Gene Unlocking: I Evolve Every Day

What?

The minimum standard is the early stage of a Type II civilization?

The Night Cloud Race is even infinitely close to a Type III civilization?

Shen Xia was genuinely taken aback upon hearing this.

She certainly understood Nuwa’s civilization level system, which evolved based on Earth’s Kardashev Cosmic Civilization Index.

Kardashev’s Cosmic Civilization Index initially only had levels one to three.

Later, as people’s imaginations grew richer, it gradually evolved to a Type VII civilization.

According to the Type VII civilization system, Earth’s civilization is actually at 0.7 levels.

Yes, it hasn’t even reached a Type I civilization.

The hallmark of a Type I civilization is: this level of civilization can fully control and utilize all the energy and resources of its planet.

This means that the civilization can freely control the weather, rivers, land, life forms, and oceans, and can even affect changes in the earth’s crust material.

What about a Type II civilization?

At this level, a civilization can fully utilize the energy of its stellar system.

For example, through technologies like Dyson spheres, obtaining continuous energy from a star.

Such a civilization can live and travel freely within their stellar system without worrying about energy issues.

This stage sees civilizations already highly developed, with social structures and technologies reaching new heights.

It can be said that for Earth’s civilization, a Type II civilization is almost a ”god-like” civilization, only theoretically possible; reaching it in reality is almost impossible.

Because when scientific development reaches a certain stage, there is a bottleneck that limits the development of civilization, and this bottleneck is ”resources.”

To give a simple example, to reach a stellar civilization, a Dyson sphere must be built to tap continuous energy from a star.

Then, where do you get the resources to build the Dyson sphere?

Some have calculated that to build a Dyson sphere, 1.9891*10^27 tons of material is needed.

You must know, the Sun alone accounts for 99.86% of the solar system’s mass.

So even using all celestial bodies of the solar system as material, it would only be enough to build three percent of it.

So Shen Xia clearly understood that Earth’s civilization is limited by ”resources,” and it can never reach a Type II civilization.

After all, the solar system is located in a barren region of the Milky Way Galaxy.

Only intelligent civilizations in resource-rich star realms have hope of reaching a Type II civilization.

Of course, it’s only hopeful; in reality, whether they can reach it is hard to say.

That’s why she was so shocked to hear that the Night Cloud Race is almost close to a Type III civilization.

Shen Xia never imagined that such advanced civilizations existed in the Cosmos.

Nor did she expect such an advanced civilization to invite Earth’s lowly civilization to join the Interstellar Alliance.

At this moment, Nuwa continued introducing, ”As for the Steward Planet, it is the decision-making race of this more than a thousand advanced civilizations, totaling 108, each possessing at least mid-level stellar civilization standards, like the Spiritual Race I mentioned earlier.”

Shen Xia, a bit dizzy, said, ”Our Earth civilization hasn’t even reached level one, so why would the Orion Arm Interstellar Alliance invite us to join and even give us a steward planet slot?”

To be honest, she even doubted if this was an ”alien Ponzi scheme.”

Nuwa answered very straightforwardly, ”Because of Mr. Lu Li.”

Shen Xia suddenly realized, finally understanding that this wasn’t a ”Ponzi scheme.”

Not long ago, she had just witnessed the destruction of the Spiritual Race’s stellar system.

Shen Xia felt that the aliens must have been terrified by Lu Li’s formidable singular power, which is why they invited Earth’s civilization to join the Interstellar Alliance.

In short, it equals Lu Li single-handedly pushing Earth into the Orion Arm Interstellar Alliance.

At this moment, Shen Xia finally realized that having Lu Li as the ”Eternal Star Lord” meant more than just having a savior; it was pushing humanity towards a more glorious future.

Nuwa asked, ”Respected Ms. Shen Xia, should we accept the invitation from the other side?”

Shen Xia, smiling bitterly, said, ”I have no idea about these matters, how about we wait for Lu Li to return before deciding?”

Nuwa said, ”Okay, I’ve also decoded three more signals, which respectively originated from the Sagittarius Arm Interstellar Alliance, the Perseus Arm Interstellar Alliance, and the Cygnus Arm Interstellar Alliance.”

Shen Xia asked, ”Don’t tell me they also want to invite Earth’s civilization to join the Interstellar Alliance?”

”Not really,” Nuwa explained in detail, ”The messages from these three Interstellar Alliances are consistent; they will first seek permission through diplomatic means with the Orion Arm Interstellar Alliance, and then the Supreme Leaders of the three Interstellar Alliances will lead some diplomats to personally visit Earth to discuss a series of commercial cooperation and investment matters.”

Shen Xia, a bit dizzy, said, ”Interstellar commercial cooperation and investment? What are they planning to invest in, or cooperate in?”

Nuwa said, ”Although they didn’t specify explicitly, based on the intent, I guess they might build a space jump station between each of their respective Interstellar Alliances and Earth, allowing members of their Interstellar Alliance races to visit Earth for tourism, etc. As for investment, probably building some OEM factories, since with Earth’s current technological level, there’s nothing else we can do besides OEM.”

Shen Xia blinked and said, ”You mean we might have a chance to earn money from aliens in the future?”

Nuwa affirmed, ”If my inference is correct, it’s precisely to earn money from aliens. And, some super-rich aliens might even become bosses of certain Earth people.”

This statement is actually similar to when Huaxia reformed and opened up to foreign investment. What’s noteworthy is that Shen Xia couldn’t help but imagine a grand scene of interstellar commerce operating in her mind.

In the future, countless alien technological products made by Earth’s OEM will be transported to other alien planets via cosmic transport ships.

The scene is truly thrilling.

Shen Xia thought for a moment and said, ”I don’t understand these, let’s wait until Lu Li comes back, oh, by the way, you can inform the global leaders in advance to let them prepare. Although we now regard Lu Li as the ’Eternal Star Lord’ on Earth, it hasn’t changed the structure much, only forming an alliance-like system. To avoid chaos when aliens visit or invest, I think it’s better to inform them in advance.”

Nuwa said, ”I agree, and some aliens cannot adapt to Earth’s environment and have a terrible dread of oxygen, so to host them well, we need to prepare in advance.”

Shen Xia said, ”Then I’ll leave everything to you.”

Nuwa said, ”Okay.”

...

In the endless starlit sky.

Lu Li was engaging in a battle of wits and bravery with that great force.

He first used several streams of energy to infiltrate the world of ”Journey to the West.”

Then with these three to five streams of energy, he separately seized a peach but didn’t immediately take them out of the Fantasy World.

Lu Li deliberately manipulated one of the energy streams to pretend to take a peach and leave the Fantasy World.

As expected, that invisible great force suddenly burst out, smashing his energy stream to pieces.

Almost at the same moment, the remaining three or four streams of Lu Li’s energy exerted their strength simultaneously, trying to tug the seized peaches back to his side.

Despairingly, that mighty force seemed to be everywhere.

When it sensed that the peaches might be taken out of the Fantasy World, it burst out everywhere, dispersing all the remaining energy streams!

”Damn!”

Severed from his consciousness, Lu Li couldn’t help but curse angrily, ”This great force must be the power of the rules, restricting bringing things from the Fantasy World into the real world. Although I am already incredibly strong for living beings, I’m utterly powerless against the rule power affecting thirteen dimensions. It seems that trying to use diversion tactics is impossible.”

Is there really no way to bring things from the Fantasy World back into reality?

Lu Li was very unwilling.

He felt there must be a way to bring things back from the Fantasy World; he just hadn’t thought of it yet.

He was vexed for a while, then calmed his mind and thought, ”Don’t rush it, think slowly, I can definitely figure out a way.”
