I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1729: 23.48 Second Grey Star - Hunluan Awaken

Yun Hun suddenly accusing his twin brother, Yun Luan, out of nowhere finally made An Zhe snap at him. This surprised Yun Hun; he couldnʼt believe that An Zhe was siding with Yun Luan without thinking much. Recalling how the two of them arrived in this place while holding hands made Yun Hun feel he was a third party.

He asked, ”How can you just believe, Yun Luan?”

”Who am I supposed to believe if not Luanʼer?!” said An Zhe.

This response rendered Yun Huan speechless. He thought that he was successful because the relationship between these two had a gap after one meeting with him. But he was wrong; it seems that he is being played for a fool. But how can there be such a situation? He was the first one to regain his memories, then the original soul. He couldnʼt accept that he was still not being chosen despite all his efforts.

Yun Hun said, ”What the hell is wrong with you? I am the one who awakened my memories first. How can you only appear before him first and then appear before me?!”

”He was ignoring you even after meeting you first, but I was interested in you the whole time. Why do you ignore me?”

”I like you the same as he does. How come you ignore my feelings!?”

Countless questions had come out of Yun Hunʼs mouth after his emotions burst at this moment. He was so emotional that he didnʼt even notice that An Zhe was looking at him coldly with a smirk at the corner of his lips, looking at him like a fool. As for Yun Luan, he looked cold and indifferent, as if what he was hearing wasnʼt interesting at all.

Only when Yun Hun had calmed down somehow and met the face of An Zhe did he flinch. Especially when he saw the expression of indifference on Yun Luanʼs face and the smirk on the face of An Zhe. Only then did he understand something as his eye shifted between An Zhe and Yun Luan. He even took a step back instinctively upon meeting the eyes of these pairs.

”Y-Youʼre not… not…” Yun Hun stuttered with fear within him.

An Zhe asked, ”Done going crazy? I can answer those questions of yours, but you have to answer mine as well. Do you understand?”

”Y-Yes.”

Yun Hun actually wanted to say ʼnoʼ to An Zhe. No, to this world eater who had finally completely descended into this world but held back his tongue when he met Yun Luanʼs eyes of indifference. This is an expression that never appeared on him in the past. Because he knew these were usually the eyes of the powerful being whom he feared with his whole soul.

An Zhe started talking.

”For your first question, you wanted to know why I didnʼt appear before you and only came over when we were at this age? It is simple. I was abroad with the children, and at that time, I hadnʼt awakened my memories at all. I only returned to this country because of the regional tournament and because those children told me to come. Thatʼs all there is for a reason. If you want to know the real reason, then there is one thing.”

”It is fate. I am even in a situation where I donʼt have an awakened ego. Fate controls everything. It created a perfect time for me to come back here and for me to officially meet Luanʼer. That is all.”

These are the words of the World Eater, An Shizhe.

”My first question is simple. I wanted to know why you kept on bullying Luanʼer all these years. At that time, even though you had your own memories, a soul fragment would not dare to offend its original soul for no reason. Tell me why you made such a choice.”

Yun Hun hesitated. He actually didnʼt want to say the reason, especially not in front of the original soul. However, he is so powerless and can only answer.

He said, ”This is because he said that there is a way for me to completely detach myself from the original soul. That method is… to destroy the unawakened soul within the vessel of the original soul. However, it is almost impossible for me, a soul fragment, to kill the original. Thatʼs why I wanted to make Yun Luan insane enough to kill himself. To achieve my goal, I can only bully him until he reaches the end.”

”But the soul of Yun Luan is too powerful. Even though he had lost everything, he never despaired. His will is so strong that even if he is alone in this world, he would never care about it all. Hahaha~ I canʼt believe you fell for such a kind of mon--MGFF!!”

His mouth was grabbed by the World Eater, and he looked at Yun Hunt with a demeanor completely different than before. He is completely menacing, as if saying another word would make him completely lose his temper here and there. This time, even as the soul fragment of the ancient god of chaos, he is completely helpless against this person.

The world eater, An Shizhe, said with a threatening voice, ”Hold your tongue if you arenʼt going to say something that makes me happy.”

Yun Hun, overwhelmed by such an overbearing aura, can only shake his head with fear in his eyes. An Shizhe was annoyed seeing that and threw him down.

An Zhe clicked his tongue and said, ”Donʼt look at me like that with Luanʼerʼs face. He will never look at me in such a way and never fear me at all. As expected of a mere soul fragment, there are too many that didnʼt match the original.”

Thud!

This is the sound of Yun Hun falling after being grabbed around the neck by An Shizhe. Even in the body of a mortal, the original strength of the gods might be sealed, but they are still stronger than most humans, especially now that An Shizheʼs soul has woken up.

Cough, cough!

Yun Hun was finally completely awake now. Especially when the world eater tried to kill him just now. However, he couldnʼt understand why this person stopped at the last moment and didnʼt kill him. Then his eyes couldnʼt help but glance at the original, who was now not looking at him, completely disinterested.

In reality, like the world eater treats his soul fragment like batteries that are not only consumables but also not a living thing in his eyes, Yun Hun is now receiving a similar look from Yun Luan, who was keeping quiet the whole time. They had actually forgotten about him for a while.

An Shizhe said, ”You wanted me to love you? You cannot even hold back your fear in my presence, so how are you going to live with me in such a state? Donʼt dream so big~”

Yun Hun lowered his head when he heard these words and felt pain in his heart. He was truly thinking about something so big. He is truly fooling himself. An Shizhe, who was treating Yun Hun so coldly, approached Yun Luan, who was quietly watching on the side. When the world eater, An Shizhe, met with Yun Luan, he was stunned for a moment before happily hugging the young man.

The World Eater, An Shizhe, was delighted at this moment. Unlike the blank look of Yun Luan before, he had changed, at least at this moment. He stares at An Shizhe with eyes full of yearning and love. Despite his expressionless face, such strong emotions coming from his eyes say otherwise.

”Luanʼer, I miss you a lot. I…I…”

Hugged tightly within the embrace of the world eater with his aura spreading in the area, Yun Luan, or should I say Hunluan, is calm. Even Yun Hun was terrified, and the power of gluttony spread in the whole area. However, the ancient god of chaos, Hunluan, only needed to lift his hand to throw Yun Hun out of the place and create a barrier in its place.

Yun Luan tried to contact his son and son-in-law, as in his current state, he wouldnʼt be able to completely seal this power of gluttony when it fully spread. Then... This world will be completely over for good. For An Shizhe, this kind of small world is no different than a snack for his power of gluttony.

—

In the Ye family mansion, Hei Anjing and Ye Xiajie were in the garden planting some flowers with the children when they suddenly heard Hunluanʼs voice and felt the power of gluttony spreading in this world.

{Jingʼer, Xiajie, come help me seal the space for a moment. I need time to speak with your father.}

”Xiao Qin, Xiao Jing, look after your brother and sister. Your father and I need to go somewhere first,” said Hei Anjing as he held his husbandʼs hand and disappeared on the spot. He had used teleportation to leave the place urgently.

—

Back to the private property of the Ye Family…

Yun Hun appeared in thin air, shocking the guards in the area. They were about to panic when Hei Anjing and Ye Xiajie appeared. The two made a move as soon as they arrived and put the guards to sleep, manipulated theirs, and then sent them away. Ye Xiajie looked at the building that was falling apart and frowned.

Ye Xiajie said, ”How can he suddenly lose control?”

”The last time they met was when Hunluan self-destructed to destroy him. It is only right for him to become this emotional. Iʼm going to seal the area. My love, block the heavenly laws,” said Hei Anjing.

Ye Xiajie noticed the dark clouds emerging in the sky, and after a while, a pair of hands came out from it. It seems to be intending on either crushing the place where the power of gluttony is or throwing the two troublemakers out of its territory.

”Leave it to me, baby!” said the God of Void and Darkness. ”True Domain of Darkness. Abyss Descend!”
