Chaos Devourer System: My Classless Ascension

Chapter 126: Chapter 125:I said.... shut. the. fuck. up!

I watched as the two demons I’d sent flying turned in midair, landing effortlessly..

”Hahahahahaha... human... I like you” the one with the black skin, horns burning a malevolent flame, spoke with a wild grin..

”The boring ceremony has yet to begin, but you’re already itching for a fight” he cracked his knuckles, his grin getting wilder..

”Well then, allow me to humor you for a moment” I readied myself, waiting for the demon to make his move..

Wooosh!!!

The demon was fast, but nothing I couldn’t deal with, at least that’s what I thought...

Crack!!!!

A skull cracking punch connected with the side of my head as I was sent skidding back a few tens of feet...

”Huh??” The confusion was immediate..

”Hoho... quite the tough one aren’t you? Taking a blow from me, yet you’re still standing” the demon was saying something that my mind couldn’t register..

I had seen the demon move, I had seen the incoming punch, so how the hell was I unable to counter or even dodge it?

”Try this on for size” the foul creature made his move once more..

”Left rib” I moved backwards, intent fully on dodging the blow, yet...

Boooommmm!!!!!!!

Another heavy punch was driven straight into my ribcage...

”How???” The pain wasn’t even registering, the two attacks having done little to no damage, yet my confusion wasn’t getting cleared...

”Hahahahaha... I like when my prey is durable, makes things exciting, now, let’s see how you deal with this.” From then on, it was a flurry of attacks that rained on me..

”A right hook”

Booom!!!!!

I could see the attacks...

”An uppercut”

Booom!!!

Predict their movements...

”An axe kick..”

Thuddd!!!!

Yet still.....

”A straight punch”

Booooommmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!

They kept connecting, the last punch sending me sliding backwards a few meters.....

.......

”Hmmmm? I thought the kid would be something hot, seeing as he jumped straight into the fight without bothering to know his opponents” the supervisor from earlier said disdainfully, watching Dante get pummeled..

”He’s fighting a royal blood Asura, those are the worst type of opponents to face head on” the female supervisor was quick to defend him..

”Heh.. let’s see how his pretty face saves him from getting a beating, shall we?”...

........

”Oh, seems like your not so little boyfriend is getting a beat down” Khalifa commented offhandedly, watching Dante get pummeled with a relentless offensive from the demon....

”Hmmm, I don’t think that’s the case here, sis...” Kaila retorted..

”What do you mean?” Khalifa asked..

”Take a closer look at Dante”, hearing her sister’s words, Khalifa decided to take a better look, her eyes widening slowly..

”How is that even possible?”..

........

”How.... How are you still standing?” I could hear the disbelieving voice of the demon, he seemed incapable of understanding how I was still standing despite his relentless offense..

Truth is, his attacks didn’t hurt, in fact, I’d barely felt them, the only reason I’d been passive for so long was because I still didn’t understand how he was doing what he was doing, hitting me, despite being obviously slower..

But, fortunately..

”I understand it now” I muttered softly..

”Understand this, you filthy human!” The demon roared at the top of his lungs as he launched another blow, I didn’t bother trying to move this time..

Booooommmmmmm!!!!!!

The blow connected, just in time for...

[You have successfully comprehended [UNIQUE]...]

Asura, I’d heard that name before, but I couldn’t seem to remember where...

I shelved the thoughts aside, it was finally time to return the favor..

”My turn..” I raised my head, my creepy grin returning, the demon tried to take his fist back..

He tried...

Crack.....

Rawwwwrrrrrrgghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

A demonic roar sounded out as a vicious chop came down on the foul creature’s outstretched arm, the thing giving way immediately...

He backed up, not fast enough, I was already behind it, fists blazing....

The Asura demon arts I’d just comprehended were as illusive as they were dangerous, they played on the senses, making you believe one thing while doing something else entirely, that was why I was still getting hit, despite being able to ”see” the attacks, it was all a play on the senses..

Now, when such an art was placed in the hands of someone like me, someone actually fast enough to abuse it? The results spoke for themselves..

My punch connected with a sickening crunch, the demon’s spine giving way instantly..

The creature was launched flying, but I’d already manifested right in his path, my palm grabbing a hold of the hideous creature’s head..

”Give me your face..”

RIIIIIIPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!

Booooommmmmmmmmm!!!!!

I tore the flesh off the skull of the hideous thing, tossing its body back so fast it shattered the sound barrier, far be it from me to let my prey get away, I was back on the foul creature instantly....

....

”How...how is he already adapted to a royal Asura?” The supervisor from earlier couldn’t believe what he was watching, how was it possible for someone to adapt to an Asura?

The female supervisor was stunned silent this time as well, that was an Asura, they were the type of demons that were a nightmare to battle against, precisely because it was incredibly difficult to adapt and counter their Demon Arts, yet it hadn’t even been three minutes since this altercation started and the young man had already adapted, not just adapted, he was effectively overwhelming the young Asura..

”Sigh... unfortunately, it isn’t going to be that easy” the woman sighed softly after getting over her shock and as if on cue...

Boooooommmmmmm!!!!!

A deafening explosion shook the entire platform, she focused her attention back on the battle, Dante and the demon had collided fists and were currently held in a dead lock..

........

I hadn’t let up on my attacks, I’d been delivering as much punishment as I could on this demon and it had been working, until it wasn’t...

My punches were no longer breaking and turning bones to powder, the face I’d ripped off earlier had regrown, the demon’s entire physiology seemed to be adapting to the amount of punishment I was delivering to it..

And if that wasn’t bad enough, the creature was counter adapting..

I could feel it..

The subtle changes in its foot work..

The little nudges in the punching stances...

It wasn’t getting stronger, it was merely adapting to my own attacks and then, sure enough...

Booooooommmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!

Our fists collided....

A sense of deja vu washing over me...

I’d been in such a situation, I’d experienced something like this before and as if to remind me...

[Your bloodline is reacting]...

Ahhh.... So that’s it, no wonder I felt a heavy sense of Deja Vu, this bastard was from the same lineage as the first demon bastard I’d faced, that undying cockroach...

”That makes things easier...” it really did, since I’d recognized the problem, then I’m glad I already had the answer, no need for some melodramatic back and forth with this foul creature..

”What is easier human... you’ve successfully angered me and now....”

”My nigga....” My voice took on a darker edge, I could see the dread coloring the demon’s expression, he seemed to have felt it...

”I thought I told you to...”

Crack...craaackk....

I balled my fists so hard, space around it twisted, every ounce of those stupid numbers just laying there in my attribute sheet being forced to finally put in work....

”Shut. The. Fuck. Up!!!”

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The entire platform caved in as I delivered a concussive punch that tore through everything in its path...

[You have dealt ] trust my sham system to tell me the obvious..

It was finally Time to make use of this sham true damage and put down a cockroach...
