The First Store System

Chapter 233: Growth

Georgia decided to test her strongest attack. The next moment, a red light began emanating from the saber and engulfed it in no time.

The light became so blinding and threatening that several of the low-level cultivators started bleeding from their eyes. The system acted right away, and the blinding effect of the light disappeared, and the damaged eyes also returned to normal.

Georgia had her eyes set on the attack, so she had no idea what had happened due to her attack. When finally, her energy reached the bare minimum, she stopped transferring any more energy to the saber.

The next moment, she swung the saber, aiming at the center of the slab.

”Clang!”

In response,  a metallic sound rang inside the weapons room. Many of the customers who had equivalent or higher cultivation rolled their eyes, seeing all the grandeur resulting in a tiny clashing sound.

Georgiaʼs face was pale in response, and she gasped for breath since she had used too much of her energy, but her eyes acted differently than her body; her eyes had a hint of anticipation and excitement as they looked at the slab, hoping for a good result.

In response to Georgiaʼs attack, the slab lightened up, and the next moment, a vertical bar appeared on it. The bottom denoted intermediate Tao Seed, and the top denoted late Tao Seed.

Like an eagle, the blue light flew from the bottom. Within no time, it breached the 50% mark and it still didnʼt stop.

When it breached the 69% mark, its speed began slowing down. At 73%, it slowed down once again. When it finally breached the 77% mark, it began moving like a turtle.

A few seconds later, the blue light stopped right before touching the 78% mark.

The anticipation in Georgiaʼs eyes disappeared, seeing the result. Even though her attack power didnʼt reach the limit of late Tao Seed, it still had enough power to even make them feel danger.

If she used this move better, she could even kill a late Tao Seed level cultivator.

The few in the crowd had already gotten used to seeing attack powers higher than the cultivation levels. The weapons sold in the store had always been of high quality.

Georgia couldnʼt wait even for a second to buy the saber, so she left the weapons room. She then paid 10,000 superior Primal stones to Aakesh.

Georgia then began asking about the training areas. At first, she had no interest in the training area since she didnʼt have a weapon, and she also didnʼt trust Aakeshʼs store enough to spend so much money in a single-hour training.

The Immortal level training in King-grade weapons cost one supreme Primal stone, and the cost for Gods & Demons level training area grew by a hundred times.

Gods & Demons level training area was out of her reach even if she were to use her life savings. If it were her younger brother, he wouldʼve been easily able to pay for it since he was the most talented descendant of the Farvell family for this generation.

She could pay one supreme Primal stone if she were to tap in her savings. So, she decided to ask about the training area first before paying.

As for wasting, that thought had already disappeared from her mind. Even if she failed to win, the gain due to the saber improved her prospects in front of her family, resulting in a better future.

Right now, she trusted the storeʼs products, and she could feel even reverence from many customers for the store.

Aakesh told Georgia about the details of the Immortal level training area since she had an interest in that.

After learning the details, Georgia, gritting her teeth, took out a supreme Primal stone from her space ring and handed it to Aakesh.

After paying, she left for the weapons room since Aakesh had already told her everything about the training area.

When she reached the saber pillar, her heartbeat began rising. Even though she had decided to trust the store and also had already paid, a supreme Primal stone was still a big deal for her.

If she were not to gain any substantial benefit from the training area, she would not only lose a supreme Primal stone but also the confidence that she had gained from testing the attack power.

”Donʼt trust anything. Just trust yourself,” Georgia told her heart. She repeated this until she forgot everything she was thinking about.

Then she took a deep breath and followed the procedures for entering the training room.

Soon, only her body remained in the store, sitting next to the pole, while a golden barrier had engulfed her not to let even single harm come her way.

Similar to the Gods & Demons level training area, the traineeʼs mind would become calm after entering the Immortal level training area. Here, the time rate difference was 100:1, and here only creatures belonging to the Primal dimension could be summoned for training.

Time flew by, and an hour passed. For those waiting in the store, nothing changed, while a few new customers arrived in the store, and Aakesh was busy telling them about the store products.

In the weapons room, the golden barrier surrounding Georgia disintegrated in less than a second. The system transferred her to an isolated space, and when her energy returned to calm, it brought her back inside the store.

The atmosphere surrounding Georgia had dramatically changed. Before she entered, she had a bubbly, cheerful, and unconfident aura around her, but now, an aura of confidence and sharpness surrounded her.

If any cultivator below Tao Seed were to look into Georgiaʼs eyes right now, they would feel themselves getting cut into pieces.

After leaving the training area, Georgia wanted to go back, but Aakesh had already told her about the limit of an hour a month, so she took a deep breath, and the next moment, her mind returned to calm.

It was time for her to test her power. She hadnʼt gained a breakthrough due to the training, but her techniques had gotten better, and she had also derived a skill that may become her trump card in the future.

Time flew by.

It was time for Georgia to test her power. At first, she wanted to see the power of her casual strike.

She casually swung her saber, aiming at the center of the slab.

With a clashing sound, the slab lightened up.
