying into her lies. Including the rest patients here, darting an awkward glance at her.

What!? You’re all a bunch of creeps for even assuming such! You should be ashamed. She pouted angrily, exhaling out.

Yep, you’re gonna have a handful of an aunt. Xia chuckled. Her bright smile releasing a strange motherly warmth, which made baby Kyle coo.

Awwn~ he’s so cute! Have you decided on a name yet?

Uhhm.. we haven’t, but we were thinking of Tom or Jake. Xia replied earning a weird glare from kimi.

What! Those sucks, how about Ronald? Or Jaeger. She said causing xia’s eye to twitch slightly.

I think you’ve watched too much AOT.

What?? You never know. The food chain might be changing as we speak. Kimi hauntingly said making weird ghost noises.

Pausing a bit she stared at the young boy for a while. Seemingly lost in her thoughts.

How about Kyle?

Kyle?

Yeah, you know.. Kyle, the father of the saviour that’ll free us from the machines. She dramatically spoke, in an enchanting voice.

Pretty sure that was John. But Kyle, hmm.. I like it. Xia smiled her fingers softly trailing down baby Kyle’s chin.

Welcome Kyle. Her voice soft and warm, receiving a light coo from him.

I-i can’t believe I almost forgot all this. Tears strolled down his cheeks, his emotions getting the better of him. He wasn’t conscious of memories from his childhood, but he was grateful for this moment.

Crybaby. Young Kyle teased, gently nudging him.

Hey! We can make contact? His eyes widened not expecting to make physical contact with his younger self.

Of course am not just a scene from your past. Am a part of you, you presence and personality. Younger Kyle spoke with a smig grin, puffing his chest forward.

Soon a man in his 30’s with dark hair emerged, which was none other than Ron. His father.

Who’s hungry, cause I brought-

Shh.. he was quickly interrupted by xia and kimi.

Oh, sorry. He awkwardly chuckled, scratching his head. Taking a seat on the stool besides the trio. His eyes soon shifted to the young child in Kimi’s arm.

We’re thinking on naming him Kyle. Xia was the first to speak.

Kyle.. now why does that seem familiar, to a certain father of a saviour.

Yes!! Kimi excitedly exclaimed. Resulting in a piercing glare, from one of the nurses present. Making her take back to her seat.

I mean yes~ finally, someone gets me. She sniffed, slightly nodding her head in admiration.

From the looks of it, you all have already decided without me. So Kyle it is.

A soft smile formed on his face. Stretching his hand out to baby Kyle’s cheeks.

Your hands, they’re scarred. What happened?

It’s nothing, just an accident. He brushed it off as nothing. But deep down, xia knew he was hiding something.

You know, I used to think the world was dark. With no hope or cure. Humanity on it’s brink of extinction.

Jeez.. and they said I was dramatic. Kimi sarcastically butted, earning a hard nudge from xia.

But now that I see you, I see hope. Ron softly spoke his expression softened, looking at his son.

A second chance for humanity. It was like the world itself stopped moving. Frozen in place with this moment, in sync with harmony.

Coo~ baby Kyle softly cood, etching a smile on their faces.

Alright, it’s time for you all to give us some space. A nurse interrupted, holding a metal tray. Containing a tiny syringe, with some other medications.

Can’t I stay?

Unfortunately no. Your presence here might not be that helpful for this procedure.

But-

Hey.. it’s alright xia. They’ll soon finish up. Wanting to decline she didn’t, getting up with the help of Ron and kimi. Exiting the room.

They’re just like me. Looking at the trio, he didn’t see just his parents and aunt. But alternate versions of himself, each one representing a personality of his.

Ron was the typical father. Hardworking, determined and a bit introverted. Sticking to his work as a construction worker, hoping to meet up with life demands.

Thus not spending enough time home with his wife.

Xia also independent and strong, faced many challenges. Though she had her flaws, becoming a mother was her hardest yet. But as strong willed as she is, her priority is to her family.

And lastly kimi. The average typical aunt with a twist. Having a deep love for her nephew, much deeper one would consider it creepy.

They all have their buried scars, just like me. Rumble..

The scenery was changing once again, reshaping itself like a mechanism.

Alright kiddo, it’s just you and me now. The nurse smiled, holding baby Kyle in her clutch.

Having a clearer view, he could vividly see the nurse face.

Lilith. It was without a doubt that was the same person he’d encountered prior.

Argh! A sharp pain assaulted his head, causing him to kneel. A flood of memory barraging his head from his past. Images of times growing up with his parents, aunt, and school.

Yes there were rough times and good ones, but they got through it together.

Congratulations.. you have successfully accepted your past. His younger version spoke. The body slowly dissipating into bright blue light. Floating towards the mana stones, entering them.
