The First Store System

Chapter 948: The Second Collective Quest!

Aakesh decided to check the device first, so he pressed the switch after activating the random mode.

The next moment, light began to rotate at an unimaginable rate, stopping after five seconds had passed.

At that moment, a beast appeared on the screen, and soon after, a card materialized out of thin air and flew into Aakeshʼs hands.

Aakesh grabbed the card. It was silver in color, while golden fonts introduced the beast on the screen.

Getting a three question mark product seemed to exhaust all the good luck Aakesh had, as the creature on the screen was an early Divine Transformation and of lesser quality.

Aakesh only wanted to test the device and not take out the beast for himself since he was fine with having Lily and the Chaos Whale as his family members for now.

Aakesh then decided to return the card, and an inch right of the screen, a space in the shape of a card opened up. The empty slot took the card.

The creature was a Wild Squirrel with no skills. Since Aakesh was satisfied with the product, he decided to leave the room. There were already some alerts waiting for him to check.

[Host, please see the next screen for the third quest!]

The next moment, a blue screen containing the details of the third Panagea quest appeared in front of him.

[Mission Sequence: Third

Mission Objective: Sell Panagea hours,

Description: Host, the store has successfully met the requirement of selling 240 Panagea hours for fifteen consecutive days,

Requirement: Now, its time for you to increase your part and make more customers interested in the product

Mission reward: One Hundred new virtual portals addition,

Duration: 45 Days.

Failure Punishment: Loss of fifteen virtual portals and the sales commission will get reduced to 0.5% of the productʼs price for seven years.]

(A/N: I had mistakenly used 50 products as the reward! I have now edited the chapter and used the actual figure of 25. Sorry for the trouble!)

Aakesh focused on the screen in front of him. Because of the last increase of twenty-five virtual portals, there were almost fifty portals in total. It was more than a double growth; similarly, the questʼs difficulty had grown by even more folds.

The store needed to sell 960 hours of Panagea every day to complete the quest in thirty straight days. To do it, the store required that it sell forty virtual portals for each group. It didnʼt seem difficult, so Aakesh stopped worrying about it and focused on the reward section.

Aakesh nodded after seeing the reward. He only cast a quick glance at the punishment section and then waved his hands. The quest screen then faded into obscurity, waiting for Aakesh to call it back.

[Host, please see the following screen for the quest!]

The next moment, a blue screen containing the details of the quest appeared in front of him.

[Mission Sequence: Second

Mission Objective: Sell the store products

Details: After completing three of the four productsʼ second series quests, the store has unlocked the second collective quest. Please work hard and make the store more popular,

Pills: 10,000,000,

Training area: 1,000,000 hours*

Panagea: 100,000 hours,

Cultivation arts: 15,

Beasts: 5,000,

Deadline: 360 days,

Reward: Ten purer higher Sacred stones and a chance to upgrade any of the five products,

Failure Punishment: Zero commission for twenty-five years.]

*(100,000 trivial, normal, moderate, or difficult) training hours = 20,000 Immortal training hours = 10,000 Gods and Demons training hours.)

It wasnʼt the end, and soon after the screen disappeared, a new screen appeared in front of Aakesh with a system alert.

It wasnʼt something that Aakesh hadnʼt expected, so he wasnʼt surprised. Aakesh then focused on the screen and began to read what the second collective quest wanted.

The sale requirements of pills, weapons, and training hours had grown by thousand times, while the Panageaʼs hour had increased by 100 times. Fortunately for Aakesh, the cultivation art didnʼt see such growth, it had only grown 2.5 times the first questʼs criteria.

Since there was now a fifth product in the store, there was another requirement. The system wanted the store to sell 5000 beasts; egg-hatching ability wasnʼt taken into consideration.

The hatching property of the device was only an extra, so it wasnʼt a product like the training area. Aakesh would still get his commission from it, but it wouldnʼt be considered in quests, no matter how large or small a sale the store made.

Aakesh then saw the deadline, and it was as he had expected, 360 days. Aakeshʼs eyes then fell on the most significant rewards section.

Aakesh was slightly disappointed when he saw that the reward wasnʼt a new product, but he had expected it. The store didnʼt release products in a small span, so only the third or fourth collective quest will reward with a new product.

Still, the reward was great, as Aakesh would not only get ten purer higher Sacred stones, but he would also get a chance to update any of the five products.

Aakesh didnʼt have to ask the system what the product update meant since he had already done it once in the Primal Dimension when the options of different time flow rates emerged.

Aakesh then took a quick glance at the punishment section and waved his hands. The next moment, the quest screen faded.

”Letʼs go!” Aakesh stated that it was now time for their training.

Lily scrunched her nose in dissatisfaction, but she didnʼt say anything, and the next moment, the duo disappeared from the storeʼs hall and appeared in the selection area.

Lily chose her usual training environment and pressed the switch. The next moment, she found herself in the familiar environment after the space crack sucked her inside.

After Lily left, Aakeshʼs face turned calm as he deactivated all his senses except for direction and then went to the weapons section.

Soon, Aakesh found himself back in the familiar arena with a blue screen floating in front of him.
