Chapter 441: Chapter 438: Private Bathhouse Party

Le Yaoyao picked up a wet tissue, pretending to be calm as she wiped, and said, ”What’s so interesting about my hand?”

Keke, having already removed her makeup, grabbed Le Yaoyao’s ’guilty little hand’ trying to destroy evidence.

Taking the wet tissue from Le Yaoyao’s hand, Keke looked at the ink-stained tissue and asked, ”Yaoyao, what’s this on your wet tissue?”

Le Yaoyao’s eyes dodged as she hurriedly said, ”Maybe, maybe the tissue isn’t very good quality? Yes! It must be a quality issue, I’ll call to complain right away.”

”Yaoyao!”

Seeing the look in Keke’s eyes, Le Yaoyao regretted it deeply. Originally, she just wanted her to read more books and develop a love for learning like herself, but she forgot that her long-time best friend sometimes knows her even better.

”Wh-What’s wrong?” Le Yaoyao asked nervously.

”I just wanted to remind you, you left your phone on the table!” Keke looked at her with a mischievous grin, ”Why do I feel like you’re a bit guilty?”

”No!” Le Yaoyao said firmly, ”Absolutely not, you must be mistaken!”

Unconsciously, after the two removed their makeup and changed clothes, their playful teasing marked the perfect end to a three-hour performance!

This performance could certainly be called one of the most successful events in Lu Province’s history, with heated discussions on various social media platforms, and the live videos were being wildly shared.

Especially the video of Le Yaoyao and Keke; in just three hours, it had been clicked over thirty million times, and ’Xiao Yao Cultural Media Co., Ltd.’ had completely gone viral!

Ren Wenshan came to the backstage after the performance and started chatting with Le Yaoyao and Keke.

Seeing Ren Wenshan’s constipated expression, Keke asked with concern, ”President Ren, did you eat something unclean and upset your stomach?”

Keke’s polite question hit the nail on the head. Didn’t Ren Wenshan eat something ’unclean’?!

Ren Wenshan’s face stiffened, and he replied with an awkward laugh, ”Indeed, I did upset my stomach a bit.”

Even though Ren Wenshan knew he couldn’t vomit anything, he still suppressed the urge to retch, replied through gritted teeth, and felt a deep-seated hatred toward the two in front of him.

If it weren’t for their portable collapsible fitting room, how could he have eaten that mouthful from Lu Kai... ugh!

Ren Wenshan didn’t dare think any further, hastily changing the subject, ”This event has shown us your company’s strength. I hope we can stay in touch in the future.”

”To celebrate the successful event, I’ve reserved a high-end hotel in Lu Province, and I hope you both can grace us with your presence at tomorrow’s celebration banquet!”

After hearing Ren Wenshan’s words, Keke and Le Yaoyao exchanged a glance. Their years of close friendship allowed them to understand each other’s thoughts with a single look, without the need for words.

Keke read the message in Le Yaoyao’s eyes and immediately responded, ”There’s no need for President Ren to go to such trouble for the banquet. Why don’t you settle the remaining payment first? When you come to Shanghai, we’ll definitely treat you to the highest standards!”

Ren Wenshan inwardly cursed these naive girls, but it saved him from beating around the bush, so he said, ”Even if President Le is busy, it can’t wait a day or two, right? Rest assured, I’ll transfer the remaining payment to your company’s account right after the banquet ends!”

”Alright then!”

Le Yaoyao glanced at Keke, seeing that she had no better suggestion, they reluctantly agreed to Ren Wenshan’s request to attend the banquet the next day!

After achieving his goal, Ren Wenshan exchanged a few more pleasantries before taking his leave.

Seeing that the company’s models were almost ready to go, Le Yaoyao called for them to get in the car and return to the hotel.

It was still Ren Wenshan who arranged the car for them. One had to admit, his hospitality was indeed commendable.

Several times in the car, Keke wanted to speak, but Le Yaoyao silenced her with a look, leaving Keke to remain silent throughout the ride.

The driver dropped them off at the hotel entrance before driving away, receiving a phone call from Ren Wenshan on the road.

”What did they say?” Ren Wenshan’s voice sounded from the phone.

”They haven’t said a single word since getting into the car.” The driver reported truthfully, analyzing, ”Maybe they’re just too tired?”

”Are you sure?” Ren Wenshan was somewhat incredulous, ”They really didn’t say a single word?”

”Yes!” The driver confirmed, ”Since they got in the car, they haven’t said a single word, not even a peep.”

”Alright, I understand!”

Although Ren Wenshan felt something was off, he couldn’t quite pinpoint what the problem was!

How could a group of girls finish a performance without a peep? How is that even possible?

In fact, Le Yaoyao was somewhat inexperienced. If it were Xiao Tian handling the situation, he would have instructed those girls to talk, and to talk a lot.

Primarily discussing topics like cosmetics, clothes, skincare, and other female-related issues, thereby preventing the other party from realizing they were being cautious while also indirectly lowering their guard.

However, given the prior incident with the portable ’folding fitting room,’ it didn’t matter whether they let the other party know they were on guard!

Watching Ren Wenshan’s car leave, Le Yaoyao called the models preparing to take the elevator to the rest area on the hotel’s first floor, gathering them in a circle to listen to her instructions.

”As always, everyone needs to be vigilant. Does anyone need a bath?” After reminding everyone, Le Yaoyao asked a seemingly obvious question.

Seeing everyone nod, Le Yaoyao said, ”Alright, let’s go to the nearest bathhouse, I’ll cover the place and treat everyone to a bath!”

Everyone was speechless. They’ve heard of treating others to a meal or a movie, but treating them to a bath by booking the entire place was something no one present had ever heard of.

Was President Le feeling generous after making money and couldn’t help but show off a bit?

But it doesn’t seem like it’s showing off wealth in the usual way, right?

Or maybe, could it be that President Le is actually...?

How come they hadn’t noticed before?

At that moment, the beautiful women started looking at Le Yaoyao and Keke with slightly ambiguous glances...

”President Le, we’re quite tired, isn’t there hot water in the hotel rooms?” A pretty-faced girl said with a pained expression, ”Let’s just take a quick shower and sleep, okay?!”

”No way!”

Le Yaoyao decisively insisted on the group bath plan, and seeing everyone’s unhappiness, she added, ”After the bath, I’ll treat you all to beauty treatments and a late-night snack!”

”Oh yeah!”

The beautiful models, upon hearing beauty treatments and late-night snacks, especially the beauty treatments, instantly lit up with smiles, completely disregarding their earlier suspicions that Le Yaoyao was up to something.

After returning to their rooms to drop off their belongings, Le Yaoyao led a platoon of women, energetically heading to the nearest bathhouse.

The entire journey was filled with whistles, flashlights, and screams, greatly satisfying the girls’ vanity and dissolving any prior displeasure with Le Yaoyao!

——

Ren Wenshan was currently reporting in Lu Kai’s room.

Upon hearing that Le Yaoyao and the others didn’t say a word after getting into the car, Lu Kai also found it a bit surprising!
