I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1721: 23.40 Second Grey Star - Temporary Awakening

City Tournament Ice Figure Skating

The opening entertainment will be a group of veteran ice skaters following a certain routine. They were given their part to dance the role they were provided and do a freestyle sequence on ice. The background story of this group dance is Angels and Demons. Thatʼs why the veterans were split into two colors: black and white, with white signifying the angel race and black signifying the demon race.

The first ones to go to the center were a group of ice skaters whose role was to show the war between the two races. The clashes of white and black on the ice stage, with each pair of white and black dancing different kinds of loops and techniques in their area without conflict, were a sight to behold. Their fierce expressions and gestures showed how they hated each other.

This sequence shows that the war lasted for a few minutes before they finally fell to their deaths and froze in the center, entangled in a way with their enemies.

The second phase dragged their factionʼs people and showed a quite peaceful interaction, yet full of hidden malice. The angels and the demons signed a treaty while hiding the hatred in their hearts.

The next sequence is the first meeting of the black king and the white king. The center stageʼs spotlight fell on Hei Anjing and Ye Xiajie. With the latter chasing with an evil smile on his face, and the former staring coldly with his beautiful face. This is their first meeting, first interaction, and first confrontation.

The audience was mesmerized by the story behind the dance and was captivated enough that they could hardly move their eyes away. This opening entertainment possessed a vivid story that, even if there arenʼt any words exchanged between the skaters on the ice stage, everyone can see the story with their eyes alone. The more the dance on the ice rink progresses, the more people canʼt move their eyes away. This is like a stage play on an ice stage. Fascinating and intriguing.

The tension in the area intensifies when the Ice King appears. He acted as if he had fallen in love with the archangel. The white king is playing, causing rivalry with the black king. The exchange and clash between these two men was another sight to behold. The whole atmosphere in the area turned tense and thrilling. Especially, the expression of these two men was too vivid, as if they truly wanted to kill each other. In the end, the Ice King was defeated while the Black King and the White King finally fell in love. The story continues to progress. It reached the climax and finally reached the end of the dance.

—

In the waiting room of An Zhe and Yun Luan…

They were focusing their line of sight on where their teachers were and noticing the action taken by Sirius Frost.

An Zhe commented, ”The Ice King had gone crazy. Why does he keep bothering your teacher in front of mine? Does he want to get killed?”

”There is something wrong with the state of that coach. It is just like when we first bumped into Yun Hun and his group; he kept on staring at the coach,” Yun Luan commented.

An Zhe added, ”This is the first time I have seen someone who wants to seek death.”

—

After finishing this event, Sirius Frost made some moves on their way out, making Hei Anjing frown and angering Ye Xiajie. It was only thanks to the others within the crowd that no incident happened while the camera was rolling. However, as soon as they ended the special room for them, Ye Xiajie beat up Sirius Frost, even with the others stopping them.

”Oh my god! Someone stop them!”

”Break them apart! Donʼt let them near each other!”

”Mr. Noir, please calm down!”

However, the Black King, Ye Xiajie, ignored him. Some turned their heads to ask the white king for help, but the person was so calm as he watched the fight.

The white king, Hei Anjing, said, ”He will stop before he kills him.

Everyone felt that the white king might be smiling, but he is merciless himself. Sirius Frost, the ice king, as if used to this kind of reaction from Hei Anjing, just laughed while getting beaten by the black king, Ye Xiajie. Only when the whole face of Sirius Frost was smashed from all angles did the Black King stop his actions and give the man a warning.

Ye Xiajie said, ”I will say this again. Stay away from my wife.”

The black king and the white king changed their clothes and left the room. They head to the waiting area for their students, An Zhe and Yun Luan. An Zhe and Yun Luan saw their coaches come back, but seeing some stains of blood on Ye Xiajieʼs fists, the two young men understood almost instantly that maybe their teacher had beaten that one from the Frost Clan as they expected.

Seeing their students staring at the hands of his husband, Hei Anjing said to them, ”Donʼt worry. The conflict between Sirius Frost and Coach Ye was known by the whole industry. The Frost Clan doesnʼt dare to make things hard. They are afraid I will retaliate.”

”Focus on your performance. This isnʼt a problem for you to care about,” said the Black King, Ye Xiajie, as he casually cleaned his hands of blood.

After waiting while watching the commentary and performance of the singles division, no one from the Frost clan had come over to complain, and none of the staff came to give their teachers a warning. It was only that they finally sighed in relief and continued watching how the competition unfolded while waiting for their turn. In a while, the two were finally called to do the sequence and perform with perfection as they did their best.

After the singles division had done their part, the host started the commentary for the duo division. The figure skaters had done their job well, but the only ones within this division that excelled greatly were Yun Hun and his new partner. Everyone was watching as this pair went on stage, and everyone was stunned by the change in Yun Hun. If he is considered an average contender, he has now become the star of the stage in the duo division. He had changed so much that even his partner became a mere prop for him to dance on the stage.

Yun Luan and An Zhe, who were watching from their waiting room, were dumbfounded. This is a dance that cannot be done by someone not as talented as Yun Luan. This is more like a dance that matches Yun Luan in talent. Seeing this unfold before them all, An Zhe couldnʼt help but look at Yun Luan. For some reason, An Zhe didnʼt see the shocked expression on his face. Instead, it was a focused expression with a serious face. However, he can see the disdain within those usually clear eyes. This is absolute confidence; An Zhe had never seen Yun Luan before.

Yun Luan… No, Hunluan, who just woke up temporarily, watches as his soul fragment acts like a clown on the screen. He couldnʼt hold back the disdain and reprimand within those eyes, which now emit the same silver shade as the God of Destruction. He suddenly noticed An Zhe looking at him with a dazed look. This is the first time in eons that he had seen such pure eyes coming from his other hand, and he couldnʼt help but tease him.

He reached out a hand and lightly pinched the chin of An Zhe, and with a slight smile on the corner of his lips, he whispered, ”When are you going to break through your restrictions, Xiao Zhe?”

Before An Zhe could react, both Yun Luan fell on him as he fainted. The real soul of Hunluan is simply too powerful for the immature body of Yun Luan, making him lose consciousness when the force the vessel can bear reaches the limit.

An Zhe woke up from a state of trance and panicked as he hugged Yun Luan. ”Luanʼer? Luanʼer, are you alright? Luan…”

”He is alright, just too tired. Let him take a nap for a while,” said Hei Anjing as he took Yun Luan from An Zhe and carried the young man to the couch, letting him sleep properly.

”Coach Hei, is he… alright? Just now…” An Zhe said.

The adults noticed the conversation between them and also witnessed Hunluan, the Ancient God of Chaos, waking up temporarily just now. They knew that An Zhe was confused by the sudden change. However, they also knew that it wasnʼt the time yet for that person to fully wake up, and they could only pretend not to notice.

Hei Anjing, the white king, said, ”Just now? What are you talking about?”

An Zhe thought that the coach didnʼt notice the change in Yun Luan just now and shut his mouth. He wanted to check on Yu Luan when he woke up later, and didnʼt notice that the eyes of the adults in the room had also turned serious at this subject when he turned his head to look at Yun Luan.

He said, ”Um… Never mind.”

Unfortunately, when Yun Luan woke up, he had returned to normal, and when An Zhe asked what had happened before, the person himself didnʼt know what he was talking about. An Zhe can only question himself if the person he just met before was real or just his imagination.
