Three Towers Game

Strange competition, unknown land.

In the depths of the exhibition hall of the strange competition, it’s a pitch-black place.

This made the host in a gray suit seem to blend into the darkness.

And in the depths of the darkness, there stands a peculiar phone booth.

”How interesting, Taurus sir, among the known contestants with self-destruct scores, the highest has already surpassed seventy thousand points.”

”Currently there are a total of four zones. The one performing the worst is Zone One.”

”They’ve only reached the third time, yet by the second elimination round, nearly ninety percent died. Damn, no one in the entire zone noticed the butterfly.”

”It’s a pity, I predict this zone will be entirely wiped out in half an hour...”

The host waits for the phone reply.

The person on the other end simply said:

”What a pity, but cannon fodder without using their brains can only remain cannon fodder for life.”

”This time, is there no one with decent leadership qualifications appearing? And, are you sure there’s no human intervention this time?”

The host shook his head and said:

”We’ve detected humans too, but they should be of no threat, most likely they’ll die in the third round.”

”Currently, the most promising elite species should be the black liquid from Zone Three, the tree from Zone One, and the giant from Zone Four.”

”Its innate ability is comparable to many people’s dreamt postnatal skills.”

”However, the tree in Zone One should die. The possibility of total annihilation in Zone One exceeds ninety-seven percent.”

The person on the other end simply uttered a faint ’hm’:

”It seems this year can’t recruit good people. Be sure to pay attention, if there are humans in the third round, try to eliminate them.”

”Those who survive the third round have the potential to make it to the final round...”

”Humans who can enter here are either brought by my brother, or... they come from the Bunker, which would expose our plan.”

The host pounded his chest in assurance:

”Great Taurus sir, don’t worry~ according to historical patterns—humans won’t survive past the second round.”

...

...

Zone One.

Three red butterflies and one white butterfly landed on the statue, Wen Xishu knew very well that this number wouldn’t trigger a major disaster.

With the confidence of the Mysterious God Card, they could patiently wait for the result.

The result is that the statue of the fourth round hasn’t been lit up, and the tree starts a battle with dozens of rare species.

Undoubtedly, the giant tree was massive, its strong vines paired with the tree’s power boosting card and speed boosting card, this dual protection made it the most formidable existence.

And the rare species flying in the sky, the composite of lobster and bat, although having many points, had cards of poor quality.

Seeing things not in its favor, it immediately flew to high altitude.

The situation changed as a gigantic elimination turned this rebellious rare species against the tree’s tyranny as a gift to appease the tree.

This gigantic elimination had weak attack ability on static targets, but almost predictive ability on dynamic ones!

The ground started to tremor, a super long tongue rolled up the lobster bat, the tree immediately followed, vines waving towards the sky, finally entwining the resister.

Wen Xishu sighed:

”A bunch of wannabes. Old Zheng, this is a narrow escape; they didn’t lose because the tree was too strong, but because they lacked courage.”

Zheng Zai also saw, this group of rare species tried to rebel against the tree, but when it truly came to a fight...

Only a third of the people acted, more than a hundred rare species fighting an elite species without skills and tools was naturally possible.

But ironically, only dozens acted, and several dozen others... hid.

The outcome of the battle was without surprises—the rebels lost.

The tree also realized, it must divide the rebels, so it split them into several teams.

Mutual supervision, mutual management. As for who lights up the statue rule, it was still determined by the tree.

Soon, among the rebels, the one who swore to fight to the death, the composite of bat and lobster, a monster with an initial score higher than the tree, became the forced sacrifice to light up the fourth statue.

The fourth statue was a door.

When the statue lit up and the door shed its ash gray color...

Including the sacrifice to light up the statue, a total of twelve people died.

They were all absorbed into the world within the door, people didn’t know what the world contained, but undoubtedly, the end of that world was death.

After experiencing the previous round’s thousands of deaths in the floral sea, suddenly only twelve died, paradoxically offering hope to those remaining.

Currently, the number of people left is just a little over a hundred.

Round Five, Round Six, Round Seven...

Insect plague, blood burst, Hell arm...

Various disasters appeared, the remaining survivors have fallen below thirty.

Other zones are not faring well, but people from other zones have touched certain thresholds.

At this moment, the tree also noticed those butterflies, but it was too late; certain concepts it held doomed it to never find the correct answer.

From over five thousand, in just a few rounds, only thirty were left, and the tree panicked too.

It had tens of thousands of points, but couldn’t carry them out.

Interestingly, in the eighth round without butterfly occupation, no one died.

The statue for the eighth round was a flame, originally implying everyone would burn to death...

But since the eighth round was the correct answer, the flame turned warm and harmless.
