Daddy Always Gets Jealous

Uncle Lu looked at Huo Jinnan, ”Sir, this is the color darkroom built according to your requirements.”

”Is everything ready?”

”It’s all set, why don’t you and Madam go in and take a look.”

Che Huan didn’t make a sound, she glanced at Uncle Lu, a color darkroom?

After hesitating for a moment, out of curiosity, she still followed in Huo Jinnan’s footsteps.

As she entered, the light suddenly dimmed, it got darker the further she went inside, and her heart tightened along with it, why did this darkroom feel more and more like the one from Fifty Shades of Grey!

Before she knew it, she passed through a door, which swiftly closed behind her the moment she stepped in! The world before her turned completely black! Could there really be no light in the entire room?

This is called a color darkroom?

Unable to see anything, Che Huan began to feel panicky, and couldn’t help but call out, ”Huo Jinnan?”

Besides the echo, she heard nothing!

Even though she knew he was nearby, the absence of any sounds made her helplessly fearful, her heart racing abnormally, ”Huo Jinnan, come out!”

The only response was her own echo.

Che Huan swallowed, was it he who had shut the door just now?

”Huo Xiaoer...”

She was cut off mid-sentence when her wrist was suddenly seized, and then she felt a force coming at her, pushing her entire body against a cold, hard wall.

Huo Jinnan gripped Che Huan’s chin and lifted her face, ”How about it? Is it as thrilling as you imagined?”

”You...”

Before Che Huan could finish, her hand landed on his chest and she pushed hard against him.

She had never experienced anything like this before, her heart was palpitating, tense, scared; it was a mixture of sensations she had never felt before!

Just as she thought he would go further, Huo Jinnan released her, his voice coming out sensually, ”If we don’t finish today’s work, I won’t be able to ’do’ you.”

As soon as he finished speaking, Huo Jinnan took out his phone, illuminated the screen, found the switch, and turned on the lights in the darkroom.

Che Huan leaned against the wall, still breathing unevenly, squinting uncomfortably from the sudden light, and when she opened her eyes again, she saw that the light was red and very dim, ”Why is the light here red?”

Huo Jinnan stood there, glanced over the darkroom’s setup, the left side was the wet area, the right side the dry area, with iron sheets covering the walls and roof, painted with semi-matte gray paint.

He nodded in satisfaction, ”Because this way your face will look even redder.”

”...”

Che Huan bit her lip and took a glance at this so-called color darkroom, seemingly realizing its purpose, ”You’re going to develop photos?”

”Mhm, wedding photos, you can just sit there and watch.”

Huo Jinnan sat down on the chair and began to work.

Che Huan sat aside, looking around for a long time before her gaze finally rested on Huo Jinnan.

Huo Jinnan sat there, his expression focused as he mixed the Developer Liquid.

Che Huan bit her lip, for the first time realizing how attractive a man concentrating on his work could be. Under the red light, his every movement was like a spotlight, capturing her gaze completely and making it impossible for her to look away.

Thinking that he was personally developing their wedding photos, and she was sitting there watching the whole process, it was a magical and sweet sensation, a kind of happiness yet torturous anticipation!

She propped her chin with her hands, intently observing his every movement for a full ten hours!

At eight in the evening, Huo Jinnan enlarged one photo after another, sticking them to the wall’s iron sheet with magnetic stones, then turned to look at Che Huan, ”Are you hungry?”

Che Huan nodded, ”Very hungry.”

”Come here.”
