God-Level Special Forces Soldier

Chapter 481: Chapter 478: Ozawa Miwa’s Anxiety

When the Huaxia forces, collectively dropping in intelligence, were desperately trying to escape the military’s pursuit, the various foreign forces from Japan finally began to make some moves!

In Japan, inside the royal palace, the head housekeeper, Mei Huizi, carried a plate of brightly colored sashimi to the room of the little princess, Ozawa Miwa.

”Mei Huizi Granny!”

Seeing the housekeeper who had taken care of her since childhood, the little princess showed a sweet smile, then promptly lowered her head and said softly, ”About the question I asked last time... I’m sorry, I didn’t consider your feelings!”

The housekeeper, Mei Huizi, saw the remorseful little princess and kindly smiled while touching her hair.

Ozawa Miwa, being patted on the head by Mei Huizi, was like a well-behaved little rabbit. Her face turned red, extending to her ears, which began to feel warm.

”What is the little princess saying?!” Mei Huizi’s gentle voice echoed in the room, ”How could I be angry with you? I’m the one who couldn’t give you the answer you wanted, I’m truly sorry!”

As Ozawa Miwa heard Mei Huizi’s apologetic words, she quickly lifted her head, her small hands waving hurriedly, ”No, no, no, it was my question that was the problem, no need to feel guilty!”

Mei Huizi placed the delicacies in her hand onto the dining table, looking somewhat at a loss but amused at the hurriedly explaining little princess.

Understanding that if they continued discussing this issue, they might not be able to finish the meal, she decided not to dwell on who’s right or wrong, and with a smile said, ”Alright, alright! Let’s eat first.”

Ozawa Miwa, feeling a bit warm from the motherly gaze of Mei Huizi, pulled her to sit on the other side, ”Let’s eat together!”

With this, Ozawa Miwa picked up a thin slice of meat, dipped it in a bowl of sauce, and put it into her mouth, showing a deeply satisfied expression.

Mei Huizi, amused, watched the little princess who had never been picky about food. Even though she had just finished her meal, she began to feel a bit hungry.

Mei Huizi also picked up a pair of bamboo chopsticks, while Ozawa Miwa spoke with food in her mouth, ”I just heard my father say something about the Mizuno Clan and Fujino Martial Arts Hall, and now all major families can finally behave for a while. Mei Huizi Granny, why is that?”

Seeing the princess obviously trying to make conversation to avoid awkwardness, Mei Huizi smiled and replied, ”It seems they have each drawn part of their strength from the headquarters and have to keep a low profile for a while?”

”Then, aren’t they afraid of the Prime Minister’s opposition or the royal family’s stance when mobilizing so many people openly?”

Upon hearing the little princess’s innocent question, Mei Huizi smiled with a hint of bitterness. The Prime Minister’s opposition might hold some weight for those families, but who cares about the royal family’s attitude nowadays?

Now, the royal family in Japan is just a symbolic emblem, yet still continues to live a luxurious life.

The main reason is that during wartime, it could quickly unite people’s hearts and represent the national will for advocacy.

Though this isn’t apparent during peacetime, once a large-scale war begins, the royal family can play a significant role!

They could even centralize power and become the emperor, which isn’t impossible!

But, Japan hasn’t seen a large-scale war in a long time. Political parties couldn’t care less about starting wars, reducing the royal family’s role and status to an awkward position!

Obviously, these aren’t issues for the young Ozawa Miwa to consider. After a thought, Mei Huizi said, ”Because they understand, the Prime Minister and the royal family have no reason to oppose.”

”Why?”

Ozawa Miwa was intrigued. Though she didn’t understand why the Prime Minister and the royal family wouldn’t oppose, she knew there must be something complex behind this matter.

”Because their target is Huaxia!”

”Huaxia?” Ozawa Miwa frowned slightly, ”Are you saying they want to sabotage and attack Huaxia, then start a war?”

”Of course not!” Mei Huizi, looking at the surprised little princess, shook her head with a smile, explaining, ”Although those who were deployed are quite competent, they cannot stir waves in Huaxia.”

”Besides, given our country’s current strength, compared to Huaxia’s, Japan isn’t capable of waging a war against a major country, so naturally, it can’t be a sudden attack!”

Mei Huizi’s smile turned a bit bitter, not knowing if it was for the peace to be glad or the declining national strength to sigh.

”However, the little princess’s guess isn’t entirely wrong. In a way, it is a stealth attack, but the target is one person.”

Hearing Mei Huizi’s words, Ozawa Miwa pouted, ”Mei Huizi Granny is calling me little princess again!”

”Oh?” Ozawa Miwa exclaimed as if discovering a new continent, ”They are going to Huaxia to stealth attack a person? Then that person must be Huaxia People?”

Mei Huizi gently pushed Ozawa Miwa’s head, ”Silly girl, of course, it’s a Huaxia person!”

Hearing the definitive answer, Ozawa Miwa became a bit nervous, thinking, the person she is fond of is also Huaxia People!

”Then... does Mei Huizi Granny know that person’s name?” Ozawa Miwa nervously asked carefully.

”Not only do I know this person, but most Japanese people do!” Mei Huizi solemnly asked, ”Does the little princess still remember the person who escaped after destroying the Shrine and was ordered by the Prime Minister to be wanted nationwide?”

Ozawa Miwa’s heart skipped a beat. It is indeed that person!

”Mei Huizi Granny,” Ozawa Miwa asked nervously, ”Do you think those family people will succeed?”

Mei Huizi pondered, comparing the strength of both sides, and finally gave a relatively fair answer: ”Judging by those people alone, I’m afraid they won’t be able to kill that Huaxia person!”

Ozawa Miwa sighed in relief, thinking internally: That’s good, that’s good!

But the next moment, Mei Huizi, lost in thought, said, ”But we shouldn’t be too pessimistic. It’s said that the one called Xiao Tian is also hated not just by us, but by forces and organizations from other countries, and even some local forces within Huaxia want him eliminated!”

Just relaxing, Ozawa Miwa widened her eyes, then quickly began pacing in circles, sweating on her forehead.

Watching the little princess, pacing in circles while stamping her feet, Mei Huizi assumed she was worried about their country’s forces failing, so she comforted, ”Don’t worry, little princess, with so many forces working together, they will definitely succeed!”

”Ha...” Hearing Mei Huizi’s words, Ozawa Miwa paused, momentarily unaware of which leg to step with first!

After quickly finishing the plate of food, Mei Huizi smiled, picked up the tray, and left the room.

Ozawa Miwa scratched her head, thinking about how to relay the message to Xiao Tian.

Just as she was at her wits’ end, she suddenly thought of someone...
