THE GOD EATER

Just as they were feeling impressed with the army of drones, they thought about how Loki had been carrying the 700 rank 6 ant drones around in his Cave Heaven as a money cultivator. This made them wonder how he had been able to deal with the inevitable clash between the law fragments in the ant drones and the law fragments in his Cave Heaven.

As they wondered about this, they wanted to ask Loki about it. At the end of the day, they kept their thoughts and wonderings to themselves. None of them spoke up to ask him about it.

However, their impulse to ask him where and how he had gotten the rank 6 ant drones increased when they saw the power of the ant drones. This was because the ant drones were displaying a power of 6(Cultivation Rank) × 2,916 million(Cave Heaven) × 9(Law Fragments), which is 157,464 units of divine power.

They had to take a power output of 157,464 units of divine power seriously because it was more powerful than the power output of a rank 6 divine being with one rank 6 Divine Metac, a Cave Heaven of 100 million square kilometers, and a 600% amplification from their law fragments.

Rank 6 divine beings with one rank 6 Divine Metac will have a Cave Heaven with a maximum size of 100 million square kilometers and usually have an amplification of 600% from their law fragments. These kinds of divine beings can produce a maximum power output of 151,200 units of divine power.

This means that even if a rank 6 divine being uses all of their power to kill an ant drone, they wouldn’t be able to do so. So their initial estimate that a rank 6 divine being might very well need to spend 4,200 years of lifespan to destroy the small army of 700 rank 6 ant drones was wrong.

Not only was the estimate wrong, but it was very wrong since one ant drone could kill a rank 6 divine being. The worst part of this was that most rank 6 divine beings only have this much power.

There are very few divine beings with two Divine Metacs. So it is not an exaggeration to say that the army of ant drones could wipe out most of the rank 6 cultivators of the Blessed Heaven World.

With this kind of capability, the three of them had to look at the ant drones in a new light. They also had to reconsider Loki’s capabilities for being able to summon creatures like them to fight for them.

When Nether Flame made the mental calculations, he chuckled as he thought, ’No wonder he was willing to carry them around. Despite the suppression of law fragments, they are worth it for a rank 6 cultivator like him to carry them.’

Blood Sword took things further by thinking, ’It is worth it for a rank 6 cultivator to carry them, and it is also worth it for me to carry them around.’

Because of this line of thought, she said to Loki, ”These are impressive artifacts that you have here. Where did you get them?”

She didn’t consider at all that he could make them, and Loki himself didn’t claim to be the manufacturer. He said, ”I have a connection through a friend. If you’re interested, I can help you inquire.”

What she wanted was the name of the person he got it from so that she could reach out to them on her own. She didn’t want him to act as a go-between for her.

But she understood that some things couldn’t be forced. Especially, if the forger who made the ant drones didn’t have the intention to sell his creations to anyone.

So she could only nod and say, ”Please do.”

Money Body didn’t say anything to Loki about the rank 6 drones. In fact, he behaved as if he didn’t see the ant drones at all. And when he had to acknowledge the existence of the ant drones by looking at them, he didn’t act like there was anything special about them.

However, his thoughts didn’t match his actions. Inwardly, he was mentally rattled.

When he saw the number of ant drones that Loki produced and witnessed their power, he thought, ’There is no way he was just carrying that around. Either he is secretly a forger and has a bunch of these ant drones stored away in his Cave Heaven doing nothing, or he went to acquire these ant drones specifically to use them for this mission.’

’Since he can’t be a forger, he must have prepared the ant drones for this mission. Someone who has made this kind of preparation can’t be someone who wants to sabotage the mission or wants this mission to fail. If that is true, I might have misjudged him.’

’Not only did I misjudge his motive for joining me on this mission, but I have also misjudged the influence of his secret alliance. Only a rank 8 forger can make rank 6 artifacts that are this powerful, so even if his secret alliance doesn’t have a rank 8 money cultivator, they must have a connection to a powerful forger.’

As he was thinking about this, he saw an ant drone chop a whale in half by stomping on the whale with its foot. The ant drone was much smaller than the whale, but it was so powerful that one stomp was enough to dissect the whale.

The flesh and blood of the whale were crushed and forcefully scattered into the surrounding water. There was a lot of blood, but this blood didn’t make much difference because the surrounding water was already thick with blood.

The whale wouldn’t be the first entity to have its guts splattered like paint all over the ocean floor. There were many previously unlucky enemies who had also met a gruesome end at the tiny feet of the ant drones. So the surrounding water had become discolored with red, blue, purple, and green blood of various kinds.
