I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 2125: 25.15 Lone Black Star - Checking through worlds (6)

Upon hearing the request of the Imperial Empress of wanting to see Ye Caoyun, Duke Ye Jie felt helpless. After all, his son is so timid that according to his husband, he was bullied so much at school. It was only when he could no longer hold back that he fought back. Thankfully, the boy knows his limits and didn’t kill anyone. The other suffered mental traumas though.

Duke Ye Jie said, ”The boy is timid. When he has adjusted well in the family I will bring him and my husband to see the Imperial Brother and the Imperial Sister.”

”You said your boy was bullied. He is alright now?” His majesty Ye Wang asked.

Ye Jie said, ”He is alright. Yun’er said someone had saved him. He had actually fainted on his way back and when he woke up he was already at the clinic and this person even called for my husband to help heal Yun’er. I wanted to thank the one who saved him but not even the surveillance camera had recorded traces of the savior’s face.”

”Forget it seems the savior didn’t want to show his face, our family will just owe him for now. If he saves Yun’er again then we will repay them twice,” The Imperial Empress said.

His Majesty finally asked, ”So what did you wish to talk about? It must be something so important that you had requested this private meeting.”

”It’s indeed important. Imperial Brother and Imperial Sister can try it yourself,” said Ye Jia as he approached them and passed it through his aura to their body.

Upon seeing what the duke planned to do, the Imperial couple who trusted Ye Jie wholeheartedly didn’t struggle. After taking a while to digest the mental cultivation technique Ye Jie had passed to them, it took half a day before the Imperial couple had opened their eyes. They immediately noticed its effect. It helped them control their mental strength more and stabilized it. Though they couldn’t heal themselves with it they can lessen their mental pollution and avoid mental outbursts.

With a serious expression, his majesty Ye Wang looked at his little brother and asked, ”A’Jie, where did you get such an amazing technique? This can be considered at least Earth-grade cultivation technique.”

”Imperial Brother, don’t ask. I cannot answer you that question,” Duke Ye Jie stares back at his back and is determined not to tell him where this technique comes from.

However, the Imperial couple had some guesses at heart and chose not pursue the source of this heavenly defying technique.

His Majesty, Ye Wang asked, ”Alright I will not ask its source. But answer this question: Can this technique be shared?”

Duke Ye Jie answers, ”Yes, but right now only I can share it. Imperial Brother you try writing it but are unable to do so. You can also try sharing it through divine consciousness but it cannot be passed. According to the one who gave it to me it cannot be passed by someone else. Only I can do it at this moment.” My husband and son can too. But there is no need to get them involved.

”But sharing through divine consciousness needs energy, just passing to the two of us, you had already used up half of your original energy capacity,” the Imperial Empress said.

Duke Ye Jie said, ”Yes, I can do it three times at most every week. Anymore and I will faint.”

”It would take this long? Is it not efficient enough? Did the one who gave it had no way to share it in a bigger number?” His majesty asked.

Duke Ye Jie answered, ”It must be inquired from the original master. There is no answer yet.”

”I know you would have asked it, you are people from your side as well. It’s not surprising. Alright. A’Jie, you know about my eldest son. He almost transformed into a dragon due to mental pollution. Do you think this technique can save him?” His majesty asked.

Ye Jie thought for a while and said, ”At most it can help him stabilize it, as for curing his mental pollution, this technique can actually help a healing guide increase their mental energy capacity allowing them to increase their level. My husband after practicing this for a month had upgraded his original A-grade mental strength to A+.”

”Sadly, my boy has not found a guide that is compatible with his mental affinity. Even in the whole empire there is no one who can reach at least ten percent compatibility with him. My poor son,” said the Imperial Empress.

His majesty comforted his wife and said, ”It’s alright at least with this mental cultivation technique he will not fear transforming. A’Jie please teach our A’Qin this mental cultivation technique.”

”Don’t worry, Imperial Brother. That is what I have planned to do to come here in the first place. Please tell someone to summon the crown prince.” The duke said.

After a few hours, a royal servant comes running in the crown prince’s mansion in the academy. The crown prince was lying on a rocking chair with a book on his face seemingly napping when his family servant came running to this school dormitory to find him.

”Your highness! Your highness the crown prince!” the royal servant said.

The Crown Prince groggily moved the book on his face showing his chiseled handsome face and refined features. He looks so close to an inhuman being. He is like an indifferent immortal with cold aloofness to the world and disdaining everything on it.

”What is it?” The crown prince’s icy and detached voice echoes in the area.

The old servant immediately fell on his knees and responded, ”Your highness, his majesty and his highness the empress are summoning you back to the palace. They said you must come back as soon as possible. Your Imperial uncle had come to the palace asking to meet you.”

A slight surprise appeared on the crown prince’s cold face and said, ”Imperial Uncle?”

”Yes. It was unknown why his highness was being summoned but it might have something to do with his highness Ye Jie,” the old servant said. ”You are told to come to the palace as soon as possible.”

”Alright. Get the carriage ready. We are leaving as soon as I change my clothes,” said the crown prince, Ye Qinya.

The old servant saluted to the crown prince before hurriedly leaving to prepare the ride for his highness. What he didn’t know was that after he left, the crown prince nonchalantly closed the book in his hand with a serious expression on his face.

He murmurs, ”Did that little one recognize me? Is that why the Imperial Uncle had asked the Imperial Father to summon me? Impossible. He had fainted even before I approached the little guy?”

—

The ride back to the imperial palace had taken a while to arrive. As soon as the crown prince went down from his carriage, the other royal servants had ushered him to where the emperor, the empress, and the royal king were. Upon his highness, the crown prince’s arrival to her highness receiving hall, three pairs of eyes had landed on him.

”Qin’er, you are finally here. Come and see your Imperial Mother!” said her highness the empress.

The Crown Prince, Ye Qinya, approached the elders in the room and saluted.

”Ye Qinya greets Imperial Father, Imperial Mother and Imperial Uncle!”

”Alright. Come over and sit beside your mother. Your uncle had good news for you,” said his majesty the emperor.

After the Imperial Empress had checked on her son, the adults in the room all looked at him. They had observed that his aura is too thick and terrifying and it’s due to the mental pollution had been suffering all this time.

The Imperial Empress asked, ”Qin’er, how have you been feeling recently since your last outburst?”

”Imperial Mother, Erchen is doing alright. It’s just that I can hardly use my energy or I might lose control again. Also, my quantum beast had been lost somewhere. It might be affected by my last outburst and he hasn’t returned yet. If Erchen completely loses his mind, please don’t hesitate to do what must be done,” said the Crown Prince, Ye Qinya.

Duke Ye Jie said, ”You mustn’t say such a thing. We found a way to save you. Believe in me. I might not have a way to resolve your mental pollution but uncle had found a way to stabilize your state. At least, this technique I have with me would help you control your mental energy more strictly and more proficiently and greatly lessen your probability of losing control.”

The Crown Prince looked surprised with what his Imperial Uncle, the Duke, said. He thought he was summoned here because his Imperial Uncle learned that it was him who had saved his now adopted son, Ye Caoyun, that day. It seems that he is only thinking too much. But the fact that his Imperial Uncle suddenly had a technique that can help him stabilize his outraging mental energy was a shocking surprise itself. It was something he didn’t expect when he came here.

When he got the mental cultivation technique from his imperial uncle he was once again stunned. This technique can indeed help him harness his raging mental energy letting it enter a tranquil state and as long as he doesn’t overdo it. He can use his mental energy without going insane and transforming completely in his quantum beast form.
