Destined Entwining: Capturing My Devoted Beau

Chapter 409: Chapter 220: Rabble

The two accounts looked way too similar at a glance, and since the screenshots weren’t high resolution, slightly blurry images caused a lot of confusion among people.

At first, everyone found it funny and kept saying how awesome ”One-Promise” was, to be able to host the fan discussions for the two top male idols in the industry!

Then someone revealed that not only was this person the fan discussion host for the two top male idols, but also a superfan for both!

This is when someone began explaining how ”One-Promise” managed to bring supporting-role actor Lucas Harlow from obscurity to nearly A-list status a few months ago.

Then someone else explained how powerful Arthur Johnson’s fans were, famously known as ”Johnson’s Iron Cavalry” in the industry!

Lucas Harlow’s rise to fame was actually due to riding on the coattails of Arthur Johnson’s superfan ”One-Promise”...

Next, some ”industry insider” revealed that Lucas Harlow’s status was rapidly climbing at NewHuman Corporation, almost pushing Arthur Johnson aside, and it was all because ”One-Promise” was dragging Arthur Johnson’s fans away!

These words immediately unsettled many of Lucas Harlow’s fans.

What does that even mean?!

Clearly, their Lucas rose through his own talent, how could anyone say he was stealing Arthur Johnson’s fans?!

And this ”One-Promise” turned out to be a superfan of Arthur Johnson!

This was practically an infiltrator spy, a traitor hiding among their group!

They first went back to their fan group intending to confront ”One-Promise,” only to find out that ”One-Promise” was just the moderator of Lucas Harlow’s fan discussions and wasn’t in their group at all.

Not wanting to tarnish their fan plaza, they furiously stormed into Arthur Johnson’s fan discussions, and found the account ”One-Promise~.”

They called her shameless!

Called her a two-timing flirt!

Demanded to know her real intentions while hiding in Lucas’s group?!

Even accused her of betrayal, colluding with Arthur Johnson’s fan group, lurking in their group ready to cause trouble at any time!

Thank goodness she was exposed; otherwise, who knows what could happen in the future!

At this point, ”One-Promise~” nervously replied: Did you guys mistake me for someone else?

But the fans who were angrily scolding didn’t care, a group of people took turns giving ”One-Promise~” a tongue-lashing before retreating.

After being scolded, ”One-Promise~” returned to Arthur Johnson’s fan group and posted a very aggrieved message.

[One-Promise~]: Dear group members, I’ve been seriously hurt today, and I can no longer serve as an admin and publicity superfan in Arthur’s group. I want to resign. Crying.JPG.

The group members surfaced, asking her, ”What’s wrong? What happened?”

[One-Promise~]:...I don’t want to say, I don’t want to make everyone upset, let me leave quietly...I can’t take it...being humiliated like this... Crying.JPG.

The group members became anxious.

”What exactly happened?”

”Who made our goddess cry?”

”I’ll never forgive them!”

”Goddess, don’t cry, quickly tell us what happened?! We, the Johnson’s Iron Cavalry, are not to be messed with!”

”Exactly! We are the infamous ’Johnson’s Iron Cavalry’ in the industry?!

”When Johnson’s troops march, nothing remains!”

Finally, under the group’s heated questioning, ”One-Promise~” hesitantly shared the screenshots of Lucas Harlow’s fans scolding her.

She expressed her grievance: I really don’t know what happened, I’ve always been Arthur’s fan, I don’t like Lucas Harlow, and I’ve never gone to his side.

That’s when the group’s admin ”Star Two” finally remembered.

[Star Two]: I remembered! Lucas Harlow’s superfan and fan discussion host is called ’One-Promise’! No wonder it sounded so familiar! Gold-Digger Girl, is it possible that people mistook your account? Mistaking you for Lucas Harlow’s superfan?

[One-Promise~]: I don’t know... I told them they had the wrong person, but they wouldn’t listen and continued to scold me. Grievance.JPG. Crying.JPG.

Her intense crying unsettled the fans in the group as well.

Under the guidance of attentive fans, they first went to check out what was said by the marketing accounts.

They ended up seeing those two very similar-looking accounts.

More importantly, they saw the ”industry insider” reveal, saying Lucas Harlow was rapidly climbing in NewHuman Corporation, nearly pushing Arthur Johnson out, all because ”One-Promise” was dragging Arthur Johnson’s fans away!

Bystanding onlookers found it entertaining, many claimed to have learned something, then went to Lucas Harlow’s fan discussions to watch, while many others went to tag ”One-Promise.”
