Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Boom-boom-boom!

Not aware of what was happening back at the Ascendant Frost Hall after he had left, Xuan Hao could not help frowning while looking at the demonic cultivator standing over 30 meters tall in front of him.

Wiggle~

Along with a creepy sound, a new arm sprouted forth from the area he had just cut one arm off a few seconds earlier.

The thing in question that frustrated him was the fact that after already cutting off one of the demonic cultivator’s arms twice, the demonic cultivator almost instantly managed to grow them back without showing any signs of being exhausted by regrowing two large arms.

He already understood that the main strength of a demonic cultivator was their physical strength… But he had not expected for their recovery rate to reach such a terrifying level after reaching the Third Demonic Transformation Realm.

Even after fighting for a few minutes, Xuan Hao could not find a way to kill the demonic cultivator in front of him…

Maybe I can try and use the combined power of my ice and sword domain…?

Keeping an eye on the demonic cultivator as this thought occurred to him, Xuan Hao could not help shaking his head.

The fact that his two domains were still only partially merged together, meant that he currently had no way to control the force of his two domains after forcefully merging them together into an attack.

Not only had he not tried doing something like that before, but it would also be dangerous for him if the power ended up backfiring-

Bang!

Barely manging to block the four massive fists of the demonic cultivator attacking him, Xuan Hao was forced to end his train of thought and focus on fighting the demonic cultivator.

Swish~!

Ptsh-!

Directly using the Earth Splitting Sword to cut off another arm!

ROAR!

Wiggle~

Not bothered by losing an arm, the demonic cultivator let out a primal roar before his arm grew back and he once again attacked Xuan Hao with all his strength!

…

As the fight between Xuan Hao and the demonic cultivator continued over the next half hour with no clear winner, the damage caused by their fight was slowly starting to spread towards the direction of the Ascendant Frost Hall, something Xuan Hao had tried to avoid happening.

After all, not to mention the Ascendant Frost Hall, the entire Azure Sky Kingdom might end up getting destroyed if their fight moved to the mountain range where the Ascendant Frost Hall was located.

At that point in time, even if the people from the Ascendant Frost Hall had evacuated, they would not be able to stay safe due to just how widespread the destruction of a battle between experts in the Domain Lord Realm was… And that was not considering the fact that both Xuan Hao and the demonic cultivator’s strength were far above that of a normal Domain Lord…

Rumble-!

With Xuan Hao and the demonic cultivator slowly getting closer and closer to the Azure Sky Kingdom, the impacts of their attack caused earthquakes in all direction.

”What is happening!? Is the sky going to collapse!?”

”Dad… What is that big arm over there?”

”God… The gods are fighting!”

Although weak when they reached the borders of the Azure Sky Kingdom, they grew stronger and stronger, causing the mortals to start panicking.

After more time passed and the earthquakes became more violent, the cultivators started noticing the fight taking place in the Frozen Wastelands.

”So powerful… The people fighting should be above the Nascent Soul Realm!”

”To think experts at this level are fighting so close by, I hope they won’t end up getting any closer to the Azure Sky Kingdom…”

”Maybe I should escape in the direction of the Star Shattering Sect, it should be safe with more than one Domain Lord protecting it. Even if those two fighting end up reaching the Azure Sky Kingdom, there is no way they would carelessly offend a sect with more than one Domain Lord!”

Part of them started praying that the fight wouldn’t end up reaching the Azure Sky Kingdom, while some cultivators decided escaping in the direction of the Star Shattering Sect. Hoping the two experts fighting wouldn’t dare wantonly cause chaos inside the territory of a powerful sect with more than one Domain Lord.

Whatever their reaction was, all of them were similarly filled with fear looking in the direction of the Frozen Wasteland where the fight was taking place. Deep down, they understood that they wouldn’t be able to escape in time if the fight was truly moving in the direction of the Azure Sky Kingdom!

…

”What in the world is happening at our border with the Frozen Wasteland. Don’t tell me… Did a powerful demonic cultivator perhaps show up!?”

At the same time both mortal and cultivators of the Azure Sky Kingdom were panicking due to the aftershocks of the battle between Xuan Hao and the demonic cultivator starting to affect them, a middle-aged man sitting inside a large flying ship not too far away from the Azure Sky Kingdom could not help frowning as he looked down at the artifact in front of him.

”General Liu! Did something happen- Wha-what is this energy reading!?”

Walking over after hearing the loud voice, one of the soldiers who had been standing guard at the door could not help exclaiming in surprise after seeing the energy reading displayed on the artifact, while at the same time also giving away the identity of the middle-aged man as none other than one of the Domain Lords from the Sky Empire that had explored the secret realm before its collapse.

If Xuan Hao was here, it would not be hard for him to realize that General Liu was not only fine after escaping from the secret realm, but his strength had even increased to the Fourth Stage of the Domain Lord Realm!

”Looking closer, it looks like there are two people and they should be fighting…” Muttering this to himself, General Liu could not help frowning.

The fact that two powerful people had appeared from the Frozen Wasteland was not a good thing, as the only thing coming from the Frozen Wasteland would be demonic cultivators!

Even if the Sky Empire could deal with them, it would still take time to do so. During this period of time, there was no saying just how much destruction two demonic cultivators would be able to do.

Luckily, both of them started fighting before entering the Sky Empire… Or else there would have been no way to notice them with this artifact…

Shaking his head as he thought about this, General Liu didn’t waste any time to take out a high-quality communication talisman and informing his superior about it.

”Everyone get ready, we are moving to the Azure Sky Kingdom, it should be the place that the demonic cultivators will enter from!”

Finished informing his superior about the emergency, General Liu didn’t waste any time before heading towards the Azure Sky Kingdom to keep an eye on the demonic cultivators that were about to enter the territory of the Sky Empire.

Given his current strength, General Liu understood that there was no way for him to interfere in the battle… But with the help of the flying ship, he would still be able to escape in case anything happened.

Of course, there was no way for him to tell that one of the ”demonic cultivators” fighting was in fact not a demonic cultivator!

…

BOOOM-!

Blocking the attack of the demonic cultivator with a wall of ice made through his ice domain, Xuan Hao could not help frowning as he looked back and saw the mountain range of the Ascendant Frost Hall getting closer and closer.

Looks like I will have to use try and fully merge the power of my ice and sword domain if I want to have a chance at killing this demonic cultivator…

Feeling his frown deepening even further as he thought about this, Xuan Hao could not help feeling fearful thinking about what would happen in case it backfired, and he ended up wounding himself.

Although he should be able to escape, the Azure Sky Kingdom and anything nearby would most likely end up getting devoured by the demonic cultivator in front of. Including the territory of the Star Shattering Sect!

Well… Except the Shattered Star Peaks that was protected by the Chaotic Qi Formation…

But then again… If he continued fighting with the demonic cultivator without making any progress in finding another way to kill him, they would eventually end up reaching the territory of the Star Shattering Sect and everything would end up getting destroyed from their battle…

Thinking this to himself, Xuan Hao decided to give merging the power of his two domains together fully into a single domain.

As for waiting for the Sky Empire to show up to deal with the demonic cultivator? Xuan Hao didn’t count on it happening any time soon. After all, the demonic cultivator was still not in the True Demon Realm and couldn’t really be considered a threat to the Sky Empire…
