Starting as a Mechanical Hunter

Chapter 941: Chapter 47: Mechanical Creator

The Forbidden Transformation, even in the former Cyber Test Field, was considered a perverse modification.

Because it involves changes in species form.

For example, transforming a Carbon-Based Creature into an Information Life, or evolving an Information Life into a Mechanical Body.

And this level of modification often involves ’Ascension Technology’, thus it’s deemed forbidden.

Sister Ji could see it because she too is a product of Forbidden Transformation, classified as an ’Intermediate Forbidden Body’.

”So Sister Ji, are these people all Basic Forbidden Life?” Dou was curious and asked, her contact lenses showing various data about the corpses, but none related to ’Forbidden Life’.

This is an upgraded version of the Network Implantation Chamber.

”So, with each version change, do Forbidden Strong become common as dogs?”

”Hell no! It’s not that easy!” Sister Ji rolled her eyes.

Back then, she spent countless efforts to enhance her Forbidden Body, but the progress of Forbidden Transformation remained stagnant, watching others’ bloodlines constantly upgrade, she began to question her life.

The reason for her upgrade from ’Basic Forbidden Transformation’ to ’Intermediate Forbidden Transformation’ was largely due to a special task.

The task of capturing the ’Cosmic Relic Avatar’.

In that task, she became the host of ’Relic Avatar - Destiny Weaving Machine’, using the machine’s ability to reweave her ’Life Threads’, gaining further enhancement.

And in this Black Market, with a little inquiry, she realized the weight of the Cosmic Relic.

It is a Super Technology entity that even Top-level Civilizations find difficult to manufacture.

Legends say it might even relate to the origin of the universe!

So she believes such Forbidden Transformation is quite rare.

But now, seeing Liberation Association members each equipped with a ’Forbidden Transformation’, she’s doubting life again.

Could this awesome game still not escape the classic MMORPG genre of version changes and equipment overflow?

Determined, Sister Ji crammed the expensive alien cosmetics into a nearby storage cabinet.

”Dou, locate these terrorists for me, I need to strip them for research!”

...

’Mechanical God Supreme’ is a player following the pure Mechanical Stream.

His name says it all about his personal preference.

And indeed so.

In Du Gao Technology, players lust for firepower intensity from prosthetic implantation and enjoy the super burst from Carbon Fusion.

This person was the first to fully abandon Carbon-Based Species flesh, achieving 100% Mechanical Transformation and converting to a Mechanical Body.

His slogan was ’Mechanical Supreme, eradicate all, carbon is trash!’

Then he was beaten up.

Later he realized he shouldn’t stir up hatred so much and slightly, slightly eased the relations, thus changing his slogan to—

’Humans are only worthy to lick the feet of the great Mechanical Species!’

And then he was beaten up again.

He painfully understood that he should prove his faith through actions and not just shout slogans.

Recently, however, ’Mechanical God Supreme’ was a bit gloomy.

Because he discovered an unbelievable reality.

Even if he replaced every part from inside out with mechanical components, he still couldn’t be considered a ’pureblood’ Mechanical Body.

Human’s dirty ’bloodline’ still runs through his body.

This bloodline isn’t purely genes, chromosomes, cells, but a mysterious ’life instinct’.

For instance, he subconsciously wants to drink water instead of gasoline when thirsty, and desires to urinate rather than perform ’hydrocarbon’ secondary decomposition after drinking.

Although this instinct is just a thought, for Mechanical God Supreme, it represents incompleteness.

So he inquired everywhere and found only two ways to complete a thorough ’mechanical’ conversion.

The first is ’Civilization Ascension’, a renowned Intelligent Species evolution method across the cosmos, the strongest and most widespread, transforming countless civilizations into advanced species through unimaginable Civilization Level modification.

Many strong Mechanical Civilizations even evolved from humans.

Mechanical God Supreme felt pessimistic about this.

In his view, his faction offers generous perks and has charismatic advanced NPCs but— they don’t follow the pure Mechanical route!

He once tried persuading the faction’s high-level Dr. Rong, an expert responsible for producing all robot soldiers in the faction.

Dr. Rong expressed approval for his idea, saying, ”Good! Young man, full of spirit!”

Then went back to business.

Mechanical God Supreme felt aggrieved.

Never thought even his 100% Mechanical Transformation fellows who completed Consciousness Upload wouldn’t recognize his views.

So he chose the second path.

Forbidden Transformation!

A method deemed forbidden by various civilizations, completing the transformation mostly means goodbye to all cosmic civilization forces, only some Dark Organizations like Liberation Association would take them.

So he sat at the doorstep of the task hall, sighing again.

For the great Mechanical God Sect, he paid too much.

His gaze casually scanned around, looking at the myriad alien species in the task hall.

’But oddly, there are few Mechanical Life here.’

If Exoskeleton implantation doesn’t count, then there are hardly any Mechanical Life among the mercenaries in the task hall.

In the radiation range of Overlord-level civilization, not only the Technology Tree tends to develop toward a particular direction, but species do too.

Within a vast Mechanical Civilization radiation might, Carbon-Based Species would be scarce.

Vice versa, Galen Republic and Mirta Federation are Carbon-Based Species, though one is Elf race, the other is Golden Skin.

’Hmm, that little girl?’

Mechanical God Supreme’s eyes landed on a Lolita sitting on a bench, holding a doll, her head of golden hair, emerald eyes, and white stockings legs swinging unconsciously, eyes curious and innocently turning around.

Mechanical God Supreme is not a Lolita enthusiast, he is a mechanical enthusiast, using his mechanical intuition, he’s sure this girl is a Mechanical Body, and an unusual one!

Without further ado, an investigation was cast.

Name: Lolita (Incomplete)

Race: Mechanical Creator (Level 2 Civilization)

Level: ??

Personal Attributes: ???

Professional Knowledge: ??

Skills: Mechanical Enlightenment lv9, Mechanical Summoning lv10, ??, ??, ??

Template: Mechanical Creator, ??, ?? (Missing), ?? (Missing)

Mechanical God Supreme’s body trembled violently.

Creator! And damn, a Mechanical Creator!!

Has the Mechanical God Sect finally found its organization?!

While he planned to self-recommend, the ground shook heavily, smoke erupting. Over a dozen hazy figures emerged, hooded, expressionless, peacefully glancing at Black Market mercenaries, slowly extending palms, one aimed precisely at Lolita, Lolita tilted her head, seemingly curious why the figure reached out to her, is this a gesture of friendliness?

Suddenly a loud shout rang out from the side.

”Do not harm my Master!!!”

...

”Pah! Pah! Pah!”

I am a Big Muscle Dominator spitting blood, vision filled with overlapping phantoms, an aftermath of cyber psychosis.

The opponent was far more troublesome than anticipated.

After killing over a dozen ordinary Liberation Association members, the corpses seemed to pile up enough and suddenly disappeared simultaneously, then a silver hooded Liberation Association officer appeared.

This Liberation Association officer was freaking level 75!

The prior attackers faced disaster, as his gaze swept, they either got instantly killed or heavily injured.

”Hey, little girl, don’t panic, someone will come to rescue us soon.”

In my hazy vision, a trembling black-skinned girl, caught selling on the street amidst this misfortune, quivered.

Posting a rescue request in a friend group, I am a Big Muscle Dominator’s head tilted, passing out completely.
