Chapter 1598 Fighting with the Sickle(1)

The familiar blue screen popped out before Aakesh. He immediately chose the option, and the next moment, a second creature appeared on the platform.

Aakesh raised his eyes in surprise and nodded since it had been quite a long time since he got a powerful opponent.

The opponent wasnʼt a humanoid creature but stood on its sixteen legs. It was a race in the arachnid group but in its atavistic form.

The creature stared at Aakesh with all sixteen of its eyes at once. All its eyes had the same color, orange.

Aakeshʼs excitement slightly dimmed after seeing that. The eyes showed the level of power of the being. Since its eyes were orange, it had abilities related to fire. It didnʼt mean that its fire abilities were weak, but the creature usually had different-colored eyes, representing their control over different elements.

A single-element creature was powerful, but Aakesh had many ways to solve the issue of fire.

Roar!

The creature angrily roared as it could see the disdain Aakesh had toward it. It couldnʼt wait for the bell to ring, so it could tear Aakesh into several pieces with all of its legs.

Ring!

The two sides didnʼt have to wait any longer, and the sound of the bell rang, announcing the start of the first battle.

Aakesh casually swung the sickle. The space around the creature suddenly cracked apart, and with it, the creature faced the same fate.

The battle ended even before the echoes of the bell disappeared. The next moment, time froze, and the blue screen appeared.

Time flew by, and till the four hundredth battle, Aakesh remained casual with it.

After killing the creature for the 400th time, the familiar blue screen appeared before him. He tapped on the option to go to the next level.

Immediately after that, the panel disappeared, and the creature appeared once again. It had grown several times in size compared to the last battle, and at the same time, there were some changes in its eyes.

Its eyes were still orange, but there was a tint of gold mixed in it. Aakesh understood that the creature was learning to control new elements to suppress him. Instead of feeling afraid, Aakesh became excited.

Ring!

The bell rang, announcing the start of the battle.

Aakesh immediately made his move and charged. The sickle coming down on the creature was like the ring of a death hammer.

It remembered all its 400 deaths, so it wasnʼt afraid of the strike. Its legs suddenly hardened as a tint of gold began to spread around it.

Clang!

The next moment, a metallic sound rang in the area, but before the creature could celebrate, the familiar slashing sound echoed in its ears.

Immediately after that, several similar sounds rang, and a few moments later, its world turned dark.

Aakesh had to increase his force to cut through the creature, but it was still too weak for him. He didnʼt like wasting time, so he hurriedly ended the battle. The situation continued until the 489th battle.

Clang! Clang! Clang!

The creature was evolving at a rapid rate, so in the 489th round, it finally succeeded in defending against Aakeshʼs strike. It wasnʼt the first time it defended, but it was the first time it didnʼt receive any injury.

There was a limit to how much force could be added after swinging the sickle, and Aakesh had reached that limit for the first time. His eyes remained indifferent as he used even more force when he swung the sickle.

The creature could see an illusion of it getting cut into several pieces, so it let out an angry roar and a ball of fire attacked the sickle.

Aakesh scoffed and pushed through the ball of fire, cutting one of the creatureʼs legs. The suspense no longer continued, and around fifteen seconds later, the battle ended in Aakeshʼs victory.

It was the longest battle that day, but Aakesh became excited as he was finally nearing the round, where he would have to use his complete strength. Only in those rounds, the battle seemed significantly exciting.

Puchi!

The sickle pierced through the creatureʼs head, bringing its miserable life to an end.

The next moment, its body cracked into several pieces and turned to ashes before it could touch the ground.

Aakesh had to take the support of the sickle to stand stably as he was also severely injured in the battle.

His record for the training had now touched 568 battles, but only with the sword; he had reached that level. With the bow, he had yet to win the 567th battle. With the sickle, he had reached his highest level after the latest victory.

The next moment, the blue panel appeared, and Aakesh reflexively tapped on the option, going to the next round, which was 564.

The panel disappeared, and the creature appeared as healthy as ever.

Aakesh had an indifferent expression, and the creature also had the same. It had stopped acting angry after dying so many times. It had also begun to enjoy the battle, so it eagerly waited for the bell.

Ring!

The creature didnʼt have to wait for long as the bell rang and announced the start of the 564th round of battle.

Your journey continues at empire

Boom!

Aakesh and the creature made their moves at the same time. The creature had reached a terrible height of hundreds of meters.

For a passerby, Aakesh was even smaller than an ant compared to the creature, but as the two sides clashed, the being smaller than the ant was slowly gaining the edge over his opponent.

”[Ring of Chaotic Flames]!”

The creature called out, and the next moment, the entire battle arena was engulfed in pitch-orange flames.

Even the space in the area began to melt, let alone the battle arena. Aakesh was also feeling pressure from the fire, but his dhoti remained as perfect as ever.

Aakesh couldnʼt physically defend against the flames, so he had to take the help of the sickle. As the sickle in his hands began to heat, the flame in the range of several hundred meters began to get sucked into the weapon.
