My attributes are increasing infinitely

Chapter 227: Chosen as a candidate

The merging was 50% completed. He would comprehend again later.

The hassle of this time was over, but Ethan was not happy about it.

The emergence of this 4th dimensional abyss left him with a bad taste in his mouth.

Today Magnus gave up to the abyss, what if tomorrow someone else did? What would he do? And what if a super powerful 4th dimensional being emerged from the space tear?

Ethan asked about this to the system. A 4th dimensional being was higher than the Dimension Master level.

Meaning, Ethan would not have anything with him that would give him an edge against someone at that level.

And the concept of the 4th dimension was very complex. A normal 3rd dimensional being would not be able to see them.

And the creatures he saw from the space tears were all 3rd dimensional beings who had accepted the lure of the abyss.

There was a zone between the 3rd dimension and the 4th dimension. Those creatures lived in that zone. If a true 4th dimensional being appeared today, he would have been dead.

But the good news was that a 4th dimensional being could not just show up in the neutral zone. It was restricted by dimensional laws.

That was the reason they had to lure beings from the 3rd dimension to capture the space.

Ethan then looked at Po, who was still in the middle of transformation, probably would be finished in a while.

”Sigh! Let’s leave this place. I would need to become even more powerful. Why the hell is everything happening so fast? I have been in this world for around 6 months or so and I am as strong as a tier 14. Why the hell am I still in a rush?

Because I am the protagonist? That is why all these problems are running with the pace I am developing?”

Ethan now wanted to go out and visit the outside of the chaos to see where the top players of this 3rd dimension were living.

He wanted to know more about the 4th dimension, then find out Rose’s soul fragments and visit other chaos verses and realities out there.

He wanted to meet powerful protagonists. He met some, but they were not powerful enough.

He wanted to meet those protagonists at the level of main characters like Goku, Sung Jin Woo, Naruto, Satoru Gojo, Featherine, as well as Wang Ling, all the people named Ye Xiao, Xu Yang, and other supreme beings like Galactus, Eternals, etc. etc.

He knew these fictional characters were not real, but he was sure that there might be some realities or chaos verses under the 3rd dimension where this type of people should exist.

He would find those people and create an ultimate army because the system said there was the 4th dimension, 5th dimension, 6th dimension and many more.

So the power level he would be facing in the future would not be this puny.

He needed powerful allies, and at the pace he was becoming stronger, normal people would not be able to keep up with him. But if he collected a team of protagonists from everywhere, they might be able to keep up with him.

Ethan sat down as he felt the presence of those tier 16 existences outside his house.

He permitted them to enter.

”Your majesty, would you like to visit our races? We will try our best to entertain you.”

They asked him.

Ethan thought for a moment, but then he shook his head. He had many things to do. He did not have time to enjoy now.

They were disappointed but did not dare to say anything.

After they left, Ethan stood up and teleported outside of the chaos. What terrifying loneliness this eternal dark void contained.

It was even more terrifying than the dark universe.

Now Ethan did not know where to go. There were no guidelines for him. He did not know in which direction he would be able to find a new chaos verse.

When he transformed into Chaos Ruler, he scanned as far as his power could go.

But there was nothing. Everything was empty. No creatures, no materials, nothing.

Only darkness.

Po finally finished his transformation.

He was now a 30th generation AI.

”Po, what do you think we should do? I do not have any idea about the outside of the chaos.”

Po said, ”Boss, let us set a direction. I say we start our journey toward the east. As the sun in your world rose in the east, this should be a nice way to decide the way as we do not have any directions.”

Ethan thought for a moment, ”Makes sense, let us go then. Start the Phantom Lord.”

Ethan entered the spaceship and Po started it.

”Boss, this baby can run with 2000 times the speed of light per second.”

Ethan said, ”This is not much. I do not know the distance we would have to cover. If we could find a super advanced civilization who could give us something more powerful, that would be great.”

”That is right boss. Let us go.”

With a silent sound, the Phantom Lord vanished from the place.

Ethan was now going on a journey to gather the ultimate team under him, so that when the abyss descends, which they would, he was ready to confront them.

Besides, he would like to visit a fantasy world from his previous life, or similar to such worlds.

Ethan was watching the surroundings in transparent mode.

When he came to chaos, there was the chaos sea, there were universes, in the dark universe there were space behemoths.

But this darkness was very empty.

One more thing was that this space was like the dark universe. The spaceship could run with more speed than light.

Either there was no law like the dark universe, or the laws here were very powerful to allow someone to fly at a speed that surpassed the speed of light.

Five days passed by.

His attributes changed again. He also broke through to level 2 in the Black Hole realm. So his total increment was 160 times.

32 times in 5 days and 5 times for breakthrough.

[Master: Ethan Hunt

Physique: 11.2 M Cosmos

Spirit: 11.2 M Cosmos

Talent: Infinite Comprehension]

He was now stronger than a tier 14 existence.

He asked Po to make some good food.

These 5 days the Phantom Lord was flying nonstop.

But the distance they covered was not much.

There were no wormholes for space jump.

Ethan was frustrated. Now he knew how it felt to wait. He never had to wait for anything till now, maybe in his previous life, but that did not count.

Now he could do nothing except wait.

”Po, let us play chess.”

He was getting bored.

But in that instant a blinding light came in front of them.

”What is that thing?”

A huge portal appeared in front of them.

”Oh chosen one, you are chosen as a potential candidate to participate in the master’s inheritance trial. Would you choose to accept or not?”

A voice was coming from the portal.

”No wonder. It is a protagonist plot. Let us go, yeah. My gut is telling me I am going to meet some protagonist in this session,” Ethan thought with amusement.

”Of course I would choose to accept. Who cares if it is a trap or not. If it is a trap, then it would be a new experience. Hehehe.”
