The Conquerors Path

Chapter 1018 - 1016-A bigger tease.

”So you are the toy of Lordess Orpheus?”

Thalassa said, her eyes almost lightning-like, looking at me with a smile as she asked this question. I didn’t flinch at it, just leaning down to look at her eyes directly as I responded.

”No, I am her son.”

The words rang loud as her smile faded there, the lightning growing stranger in her eyes.

”Everyone is, but I like your backbone, you budding little child.”

I smirked at her words, straightening myself back as I responded even to that.

”I am doing well.”

As I spoke with that, Luna on my shoulder did a small growl, which made Thalassa flinch, her eyes landing on Luna, after which it came back to me.

”I like you.”

”The feeling’s mutual.”

[Her domain is crashing waves, hurricanes, and the untamed surface of the sea. A Mid Tier God.]

With one final nod, Krave moved to introduce me to the next God in wait.

”This is Lirien, Goddess of Crystal-Clear Springs and Lakes.”

This one was just floating above the water in a light manner.

An ethereal beauty with porcelain-pale skin that looks almost translucent near the edges, revealing faint glowing veins of liquid light beneath. Slender and graceful with perky breasts and long legs. She has three eyes, the usual two plus a beautiful, larger vertical crystalline eye on her forehead.

Flowing silver-white hair that drips endlessly with pure water. Instead of fingernails, she has delicate retractable crystal claws. Her most striking feature is a second, smaller mouth nestled between her breasts, which can clearly be seen due to her dress dipping low enough to reveal it. Small water-like droplets actually flowing from that mouth around her body like an orb.

Her lower back has delicate fin-like wings made of shimmering water membrane, which are keeping her lightly afloat right now.

”Nice to meet you. Got to say I like lakes a lot.”

”I know, I can feel it from my children. Would you like to visit one with me later?”

Lirien asked, to which I responded with a nod.

”Definitely.”

”Good. And Orpheus chose you, which makes you special in my eyes always. Like a child to me, too.”

As she said so, she made her hands come forward towards my head. Luna jumped down to the floor for a moment. I didn’t reject her touch as she pulled my lower to her breast, right close to her mouth, as my head pressed against her soft, warm touch. My forehead pressed against that mouth of hers as I felt a light touch at the forehead, like a tongue sweeping away.

A small blessing-like feeling filled me at her touch. Unlike the rest of the 2, who looked grown, she looks like a small teenager. But her touch felt childlike and loving as I pulled my head back, a smile on her lips. Both of them.

”Just a small greeting of blessing for good luck.”

Lirien said.

”I shall take all the luck I need.”

[Her domain is pure freshwater sources, hidden grottoes, and reflective still waters. A Low Tier God.]

’She is sucking up to me, isn’t she?’

[She definitely is.]

I internally kept that thought as Krave guided me to the next.

”This is Morvanna, Goddess of the Mangrove Swamps and River Deltas.”

This one, I have no idea if she is resting or not, but she is indeed wearing a brown dress, hugging her form and has more of an adult woman look, like maybe mid-20s. A curvy, earthy, fertility-goddess-like body with rich olive-green skin texture.

Thick thighs, wide hips, and heavy, inviting breasts. Her hair was living dark kelp and vines interwoven with blooming water-lilies. She has six arms total, the upper pair normal and graceful, the middle pair stronger with webbed fingers, and the lowest pair ending in soft sucker-tipped tendrils. Small, elegant fangs as she smiled, and a long, sinuous tongue leaked out. Her legs a swirling mass of root-like tentacles that anchor her to the ground. A faint sweet scent of lotus and musk constantly surrounds her as I reach close.

”A pleasure to make your acquaintance. I have played around with swamps and rivers a lot.”

I added, making Morvanna scowl a bit. Guess this one doesn’t want to suck up to me.

”Yeah.... yeah... I can feel that, though I don’t know why someone as exalted as Lordess Orpheus even takes care of you.”

”Grrrr!”

That made Morvanna flinch. Luna looked at her with ferocious eyes, now back at my shoulder. For all her bravado, one Grrrr from Luna was more than enough to make her fear for her life. Being as old as she was, she had lived and seen the devastation the ravenous wolf Fenrir caused the realm during that war. That fear had indeed faded away, but that one call brought back bad memories indeed.

All of them flinched. I had seen it.

”She keeps me close because she loves me.”

That made another flinch, this time for a different reason. All the ones gathered here today, all of them except for Krave, are curious about the feeling of what is called Love. They all came here with very different reasons, all from different factions, yet all here are equally curious about the so-called emotion called love. Except once again for Krave, who crawled up to her position knowing what love is.

Though the same can’t be said now for Krave. She had to give up something to touch the divine herself, the same for Luna, though not for Luna anymore, which is a different story for another time.

I leaned closer to her face, a wide smile on my face as I spoke.

”You curious about love?”

”Humph..... who needs such baseless mortal emotions?”

[Her domain is brackish waters, fertile mud, life cycles, and hidden bayous. And as you guessed, a Lower Tier God.]

Morvanna shot back. Breaking her will be fun.

Pushing that away, Krave guided me. Her eyes were all curious as she introduced the next one. This one actually looks like a chubby sexy milf, like really. Even with her minimal bikini-like dress, I could see a small belly fold. Voluptuous and hypnotic with luminous silver-pale skin covered in ever-shifting patterns of golden bioluminescent markings that trace her large, soft breasts and an ass that seems designed for worship.

Her hair floats as if in zero gravity, strands glowing like fibre-optic cables. She has extra sensitive mouths, small lip-like openings with tiny tongues along the sides of her neck and inner thighs. They are forming a special water-like wave link which keeps moving around her body, like some kind of waves. Sometimes you can see a still movement, then a wave-like formation.

Two elegant tails that look like fin tails emerge from just above her ass, tipped with glowing suckers. Her eyes are golden with slit pupils.

”This is Aurelia, Goddess of Bioluminescent Tides and Nocturnal Seas.”

”Well, I can definitely see the tides around her.”

She chuckled at my words as Aurelia waved her hand around, the water flowing through the mouths on her body, which turned to tides as her hands waved through the so-called water.

”Come.”

Saying so, she took my hand as she guided it to the wave that was now calm. The moment it touched the water....

”Um~”

’Oh?’

Was my response as I saw Aurelia bite her lips with a sharp blue colour all around her body.

”That’s a first for me.”

”Me too.”

I added to her words as my hand moved from her clutches to her stomach, which felt quite soft yet flowing. It’s like her body is flowing as my hand moved to that cute belly fold at the bottom of her stomach, as I took a small hold of it, feeling like water flowing through my hand. I leaned in, pulling that cute belly bump and placing a bite on her shoulder.

”Ahhh~”

Aurelia moaned at it, pushing her body against me. But this time I pulled back, taking my hand away. I could see the loss that flashed through her eyes at my moving away.

”How was the feel?”

”New.”

To a God that meant the best thing, especially in their long, widened mentality of existence, something new meant something more fun in their life.
