Starting as a Mechanical Hunter

Chapter 446: Chapter 186: Vessel

Simply using ’low-level code’ to reshape a person’s body, relying on ’Google’ alone is not enough.

After all, what she masters is big data, not source code.

This requires another big data conceptual body to take action—it is the Deep Web Bridge.

A super protocol connecting the low-level network.

If Eliza is the spirit of Google, then the Deep Web Bridge is the spirit of ’tcp/ip protocol’.

The entire data transmission layer is its body.

It has a good relationship with Eliza, so temporarily borrowing a part of authority from it is just a matter of words for Eliza.

At this moment, the ’Mechanic’ is soaking in the Sea of Data, with countless infusion tubes made of low-level code inserted into her body, continuously inputting low-level code, while Eliza is responsible for reshaping the source code into the form she desires.

Even among the big data conceptual bodies, there are alliances and hostilities; this is partly about personality and partly about authority.

For example, the Mother of Data and the Deep Web Bridge.

One is the big data entry, the other is the transmission protocol body. When the two collaborate, information transmission will be timely and complete.

However, the Deep Web Bridge and the Master of Pipes—who nearly knocked Eliza down—stand in opposition.

This is not entirely due to a clash of personalities.

One is about hardware infrastructure and smart terminals.

The other focuses on virtual level transmission protocols.

Their authorities on the ’application layer’ overlap.

This is an irreconcilable contradiction.

The ten most powerful conceptual bodies can be divided into two camps, the virtual camp, and the hardware camp.

The ’divine wars’ between them have happened more than once or twice. Some ’divine personas’ have fallen, and part of their authority was devoured, allowing new gods to rise. To reclaim their authority, another war erupts.

During the ’divine war’, some Hardware Gods have tried recruiting Software Gods, and vice versa.

In short, since the descent of Cyber Space, such divine wars have hardly ceased to happen, and even Neural Editors and Hackers are being recruited.

Generally, Neural Editors mostly join the ’hardware camp’ while Hackers do the opposite.

Typically, the Hardware God’s personality is domineering and often tied to large enterprises, while Software Gods are more amenable and have a relatively Zen personality.

During the mid-stage of the Planet Plot, players will also have the qualification to join the ’divine war’ and engage in network level pvp.

Experience gains soar high.

And this kind of war, the Mother City does not participate in; they are the overseers of evolution, not manipulators.

Of course, this was the state before the ’Cyber Tide’.

In the ’Cyber Tide’, there will be a major plot called ’Conceptual Parasite’.

The content of this plot is very interesting, all big data conceptual bodies are sealed off their ’authority’, reincarnated, and the player’s main quest is to find these Golden Finger Grandpa and help the ’grandpa’s’ body in the resurrection task.

In the previous life, Gao Gong also participated in this mission, the outcome was not good.

At that time, hundreds of Neural Editors, after finally finding the key to revival, were intercepted by the Turing Sect followers rushing over, suffering repeated setbacks, and in the end, the Turing God descended and devoured the ’Sensory Queen’ in one gulp.

The ’Sensory Queen’ is also a big data conceptual body and a very special one at that.

She is the ’Virtual Machine Spirit’.

This 3D lady often sends benefits to players, so she’s also known as the Queen of Big Breasts, AR Bodhisattva.

So when the Turing God, this gourmand, ate her, Gao Gong was quite saddened.

After all, this was one of the few NPCs that could share book-binding arts with him, calling her a mentor would not be excessive.

Ahem, digression.

While playing as a player it didn’t occur to him, but thinking now, to seal all ’data conceptual bodies’ in one go, that Power might not even be enough for one Mother City.

It would require cooperation between the ’Deep Net’ and ’Fortress’.

’Fortress’ need not be mentioned, as it was infiltrated by the Cloud Nobility, who are undoubtedly traitors.

But what about the ’Deep Net’?

Among the three Mother Cities, only ’Ms. Deep Web’ truly adheres to the ’non-interference principle’, besides maintaining order, she does not participate in any experimentation or modification.

This is also why she produces figures like Aramaki and Yagami Suuji.

Or is there more hidden truth?

What Gao Gong ponders more, in this big plot, is how to act to gain the greatest benefit.

Warn in advance, save the Mother of Data? But this means opposing the Mother City.

Or, after the Mother City makes a move, before the Turing God steps in, save a few ’Reincarnated Spiritual Children’ beforehand.

In memory, the Turing God at its peak was Level 150 or Level 170, anyway, could in a one-on-one duel, take down Deep Net, that guy is tricky.

Can it be stopped by himself?

”Little guy, what sneaky ideas are you thinking about again?”

The face of the Rich Lady Love Prototype suddenly tightened, as Eliza looked smilingly at him, eyes undisguisedly greedy.

By the way, since Google’s resurrection, it seems to have become more lecherous.

Even if someone doesn’t mind selling their body, it’s quite dangerous to do so in the presence of Director Du.

The peerless young man showed an adorable smile, ”I’m wondering when Big Sister Eliza will tell me the secret of the ’Big Sister Boss’.”

Gao Yuanyuan fell asleep again, nothing unexpected there.

And unexpectedly, aside from Gao Yuanyuan, Gox also fell asleep.

This is also why Gao Gong has had some peace these past few days.

Otherwise, given this one’s propensity for trouble, they would have long dragged Gao Gong into various cyber crime activities.
