I Punch the Tailed Beast Ball

When Kakashi was about to leave the tavern, the conversation of a Kusagakure Shinobi caught his attention.

”The hospital now is doing well, almost like the real Shinobi Hospital. The hospital was so big, but it used to be full of incompetent Medic-nins who could do nothing but basic medical treatment.”

”Yes, but with that red-haired woman around, we can quickly recover by just biting her. I think even the hospital in Konoha is nothing compared to her ability.”

”The red-haired woman, quickly recover your injuries...” Kakashi paused, silently memorizing these two information in his mind, and then walked out of the tavern.

In the Shinobi World, when it came to red hair, the first thing that came to mind was definitely the Uzumaki Clan, who was famous for their Sealing Technique.

Konoha’s Sealing Technique was so strong because it allied itself with Uzumaki Clan. The leader of the Uzumaki Clan, Ashina Uzumaki, was hailed as the forefather of Konoha’s Sealing Technique.

Kakashi was also familiar with the Uzumaki Clan as his teacher’s wife was from the Uzumaki Clan.

...

...

”Morishita-sama.” The two Kusagakure Shinobis at the entrance of the courtyard respectfully greeted Nagasawa, who had just walked in.

”Mhmm.” Nagasawa responded faintly and then walked directly into the room.

The two Anbu did not feel strange about Nagasawa’s indifference to them. After Nagasawa disappeared from their field of view, one of the Kusagakure Anbu sighed and said, ”Morishita-sama is really diligent. He just finished a mission, yet he came to base again.”

The other Kusagakure Anbu nodded in agreement, ”that’s right. Morishita-sama always works so hard, but some people still badmouthed him.”

”Those bastards who only know how to beg for peace do nothing but talk trash about Morishita-sama.” The Kusagakure Anbu sneered disdainfully.

Since they were in Anbu, which was directly under the command of Kusagakure’s Kage, they were obviously the war-supporting faction.

Inside the house, Nagasawa quickly found the entrance to Anbu Base underground. It was in the room behind the hall.

There was no floor in the room. It was already cleared away. Only the stairs leading to the underground could be seen.

Following the stairs, Nagasawa walked down with a calm face.

Soon, he reached the end of the stairs. There was a sentry post. He sensed four Kusagakure Anbu inside with the Color of Observation Haki. One of the three was at the level of a Special Jonin, and the three were around Chunin-level.

Nagasawa walked directly into the sentry post and pointed at one of the Anbus, ”bring this to my office.”

The Kusagakure Anbu that Nagasawa pointed at was stunned for a moment. Then, he said somewhat hesitantly, ”But I’m on guard duty...”

”I said bring it to my office,” Nagasawa interrupted directly.

The Anbu Nagasawa pointed at was at a loss for words.

”If Squad Leader Morishita asks you to bring the bag, then do it! What are you hesitating for?” the Anbu Squad Leader quickly said.

Receiving his Squad Leader’s permission, the Anbu rushed to Morishita’s office with the bag Nagasawa gave him.

Nagasawa hurriedly left the outpost and delved further into the base.

Nagasawa wandered around Anbu’s Base while sensing the presence of the Anbu that had gone to Morishita’s office.

He did not know where Morishita’s office was, so he randomly found a bag and stuffed some random stuff into it. He then just had to order someone to bring it to Morishita’s office to guide him.

When he sensed that the Anbu lingered in one place for a while before returning to the sentry post, Nagasawa then followed the route that the Anbu had taken to Morishita’s office.

Nagasawa pushed open the office door and looked around.

The office was very dull. There were no decorations, not that much furniture either. There was only a chair, a desk, and a cabinet filled with papers.

The most eye-catching thing in that office was the bag that the Anbu earlier brought for him.

Sitting on the chair, Nagasawa casually threw the bag aside. He looked at the documents piled on the table.

Nagasawa looked at them briefly. Some of them were the tasks assigned by Kusagakure’s Kage. Some of them were all kinds of information collected that Kusanagi Anbu managed to collect, including some mission reports from the squad under him.

”I’ve experienced an executive’s office ahead of time.” Nagasawa looked at Kusagakure’s secret documents and smiled.

Kusagakure probably wouldn’t have thought that someone would be as bold as to disguise himself as Anbu’s Squad Leader and infiltrate their base.

When Nagasawa was about to check if there was any information on the cabinet, a knock stopped him.

Nagasawa used his Color of Observation Haki to sense the aura of the person who knocked on the door. He found out that person was around a Chunin-level, then he said calmly, ”Come in.”

A Kusagakure Shinobi Anbu walked in and quickly said, ”Morishita-sama, the leader wants you to attend the meeting.”

Nagasawa nodded and said lightly, ”alright.”

Soon, with the Anbu leading the way, Nagasawa arrived at a room in the deepest part of the base.

The room was not big, only a square table and multiple chairs, and nothing else.

There were a total of seven people in the room.

Only the middle-aged man with a hint of worry on his face was not wearing Anbu’s uniform. The other six were wearing Anbu’s uniform.

Nagasawa thought that the middle-aged man should be the Kusagakure’s Kage. His aura was the strongest seen among Kusagakure Shinobis.

The rest of the people should be around the same level as Morishita. Even the weakest one seemed to be Jonin.

Seeing Nagasawa coming, the middle-aged man said: ”Morishita is here. Now that everyone is here, let’s start.”

Kusanagi’s Anbu Commander, who was sitting on the second seat right to the middle-aged man, said with a serious face: ”the Anbu we sent to intercept the intel have been missing for more than a week. He must have been caught or killed by Konoha. We must prepare.”

Nagasawa tried to be as calm as possible, not showing a change of emotion in the slightest. He quietly waited for the others to speak.

”Everyone knows that, but how exactly?” Anbu’s Vice-Captain, who was sitting on the left side of Kusagakure’s Kage, spoke.

One of Anbu’s Squad Leaders said: ”We must not admit that they are our Shinobis. Maybe Konoha doesn’t know who sent them, and they don’t have a forehead protector, and they didn’t use our equipment.”

”What are you thinking? Have you forgotten about Yamanaka Clan’s secret technique? Their identities must have been exposed.” Nagasawa thought for a moment and said calmly.

The Anbu Captain also felt that his thoughts were a little too naive. He closed his mouth and did not say anything else. Instead, he quietly looked at the others.

For a moment, the room fell silent.

After a while, the middle-aged man coughed softly and looked at Nagasawa. ”Morishita, tell me what you think.”
