Three Towers Game

In every era, there are those with high power and authority who distrust their own nation. Longxia is no different; there must be some in Longxia’s upper echelons yearning to board the Ark.

Longxia’s plan is linked to the creation of gods, which is meant to kill gods, to defeat those monsters that seem capable of turning the world inside out.

How ridiculous this sounds; perhaps boarding the Ark and escaping doomsday is more reliable.

These people might regret becoming slaves to the captain later on, but that’s another story.

In any case, the Land of Freedom received confidential information.

They dispatched a special team to initiate an assassination operation, heading to a country in the Middle East to massacre all the children. They didn’t take hostages, only slaughtered wantonly, not to capture the child, but to ensure their adversary couldn’t capture the child.

Chris was a member of this special team.

As a result, Mr. Jin from Longxia was unable to find that child.

This also led to the failure of a certain plan.

Ultimately, Mr. Jin did not enter Longxia’s underground bunker, but instead entered the Bunker. Though they sound similar...they’re entirely different things.

The Bunker is more like a divine relic.

And later, Mr. Jin risked his life trying to find Golden Flash. Maybe Mr. Jin still missed his homeland and still longed to complete that timeline’s already failed plan.

He eventually brought back Golden Flash, who is Xiaojin.

But it seems... Xiaojin was no longer the same as before.

There are too many puzzles that Wen Xishu can’t conceive. In fact, everything above is also speculation.

The truth perhaps only Mr. Jin knows, and maybe this time returning to the Bunker, the old headmaster can reveal the truth.

Wen Xishu even pondered, in this Deceit Tower mission, the Xiaojin he met...is he really the Xiaojin from the Bunker?

In terms of fate’s trajectory...Golden Flash arrived in a city long ruled by monsters, one humans dared not to tread.

He split a certain rare ability of his body, an ability Mr. Jin desperately sought, into three shares of ”will affinity.”

When the three meet and unlock will affinity, they can merge, and the resulting fusion is—a secret.

A secret unknown to anyone.

At the same time, it was an answer, an answer that could turn Longxia’s failed plan into a success.

Only now, Wen Xishu has a very troubling issue.

”Where’s the invitation?”

In theory, Deceit Tower is merely the Obsession World; to truly alter history, one must go to Desire Tower.

That requires an invitation.

The game’s endings range from the best, where all three escape together having solved certain puzzles, to the worst, where one escapes while the other two perish.

Now, Wen Xishu seems to have uncovered a hidden ending, a trinity.

Yet he still hasn’t obtained an invitation.

After thinking it through, Wen Xishu chose to escape here first.

Having obtained the abilities of all three, escaping Good People Hall is no longer a challenge.

In the following process, Wen Xishu proceeded using Britney’s body. Leveraging Zhou Fei’s abilities, all rules can be deciphered.

Leveraging Chris’s abilities, he could instantly overwhelm impassable guards when encountered.

Of course, most useful was Britney’s own ability: a lie would have the effect of truth, practically ensuring Britney faced no obstacles.

The journey was exceptionally smooth. Combining all three abilities was immensely effective. Particularly, Britney’s lies led most of the Good People into some corner.

Britney’s lies not only guided positions but also subtly influenced the Good People’s thoughts, convincing them it was a rebellion, not just another escape.

This drew more and more guards toward the Moderate Illness Area.

Outside the Mild Illness Area lies a vast wasteland designated as a restricted zone, surrounded by high walls.

The end of the wasteland stands a gate reminiscent of a security checkpoint, guarded by layers of protection.

Escaping through the gate would inevitably lead to a large-scale guard pursuit. After all, stepping into the restricted zone—a jurisdiction can’t excuse anyone.

But Wen Xishu didn’t need to leave through an original entry point. He could use Chris’s power to climb over the high walls directly.

The initially good weather was, no one knew when, overcast with dark clouds.

The rain began pouring without warning, which was good news as all escapees yearn for a heavy downpour.

Wen Xishu switched bodies to Zhou Fei.

When he finally crossed the high wall and walked for quite a while to a vantage point overlooking a city aglow with lights, Zhou Fei’s inner voice emerged:

”How should I take revenge? This vast city is teeming with them...”

Yes, how should I take revenge?

Wen Xishu couldn’t help but immerse himself in Zhou Fei’s perspective; it’s all just an obsession... This world is built on obsessions, offering those who have already failed a chance.

The Bunker players contacted all this content, but then what?

No invitation.

Wen Xishu suddenly felt uneasy. Why is there still no invitation?

The alarm sound in Good People Hall began to fade and become ethereal.

As Zhou Fei walked, he transformed into Britney, as Britney’s inner fears emerged.

”Are my real family...still alive? I finally walked off that stage...but are they still there?”

Soon after, Chris appeared again.

He gazed at this city, reminiscing the past:

”Margaret, have I atoned?”

No response.

The heartfelt voices of all three were met with silence.

Nor did Wen Xishu’s much-desired invitation appear. Suddenly, Wen Xishu recalled an ancient timeline mission; there was nothing called an invitation.

Like the shoes scenario.

He thought about Aries, the ”big sister” holding a ram-headed staff.

Perhaps areas associated with her don’t involve an invitation.

But this isn’t ancient; everything he sees are scenes post-apocalypse.

Then why...is there no invitation?

Or could it be Golden Flash came from ancient times?

A prompt appeared.

But this time, Wen Xishu didn’t feel glad at all. It wasn’t the prompt for an invitation.

It was the prompt for a completed challenge.

However, unlike before, this time there was no simulation.

Just a cold, mechanical voice announcing task completion and impending transfer to the guide’s location.

Wen Xishu blocked off the confused inner voices of Chris, Zhou Fei, and Britney. Hearing these voices made him feel somewhat guilty towards them.

He felt as if he hadn’t provided them with the new paths of destiny they deserved.

Standing in the pouring rain, he felt nothing of the joy three people ought to feel upon regaining freedom. Because those three didn’t feel joy either.

But he wasn’t too dejected. The torrential rain drenched the face of Chris he currently occupied, and he managed a smile.

This particular instance was incredibly special, and Wen Xishu was quite curious what he might obtain after achieving the trinity result.

He had a feeling the guide might reveal to him some truths of this task.
